681  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: March 01, 2015, 05:51:25 PM
I left SP negative feedback because of the way they went about touting for preorders in other manufacturers threads, nothing to do with them being competition., i then even had SP contact me months later asking to delete my feedback if they deleted the feedback they left in retaliation, i said only if they got their little bitch Bicknellski to remove his retaliation feedback would i remove mine, the politely declined, so did i.... but spin it whatever way makes you feel better about yourself  Roll Eyes

So you were the first one that left negative feedback for an out of scope reason considering why is the Trust system in place. When you got replied with the same method you were the one that was asking to remove the negative feedback instead of you removing it. Ooookkk...I find this reasoning at least stupid.

ps i did the signature campaign as i thought why the fuck not take 0.1btc a month like most other people seem to do on this forum and i did it only because i think and hope signature campaigns will be banned soon enough, they promote spam..... if you can't beat them..... join them for the time being.......

So for 0.1BTC/month you keep advertising some defunct companies. Even now when AMHash stated that they stopped dividends you still advertise for them for your lousy 0.1BTC/month. I find that to be pretty low for anyone. Call me whatever you want, but at least I am proud to not resort to this kind of stuff. I am sure that more than 95% of the ones that joined my GBs are happy customers. I can't say that about you and your campaign towards AMHash who just defaulted...
682  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [27th Feb] on: March 01, 2015, 11:07:30 AM
Make your own list with your own criterias. Stop bitching and do something useful! Grown ups have work to do. Notice: I haven't accused of being a shill. You're probably just a very enthusiastic nerd who needs to be right all the time. There are many of us.

I am glad that we can have a normal conversation instead of useless pictures.

What you view as bitching I view as pointing out stuff that others don't see it. I view this as being useful and since I am a stubborn guy it will take a while and many people to convince me that it's not.

The "grown ups have work to do" line coming from you after your useless images posts is a bit redundant and stupid because you just contradicted yourself.

I admit that I am an enthusiastic nerd with the exception that I don't feel the need to be right all the time. I actually am and I am always backing my statements up. Feel free to prove me wrong while backing your words with proof.

I just hope you can use your head once in a while. But by the looks of things you are so emotionally invested in nailing Dogie to the cross that you'll never give up.

I am not at all invested in nailing dogie. I am invested in nailing anyone if I see the opportunity. I am not stalking dogie in all the threads. I am raising the issues here and I am keeping them here. If I was invested in nailing dogie then I would follow him in all the threads to trash him which I don't. Last summer I was busy nailing AM shareholders. Last year I was busy nailing ActM shareholders. Lately I was busy nailing MP and his sockpuppets in the 20MB thread and so on. This is not about dogie. It's about the opportunity that I see.

Dogie is just a guy (no offense Guy), of course he has moments where he probably should have put things differently. But that just makes him real. In any event, whatever he has said pales in comparison to his detractors, many of whom should have known better.

We all make mistakes, except that some have the power to admit and correct them and the others refuse to admit and correct them and bury themselves down into a bigger shit-hole. It's all about personal choices that we make.
683  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: March 01, 2015, 10:54:13 AM
balah blah blah, i love it when i am right, blah blah blah, even at the looses of tohers, blah blah blah, I am all so high and mighty lah blah bah. See you around on your/my next investments Grin

such a sad individual but hey what ever floats your sinking little boat you call a life.

Sad? For raising the same issues as jimmothy more than 6 months ago? For trying to have a reasonable talk about AM's future and about their wet dream of deploying 60PH/s of hashrate while being accused that I'm trying to promote other miners? I don't see it as sad and if people would have paid a little bit more attention they could have more money in their pockets right now. I also don't adhere to your practices of leaving negative feedback to the other companies just like you do, but yet I am the sad one.

You are the really sad one! You are the one that is promoting in his signature obsolete ventures while also being the only one that left negative feedback to a competitor (SP-Tech). AMhash, RM, AM, Havelock are all dead now. You should stop clinging yourself and just let it go.
684  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [27th Feb] on: March 01, 2015, 09:59:52 AM
What's it matter what dogie say's........SPT is going to play with the "big boy's".
Like most ASIC manufacturers that are left, they don't want to be bothered with all the hassles the "home miner" brings.
So,you think the "big boy's" that are going to invest in SPT will read dogies thread & say..."Hell,ain't no way we'll get involved".
Bullshit, they'll see the spreadsheet & can't open their wallets quick enough  Roll Eyes
So quit the bickering you two & go back to work!!!  Tongue
Remember,WE made these ASIC manufacturers.......  Roll Eyes

Well that's the main issue. It's what dogies says. It's not about the big boys not buying from SP-Tech or even the customers. It's about seeing a wrong thing and trying to fix it or at least warn everyone else about it. I think that dogie is heavily biased in his Guide and while I am sure that I will not change him or his Guide I can point out the things that stink.

