A project that will give a helping hand for the jobless people all over the world, Moreover, even the housewife/househusband can do have a chance to gain with Trustlogics, wow! this was such a cool project, I am sure that this will succeed in the long run. I will keep an eye for this project.
Well,,its true because trustlogics are widely market to almost jobseeker ,,but I want to know to this system of trustlogics, if will have age limit for jobseeker? because in my country traditionally,some online job company will have age limit for their jobseeker,,like age limit will belong to 18-30 years old only. I think, the Trustlogics does not look at the age, there are some companies even if you are an old man or a young as long as you are work smoothly you can steel work. I dont think that the trustlogics have an age limit. Trustlogics is open to anyone brother, as long as you know how to understand their project you are welcome here, whether you are an applicant, or whatever. Besides, you can also trade the token of Truslogics once their project has been finish aside from enjoying their services too. what amazing project of trustlogics, if old man jobseeker will provide also to having a job,and if will passed to their validator as long as old jobseeker will complete requirement and they approve to their employeer. |

It will become also good if there is an achievements to all applicants who hired. It is good if the companies will see a symbol that represents the goodness, dedication and perseverance of a certain worker. Imagine, if you have 20 positive trust or any symbols under your name, it will become a catchy thing under the companies who are looking for applicant.
you have brilliant idea nellayar,becuase it help also to trustlogics to build the trust of other company if applicants have a symbols from good sign to look the employer as good employee in the past company,I think this system are also effective way to attached the system of trustlogics if in case, base on their white paper trustlogics will have own validator who can validated the jobseeker if will passed the criteria of their platform trustlogics ,so that ,if applicant will not passed the complete requirement base on their platform it well not entertain immediately becuase it also wasted on their time. |

I don't know if this is a good idea or not. I think it is good to have an online interview using trustlogics application. Well, I know it is not part of the platform of trustlogics and it is already above the objectives of this project. But it is good also if they will make some effort to put it. We already innovated the hiring process, why do we not make it completely. Just sharing my idea.
Well you have your point too, but what I think is, if there will be an online interview, I think it will be very difficult for the team since they are going to interview millions of applicants. I mean they are humans too, their body will collapse, I think, because they will be exhausted. You have got the thing that will mess up! +1 for your opinion. In my opinion, trustlogics is not concern with this issue. Online Job interview can integrate upon the application but the team will never spend their money for just hiring interviewers. Probably, the part of the companies are to interview the jobseekers and it will become an easy for them if they will look for schedule time each applicants that they will interview. If there is scheduling of time, it will be a favorable for all. Jobseekers can prepare themselves and interviewers will not be tired off because of thousands of applicants. The thing is, how about those people who have slow connection? It is unfavor with them since the communication will interrupt by connection. In fact, it may become a reason why unequality in job hiring industry. If you have a good answer but your connection is very slow, good things will never happen to you! I support the traditional way of interview. Interview is not just by means of answering of question in a senseful manner. There thousands of applicant and I know hundreds of that are better in oral communication. One thing that we cannot see in online interview is the projection of the applicant. Non-verbal communication can be a part of interview. As a matter of fact, some interviewers have backgrounds in psychology. Interviewers are looking for the gestures, postures, hand movement, eye movement and mannerisms of interviewee. They don't just seek for our answer because action speaks louder than words. If we interact in live, we can communicate well. I disagree with online interview. Hope you consider my point also. I understand your opinion. In fact you have the good point also. We can hide our emotions under an online communication. However, if we are dealing personally, we cannot control our feelings. In fact, we can't lie when there is somebody who is asking to our personal life unless if you have knowledge in psychology. Of course, we can divert our emotion and body language if we can read someone's thought to us. Aside from that, interviewers are looking for the applicants who have strong personality, attitude and personal appeal and it can be shown when the interview is personally. Yes I agree with you its not avoidable, though personal interview is a good idea, but since it won't offer fairness in all applicants then maybe the online interview is better than personal interview, afterall it's an online job recruitment right? On my opinion Online Interview was too difficult as an feature of the platform in some reason. First, people are too shy in terms of having camera talks and in some cases internet connection and camera pixels are one of the problem, if its not camera talk and only online chatting it is a way too biased to the company. Second, too much content on their Android and IOS app, maybe a very big memory to be contained. Third, company and employer likes to interview personally that online, maybe a help if applying abroad rather international. Yes! You have a point but if the person is shy being interviewed online then how much more personally? I mean I get it that there are also hindrances in using computers for interviewing, but what if the employee is located far away? Let's say from another country, does the company willing to pay the expenses? Maybe you have some point for those jobseeker are not bravely to face online interview at her employeer,but if jobseeker are through didecated to finding their job even the online interview will have to face it, because in reality traditionaly method this feeling are commonly expressed naturally,for some jobseeker will not brave, but the essence of these, whether you like it or not personal interview or online interview will happen becuase is need to sytem, if you have to have a job. |

Nowadays many projects are the same platform as trustlogics. Then what makes trustlogics different from others?
