What about alts? LTC, DOGE, XRP? How much will they follow BTC?
Well it depends if BTC will break the mentioned resistance (high >550 and/or close >450). If not, they will start to regain their value relatively to btc but not sure what this will mean in USD terms. If yes then some of them may bleed more - sooner or later they will bottom and probably bounce really hard.. Now, regarding macsga's model, the basic idea is described in his thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=372346.0So they are going to profit in both cases  Probably, because many the 'overvalued' BTC will need to be spend.... |

Great flick... Great thread Now the 450-480 resistance can be cut like a butter. But we may go sideways for a while or even south. But macsga says 550.... Yep; I support this claim. As previously klee said, we're working together on a robust prediction scheme and we may have an announcement to make for all you guys that want to get into "safe" trading. I know this sounds ridiculous, but we're testing some mathematical models right now and -so far- we think they're working. If I would like to join, who shall I PM, you buddy or Klee ? As I've some other questions to ask. You can PM me Fakhoury though this tool is far from ready. In theory it seems to work (both backtesting and after the 240$ rally) but this is in research mode yet (developing has to follow). Guys the most ridiculous level the price could go in this rally is about 15000$. I told you just in case.... (This is based on the log scale daily 3%x3 HL chart) Ya, I understand buddy. Struggled for several hours to understand you but failed! lol  |

Yes. At Bitstamp where I trade it would be 413*0.9=371.7  I saw (again) this movie yesterday.... |

Also, we still haven't resolved any part of the blocksize issue and the Fed is soon to raise interest rates (lifting the value of USD).
I am still hesitant, but am keeping an eye on as usual...

FOMO hits me hard.  Back in btc since 383$. But seriously, who would've expected this kind of movement after the local 335$ top. Edit: Sell at 480 or 365$. Me thinks 520-550, but split the take profits from 425 up to 550 (if possible). EDIT: Stoploss should be a trailing stop of 10% of the last peak (IMHO). |