This is not about me defending or pimpin' SP-Tech. I saw something wrong and I'm pointing it out. I have no direct or indirect affiliation with SP-Tech for this. My only agreement with them was to organize 3 GB. Also I had an affiliated link towards their products which everyone can have. I will repeat myself, but I did this in the past with KnC for example. I stood up for them when the time was right and I bashed them when they deserved it. It will happen the same with SP-Tech if their actions will call it.

This is not different than me pointing out issues with AM in the summer while being accused by AM shareholders that I am trying to promote SP-Tech. Nowadays one of the biggest AM defender that bashed me back then for raising some points about AM self mining and their future, has come to the same conclusion that I had back in the summer.

Take today's example. dogie's new gimmick was to bring his dog puppet account to post useless images to bury the discussion deep. Since I spotted this behavior I brought it up to attention and I will make sure that posts will not get buried under useless image post spam. Why? Because he allows me to do it with his actions.
685  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 3x SP30 Miners - price drop on: March 01, 2015, 08:14:33 AM
Can you post pictures with your username and date to prove you have these Cheesy

RoadStress is legit as anyone else on these boards for selling hardware, if he says he has them then he has them. If you're still unsure then use an escrow, pictures can be falsified or reused.

Thanks.

Miners are located in Advania DC so posting a picture with my username will not also prove that I have the miners in my possession. I sold a couple of miners up to this date without any issues, but we can use escrow if you do not trust me.

PM me and let's agree on some terms.
686  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [27th Feb] on: March 01, 2015, 08:03:34 AM
You are contributing a lot to this thread Fatman3001. I wonder how come does dogie tolerates your useless posts. Oh wait he summoned you to post some useless stuff so people can't see the real issue.

Don't worry. I will help SP-Tech by re-posting their stuff just to be sure it is visible to everyone:

To all the readers of this thread:

Due to a non related dispute we have with the thread owner, he is badmouthing us and spread rumors and lies.

I ask you to take everything you read here about us here with a huge grain of salt.
The owner is biased and try to promote his own agenda.

In addition, the owner has marked our company as taking pre-orders. It's another lie. We ship all our remaining 2nd gen gear (currently SP31) directly from stock.

687  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: March 01, 2015, 07:56:29 AM
What irks me the most about this mess is that AM was is the position to succeed all along. They had good chips/hardware, and they had the connections (or could have easily) to deploy in mass (inner Mongolia like every other Chinese manufacturer).

Why does it seem like they just sat on their hands and didn't even make much of an effort? Seems the only problem was extreme incompetence/shit execution. (There could be a more understandable reason, but without any info this is just my best guess.)

Why couldn't they have taken ~half of that 60 PH/s and deployed that in inner Mongolia in July? Why was Bitmain able to completely swallow AM with similarly efficient hardware? If AM was struggling to get any sales, why does it seem like they make no effort to sell?

I'm now starting to seriously wonder if FC was an investor in Bitmain (or created BM like many speculated when it first showed up).

IF FC decides to show up, I really hope that he steps down as CEO and hires someone with business management skills.

/rant

I know that in the past we had countless disputes about this. It wasn't personal and it's in the past now, but I just wanted to say that I respect that you aren't afraid to admit failure even if it's a bit too late. I don't want to nag you with the "I told you so" line, but I am sure that after this experience your nose just got upgraded and in the future you will smell the stench faster and better. Also please take note that I had much fun debating and that I have no fun in other people misery. See you around on your/my next investments Grin
688  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [27th Feb] on: March 01, 2015, 07:24:16 AM

An obedient man has obedient friends it seems. How much is dogie paying you in order to summon you here to defend him? Please be a nice dog and just sit down. I'll throw you a stick if you are a good boy.

