I let my client run for 2 days now, but it never generated a block, however it showed that I can generate the next block in 4 hours when I last had a quick look at it. Do I have to click somewhere to be able to generate a block? How does it work?

Maybe you did generate a block but it had no fees? Search for your acc here http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=10If it shows 0 under 'Blocks Generated' then you're maybe just out of luck or getting orphans. Thanks! What do you mean by being out of luck? |

The gentleman at bitcoinprbuzz is ready, willing and able to give nxt the buzz in needs in the outlets: Yahoo Finance, Wall Street Journal, coindesk etc...He expressed his frustration and indicated that all talks with him regarding PR have completely seized recently..Now my question is do we want PR? or do we not want PR? why is no one leading this charge? If its the case that we are waiting for things to stabilize then fine tell me this and Ill shut up.. Otherwise why complain if a professional is clearly offering and all we are doing is ignoring him. So give me the reigns in the marketing department if you will. I will work with Bitcoinprbuzz to get a sensational article in the above mentioned outlets and more. I have a lot of background in marketing as well as in programming so this is a piece of cake.
That's a disadvantage of a decentralized system. U don't know whom to ask... So just do it!  |

Well the poker platform should not necessarily be decentralized and p2p, but its currency named Nxt is and should continue to be If decentralized exchange is possible. I don't see why a decentralized poker platform can't. For starter we can have a fixed number of seats with low capacity. All play with certain rules and pay out accordingly. No rake, absolute securities, and no chance of house fraud  It would be phenomenal. hahaha, count me in, I love the idea! Let me know how to contribute |

I think it is a really good investment, especially for these prices on dgex.com If the majority of the features really will be implemented (which will be, I am pretty sure) and the big stakeholder (3 million and more) will distribute their coins (here I am not so sure anymore) this will be a success story. I donīt know BCNext, only heard about him, but he is having some quite good ideas for most of the problems (even for the issue where stakeholders are sitting and holing on their coins), so I am sure they will make this a fucking good tool. I am all in. |