For me the trust logics are different from other platforms that are closely similar to them is that they have a validatotrs who are professional in validating and will do authentication another is that the trust logic will give the job seekers an appropriate job for them Indeed! This project is very different from others, in which they have an idea and concept that can be reliable for the user's who uses their system. That's right, The best measure for anything is progress. This project aims to give the services for jobseekers and interconnecting the employee to the employer, a peer to peer process that defined the recruitment works and making it easier for the jobseekers to have an opportunity to find a job. This peer-to-peer hiring concept grants TrustLogics system another set of twist. It complements the purpose in order to further improve the current situation of this country. Yes that's true and to add, trust logics will not only solved the problem of unemployment from many countries but also have solution for many recruiter and company as well... By giving them a trusted employee that will fit for their needs and demand in less time, and that's the reason why trust logics is different from others... Well i guess so, with many job's platform online that only focus to give applicants a job and not sure if they are suitable for that position and take for granted the recruiter's really needed... As a result many employees are not able to cope up with their designated position reasons for them to leave and resign from their jobs... That is right, some online application is not really focus or checking about the files of the jobseekers well this will affect the applicant to make some job seekers even they are not qualified is added to the list of the validators that some work that for belong for those who are qualified, sometimes being stolen in a wrong validation. I'm sure that TrustLogics is different from the others. For sure , trustlogics are able to different from other platform due to have own validators which validate the resume of applicant through in designated area of application based on description from trustlogics platform, so that the jobseeker profile are immediately complete. |

Trust Logics platform offer a regular employee and a freelancer with my understanding.
I'm so interested with this, especially in freelancer
you can work whenever you want, you choose your own hour, If you want to sleep at noon, you can do that.
If you want to take the weekend off you can explore the city, by all means,go for it.
As a freelancer, you can actually work during your most productive hours.
This only applies for those who will get the job home based. It will still depend on the partnership and company (employer) TRUSTLOGIC will get. the availability of the job nature will depend on the company that they will get on their platform. I agree with you ANGELA07.. but for me unfortunately, being a freelancer means that your income and your workload are unstable and inconsistent. For the most part, you won’t be able to depend on any regular project, client, or profit, whereas you would know the exact pay you’ll receive at a traditional job. @daimar +100 Freelance is a good thing to have if that is just a second job, those are work that will give us a good time with our family. but being a freelancer with a family to support is not a good job to have. especially if you are getting started gathering reputation in the community. i rather get the fixed time of work with regular payment to expect. Is your TrustLogics Android and IOS app available on every country??
I'm not sure if their Android and IOS app was available on every country, but as far as I know based on what I have read on their whitepaper it is a hiring project wherein you can apply national and internationally based. For me maybe it is available on every country. Well maybe since is referred to blockchain technology its will sure that the market of thrustlogics betwwen jobseeker will not limited on other country instead it will also unlimited to other country ,offered job hiring all over in the world,,for just in cased unemployment rate will decreased in the whole world. Is any of you guys already used their android or IOS app??. Looks interesting and very easy to use app.
I think it is available in the Google Playstore but I donnot install it already. I think it is available on app stores around the world but not that already in used. Back reading on these thread to have a overview with the people interested in these platform. I see that many is interested in what TrustLogics has to offer, and really look up to there project of providing solutions to the inefficiencies of hiring in our industry. Their efficient solutions really captivating and can really make you feel safe with all the data and info issues around the internet nowadays, I hope these eagerness continue on.
