It could be the case but BTC will probably (as it does right now) test the 2960-3000 resistance again, so probably ETH will go more down.

Yes, normally we should retest 2950-3000 area.

I suspect we might break 3040 and test 3150 too, even breaking 3150 and testing 3300-3350.

Just speculating though in the last sentence.

Chances are that ETH will visit 250s again while BTC will climb back at 3000s.
