ELI5: What can we do at this stage with WAVES right now? I have 1600 WAVE in my account, can I send them elsewhere? Or is my account just a placeholder until actual software and features are implemented?

For those unfortunate enough to get caught up in the scam, there is still time to sell your clint and buy Billary. BLRY is still very cheap. |

It's obvious that this coin is a complete scam. If any of you guys still want to get on board and support a Clinton meme currency or you want to support Hillary or whatever, Billary has been pretty great so far, and the dev is a great guy! Very transparent dev work going on over there.

about 150 different coins ... lots of bags of historical goodies (worthless shit some may say)
some small bits of new fangled gadget crypto that seems cool right now.
Honestly I've been thinking about small (like .001-.01 worth) amounts of every altcoin listed on Yobit. I'd imagine most would lose value and diminish to 0, but that's a small price to pay for the coin that shoots up 1000% or higher once every blue moon. Look at 007 right now, for example. Pumped from 550 satoshis to over .01 BTC in one night. Even if you miss the peak, and let's say you only were to sell your 007 at .001 (which is a lower price than the current buy orders) you are still looking at a payoff of over .18 BTC for every .001 initially invested. |

Don't have the intestinal fortitude to actually hold any altcoins for long and I don't have much hope for any of them. Right now it's just bitcoin.
I felt that same way for a long time, but after finally digging deeper into the altcoin scene, I feel like there are certain cases where alternatives work better in niche settings. This is how I feel personally about GameCredits. I don't see the same value in most cryptos, but other people do, and I have no problem speculating on the optimism of others (hence my involvement with some ICOs). |

Yeah I missed out on the LISK ICO completely. With the market on Yobit it looks like everyone is expecting healthy profits on initial launch. I'm hoping we'll see a massive dump and I can (hopefully) by in at the bottom. |

Hey everyone, what do your investments look like right now?
Personally, I'm holding GameCredits long term, as well as a bit of NXT. I've got some deposit money tied up in the ICOs for Waves and Elastic. I'm also trading a few altcoins over at yobit: CREVA, POST, VIP, and 007. I have some Billary as well and I'm also mining it. Of course, the majority of my crypto portfolio is still in Bitcoin. What are you guys holding on to?

 And about the mining rental jeffthebaker, It's alot easier than it seems. You move some BTC to miningrentals.com after making an account with them, then browse their rigs for rent under "scrypt". then select the one you want, and how many hours you want it for (I reccomend starting with a small miner, for a low amount of hours just to get your bearings). And then it will ask you for the pool info. This is one of the 2 pools listed in the OP. So ispace.co.uk:4104 for ispace, and gcpool.eu:3346 for GCPool. Now the last part is putting in your worker name and password, the same ones set up on the pool. I hope that helps! someone just took 500MH off the network, so it's as good of a time as any to jump in! I'm renting a miner at www.miningrigrentals.com, they're a lot cheaper than I used to remember them being, I'm getting 80 MH for 24 hours for around 0.007 BTC. I've been in the crypto community for almost three years and I feel stupid for having to ask, but I've never tried mining altcoins before- so how exactly can I get a rented miner set up to mine Billary? I can go on that website and rent one for a day, and then what? Are there any resources available to learn the process or is it simple enough that you could just relay it to me? EDIT: Just to add- 500 Billary received! |