Since we had some discussions about gen3 miners I would like to congratulate SP-Tech for their 600 page with a special image:

Thanks for the informative post.
691  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [27th Feb] on: March 01, 2015, 06:46:18 AM
What is essentially proposed here is that there are two conditions that must be true to be considered non preorder. The first is don't participate in preorders in the past or future within reasonable timescales. The exact time period is entirely subjective as its not stated specifically, but its not really a problem.

I provide technical support for 2 companies - Bitmain and Canaan Creative. Neither of these contracts has any influence over company ratings.

Ok. You just admitted that you run a subjective and non-impartial Guide.

Let's continue with your filthy lies:

Is there any evidence that Spondoolies wants to be a preorder company? They say no, but I was troubled as to what happened in the first generation and its something I discussed with them at the time.

What exactly troubled you in regards to their first gen miners?

When did they last take preorders? Probably Oct, but they were still delivering preordered units until December.

This is a BIG FAT LIE. SP-Tech never delivered preordered units in December. Let me repeat: BIG FAT LIE!

Have customers been negatively impacted by preorders? Yes. SP10's were preordered a sufficiently long period that there was unacceptable risk put on the consumer. SP30's were preordered far into the future and came in significantly under spec and late. SP31s came in under spec.

The amount of lies in this quote is simply absurd. SP10 wasn't a pre-order product. The product was already developed when they made the announcement on the forum.

SP30/31 customers were refunded to match the $/GH which they originally paid and the units were delivered on time. I was part of their first 2 batches and they weren't late. Nobody complained about them being late. Except you with your lies.

With all the want in the world, they just can't afford to run another generation without significant preorders, OR, significant investment.

SP-Tech already stated that they will not run a pre-order for their next gen, thus putting no risk on their consumer customers. They also stated that they will gladly accept investments, but from people who acknowledge the risk that they take. But this doesn't fall under "putting consumers at risk" since all investments carry a risk factor. So by using the need for investment as penalty for their pre-order score is clearly bad intended and heavily subjective towards SP-Tech who isn't sponsoring you like BITMAIN.

And just for the record, I have no problem with discussing issues when its posed in this fashion. No one is name calling and an adult discussion is proposed. Now if there is an issue we can talk it out and work out what to do next for the better of the community.

Please stop with this lousy political speech. You are doing this Guide for your own benefit, not for the community. The fact that you complain about the money makes it more than obvious.

3) What is my own agenda? Being called a liar and a thief by a CEO while maintaining a free community resource sure sounds like fun (^_^)?

MORE LIES! You do it for your own earnings by having affiliated links inside your guides. LIES LIES LIES!

4) Do you not think if I was so corrupt and anti-Spondoolies that you claim that maybe your company wouldn't be so high? Why would I have put 15 companies below yours if I was specifically targeting your company amongst all the others?

Because the rest have failed and stopped producing miners?

You preordered 'batches' of SP10 significantly into the future, while not far from release of SP10 were already preordering SP30s and SP10 + SP30 kits.

You are stumbling in your own lies dogie. Now I don't understand what exactly do you mean by pre-ordering. I thought the pre-ordering represents the ability to fund a new generation of miners. SP10 was already developed when SP-Tech came to this forum. There were no pre-orders for the SP10 in order to R&D the miners. There were only pre-orders for batches of miners just like BITMAIN has. There was NO RISK put towards the customers since the product and the specs were available when placing the order!

I have feel you aren't biased enough. Please be more BIASED towards your boss BITMAIN!
692  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 20MB Fork on: February 28, 2015, 10:14:10 PM
got to say a couple of things:

1) what happens when limit of 1mb is reached is easiely predictable while 20MB hardfork is much less predictable outcome

Hello MP. Please explain.

2) no proof of concept has been established so far and maybe it even can't be. On testnet things look often times different than in the wild

I assume that no proof of concept has been established for 20MB. What about 1MB? Demonstrate it.

3) being most vocal or toxic doesn't make you right

Agreed!

5) i'm not here to waste my time with the usual toxic folks (r2d221 and mr. buffer) so signing out now. Have a good one.

Ran out if ideas for your blog?

for simulation/proof of concept just start an altcoin with tiny blocklimit and see how it pans out or alternatively use Bitcoin.

Because an altcoin will tell us what will happen when we reach the 1MB block limit? C'mon...

So far Bitcoin and various altcoins with 1mb blocklimit have been working flawless for years, so i don't know what you actually ask for.

Do you eat shit in the morning only or in the morning and at noon too? Because otherwise I can't tell how come was Bitcoin fime with an 1MB limit since we haven't hit that limit yet. For me it is no difference if we have 100MB or 1MB block limit since blocks are only ~500kb in size.