I see what your going at, people are really backing these project and its no surprise, their platform shows a lot of promise and really tends to the real issue the internet, especially for the public, is facing right now. Making a secure platform where the recruiter and the jobseeker can protect their profiles and at the same time hire and efficiently is very great of a project. All jobseeker you should know that hiring is the best is not always easy.
In fact the recruitment process is a tough one because, more often than not, the right person for the job will be someone completely unexpected.
Always consider it to your self, but there is Trustlogics give us a chance to make it better.
That's right, especially here in my country its very hard for the applicants to accept in every hiring company, even you came from well known school university, I guess Trustlogics can do something about here in my country anyway. Finding jobs in our country is very difficult too much process you will deal with it. Even if you know that you deserve a job position you want to go to, you will often not be accepted or sometimes rejected, even if you have a nice background on your previous employment. They take prioritized applicants are recommended by others or they known. hopefully the trustlogics will be the solution to this kind of problem in our country. I agree, Looking for a desirable job is never been easy. Even applying manually or walk-ins is a hard task too, you won't be always lucky to get hired. But with trust logic can make a change on applying for jobs you can easily fill up on their platform and look for a job based on your experience after your profile is verified by validators of the platform. You bet! Applying for a job is really a super hard thing to do nowadays especially for those people who are not a graduate of Top 5 Universities in their country. Why is that? There are so many jobs available in that country yet there are unemployed people? I may say that it is the system of recruitment which is the real problem. Some jobs are occupied by those people who just say, I need the job and I don't care if it was the job for me or not. I am a graduate of 4-year course so I am qualified. How about those who specialized on that field? Once the job was filled up, they can't apply for other jobs which are not related to their course. It ends up that the person who got the job will be incompetent and ineffective. I bet for you Boo! Applying for a job is like you are giving a feast bomb to wolverine, it is hard and heart breaking moment! If you are accepted, all of your effort, costs and time are worthy but if you are fail to hire in a company, your tears will flow down the core. As of now, graduates in a community colleges are not the priority of company or government agency. In fact, many of the graduates in community colleges don't have the opportunity to work in office and the worst, they are unemployed for over a decade. Unfortunately, I am also studying in a community college and I fear that someday, I will become a "TAMBAY" native term for unemployed in my country. So right now, I am working with cryptocurrency because I think I have future in this industry. I have gone through TrusLogics white paper and their website, concept is very unique and it will going to boom the hiring industry. It is beneficial for both employer and employee reduces the time and money also. The best part is that Trustlogics will eliminate the culture of getting jobs on the basis of references. As i think lot of times it happens that the one who is suitable didn't get the job because of reference & the one who is suitable gets out because he donot have any reference. So from now every one gets job on the basis of there skills and capabilities. Great lot of people get happy just because of Truslogics, they are making change which is very necessary for the hiring industry. Validator part is also interesting that we can verify our profile as per our education, skills, experience through which one can get better opportunities. Organisation will be able to hire skilled employees which in turn will increase their business and profit and employee will get a better salary. Great Trustlogics you are going to change life of many organisation and employees  Equality in hiring is needed in every application, every one should go through the same process and be hired in the right way. Hiring should be based on qualifications and skills of job applicants and not just recommendations from special people with special connections. Im glad that TrustLOgic is here to changed the unfair ways of job hiring. Yes you're right and we appreciate that you raised a really serious concern, In these days many of the peoples getting hired by just because of their reference in the respective organization, not by their skills or qualification. But with the help of TrustLogics this problem will not longer exist. That was great, i think those job seekers who only dependent to their backer or reference to be employed has no place on the company now if they have not enough skills and abilities to do the job, and sometimes they feel like a boss because they have a backer, doing all things like they are a boss too. TrustLogics are here now to stop those things so that they can help those people who deserve better than that. yeah you'll right,,if jobseeker have backer its much unfair to those applicant are much effort to follow the rules and regulation procedure before it to hired,unlike to those person are have backer sometime his attitude are arrogant to co-worker ,,I must saying on that case because I'm also expirence before,,I hope trustlogics will handle it,,because I'm also believe and trust to trustlogics are much fair to its applicant regarding to their services, |