I'd predict it to have marketcap below 10k$ within a few months and never reach higher than briefly 200k$ max. I think the bloatcoin is a failure and i further think it won't be possible to launch an altcoin with 20mb blocks that won't be a failure on the mid- to longterm timeframe.

Based on...what exactly? Don't be shy with the details.

A hardfork is always a confession: "we haven't gotten it right from the start"
So in my opinion each hardfork lowers the objective quality of a coin.

Ok. That is your opinion and Bitcoin will be fine without you. Don't worry about it. Bitcoin must be able to evolve and adapt to our needs now and in 2140 and in 2540. Creating something which we labeled as "Beta" and assuming it will not change...ever...is simply stupid. I want my Bitcoin to evolve to meet my needs. I don't want a Bitcoin that is limited this way:

DISCLAIMER: A RedeemScript larger than 520 bytes is unspendable at this time.  Raising this restriction would require a hardfork. Sending funds to a P2SH address which has a redeemScript larger than 520 bytes will result in funds being "lost".  Always verify your redeemScript length to prevent a loss of funds and always test new scripts on testnet before deploying to mainnet.

Your Bitcoin is limited and limiting. THAT is a failure. You know it too, but you have your own agenda. I am sure that your investors will make you a surprise in case of a hard-fork. You have no idea!
693  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [27th Feb] on: February 28, 2015, 09:29:55 PM
Why not use an affiliate link if you think you deserve to be paid for a free Guide?

I did.

Then why are you complaining? Because you haven't earned enough?

Cash it out.

I should. Considering the low BTC price.

And I agree with SP-tech.  They claim to sell next gen out of hand.  If they even allude to changing this strategy and offering pre-orders, you can go ahead and down-grade on the spot.  Why is Bitmain getting preferential treatment in this pre-order category?

If I say it, then I am an affiliate whore. If he does it it's fine. You draw your own conclusion.
694  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [27th Feb] on: February 28, 2015, 07:43:10 PM
I don't deserve any money for a review, I do deserve to be paid affiliate earnings just like you though.

Why not use an affiliate link if you think you deserve to be paid for a free Guide?

So you're honestly saying you haven't received a penny in affiliate earnings or other commissions for your signature or the group buy?

You lack reading comprehension. Read my post again. I said I haven't received any money in the name of SP-Tech.

Of course I received money (actually I haven't got any cash in hand up to date) for my affiliate link. That's why it is called an affiliate link. The money are still in the affiliate account. But please don't think that everyone is like you. Check SP-Tech main thread. I was among the first ones to question them just like I did with most of the companies. I also was among the first ones to support them after I figured out that they are the best company out there. It has nothing to do with the affiliate link or with the commission for the GB. I did it with KnC in the past while I haven't received anything. I support SP-Tech because they are the best with or without any commission from them.
695  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [27th Feb] on: February 28, 2015, 06:39:09 PM
They are well aware that I get paid to do technical support as I publish it very openly.

You should post in this thread OP too, because some people don't bother to read everything. This should be fair for everyone. By omitting this, you actually lie to everyone that is reading this thread.

Paid owed 'tons' of $$$ by Spondoolies you mean?

So after you brag that you offer this service for free you also think that you deserve "tons" of money from the companies that you are reviewing. Ok.

Dude you practically work for Spondoolies, you've been viciously attacking anyone who doesn't worship them from day one while receiving $100,000s in sales for them.

Please back up your words. Otherwise it's just more lies, your specialty.

Also please note that I haven't received any money in the name of SP-Tech. I couldn't say that about you and your boss BITMAIN.
696  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: February 28, 2015, 05:26:03 PM
zumzero...loses 10k pounds, supports the one that stole his money and comes here to post retard shit. Only in Bitcoin land.

No-one stole my money.  I invested in a high risk, high reward tech startup which did not succeed.  I did not invest more than I could afford to lose and I sleep well at night because of that.  I continue to invest in this space and am confident the future is peaches and cream all the way.

Show me a single hard proof that Ken hasn't scammed you or that he actually tried to create his own ASIC chip. Just one proof. Solid! Please. If you do not have that then those money were stolen.
697  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [27th Feb] on: February 28, 2015, 05:20:01 PM
I've read a couple of them, and other conspiracy theorists who can't wrap their mind around the fact that you're an enthusiast doing what enthusiasts do. The "Bitcoin Community" is not a neighbourhood I would want to live in, that's for sure. Without you there would be no Dogie. It's not a position given to you. It's a position you created. You can do what you want with it. Haters can go... .. flame somewhere else.

It's the other way around. Without dogie there wouldn't be me.

Indeed. Apparently I'm such a bad person for doing so much work for the community, for free, yet those calling me out are the ones who ONLY seek to profit from the community without giving a thing back.

Anyone reading this please know that dogies is getting paid by BITMAIN. Yes I like to flame.

It doesn't when I'm providing $1000s of manhours in return for $400 hardware. Big or small, each miner gets the same treatment.

And specifically I'm talking about this thread. There's no incentive for me to run it, especially with the sheer amount of abuse I get for it regardless of scores. Too high, too low, scammer, fraud, lier blah blah blah - its not fun. I don't get paid to be a punching bag.

That's why you have so many fans. Please excuse me while I go vomit. It's the only reaction that I get from your words.

For newbies reading this: Please note that dogies is getting paid tons of $$$ for pimping them up. DO NOT believe the lies that dogies vomits here. DO NOT be fooled by him trying to pinpoint it towards me for having a SP-Tech affiliate link. This is not about me supporting SP-Tech. It's about the lies and the vomit that is around dogie as a person. Feel free to NOT believe me. Just check his history.

698  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: February 28, 2015, 04:24:55 PM
Painfully listening the audio of the last hearing (Docket 314) and other recent documents on https://cases.processgeneral.com/cases/document/case/5/hashfast-technologies-llc/120873/
* Some native american indian tribe is buying up everything remaining for $750K (quick statement by the girl attorney in last third)
* $1,070,000 in administration claims gets paid out first (Docket 316)
* These leaves zero dollars for all of us unsecured creditors
* So after many many months of bankruptcy proceedings, the creditors get absolutely nothing.

>> Surprisingly, people at HF (Eddie and Simon?) were paid $63,311 in salaries in December. (Docket 319)

Never forget that Icebreaker and cypherdoc were both endorsing HF!
699  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [27th Feb] on: February 28, 2015, 04:23:57 PM
That's for confirming yet again that you act as Spondoolies' attack dog. You refuse to listen to reasoning and assume everything is some huge vendetta and conspiracy against Spondoolies. I'm surprised you've taken your giant ass affiliate link signature off, did sales go down? Is that my fault as well?

I act on my own and the affiliate signature is off because the product I was advertising is out of stock. It is funny that you see my above post as an attack. I just presented the facts as I see them. Part is my interpretation and part is just a solid hard proof of your past actions. Everyone is free to interpret them as they wish and by the looks of it you do not have that many fans in your own Guide.
700  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide [February 2015] on: February 28, 2015, 03:13:21 PM
September 2014 - Requirement that business model must be able to support preorders and not just the promise of preorders first utilised in September 2014 against BFL. May be earlier instances.
December 2014  - Transitional arrangements implemented on TWO companies. Spondoolies still claims its unfair and used to target them only Huh.

Thanks for making things so clear now!

So it only took you 3 months to add and use the pre-order description. At first I wondered why wasn't this included in the 10/21/2014 Changelog, but I figured that you were busy maxing out Bitmain's (the boss that is paying you big $) communication while trying to find a way to prepare the coronation of Bitmain (again the boss that is issuing commands and you promptly execute), which took place on the 12/17/2014 Changelog where you add and use the pre-order description in order to limit SP-Tech's score while maxing yet another stat, the hardware issues, for Bitmain (the boss). I must congratulate you for your december Changelog. 2 hits with one bullet!

Here are the chronological Changelog quotes in case people are lazy to search for them:
  • Bitmain Hardware Issues down from 'No' to 'Minor' (10 to 6).
  • Bitmain Commuication up from 'Good' to 'Great' (7 to 10).
  • SpondooliesTech Preorders up from 'Yes' to 'Mix' (1 to 8]. *Although SpondooliesTech is currently selling out of hand, they have not yet demonstrated that their business model can support this into the next generation. On the announcement of next gen preorders, this rating will return to 'Yes'. On the announcement of next gen in hand / batch sales, this rating will increase to 'Batch' or 'No'.
  • Bitmain Hardware Issues up from 'Minor' to 'No' (6 to 10).
