Woow. Monero, just like eth and maid got hammered today. Though to be honest, xmr support seems to be the strongest of the the three main coins today. Yet, I'm not sure if xmr dump was the only one today. Others may follow. Will see soon I guess.
It has very strong support in the 130-150 area. You must be stupid to sell below 170k. What for? Unless you wanna break 170 to buy at the above range. Maybe that was the plan (hence the 65K wall). Good luck trying to send it back in the 100k area though... In short term, it could drop further. One reason is that the bitcoin price is rising. Most altcoin will drop. I would not bet on this for various reasons. |

XMR is currently at a double top.
3 cases:
1) Breakout (0.00238879)
2) Pullback,
a) Rise again for a triple top break
b) Pullback and fail (if it gives a sell at 0.00167545). Sometimes a double top can be very bearish.
3) Consolidate (more X/O columns without a buy/sell signal).
The above are based in the usual chart I have posted here (1d HL, 3%x3). Do I understand correctly that it can go up, down, or sideways? Sounds like a safe bet to me  . A common 'mistake' people make is that all TA is about predicting the future price. PnF is not a method like that - it gives you a map. Where you wanna go and how is your choice (for example in a support you can buy with less risk or you can sell with more risk, reward would be the inverse, it's your choice though). PnF is a method that gives objective price breakouts and support/resistances. So once you have that info you can choose your strategy. Back to bitcoin: Can we already break through 418 to see some 465 coins again?  We need a damn catapult in the daily 1%x3. Still no catapult in this battle after the 500$ top and crash to 300$. Imo this is the signal that will finish the battle between 365-465. Bears or bulls? |

The manipulation thing is a something only idiots believe.
There is no manipulation in any market, like it or not.
Whales move the price where there is less resistance.
So a bullish manipulation is only possible if the market is already bullish and the opposite.
When you have cryptos RSI oversold in the weekly wtf do you expect? Zero prices?

For XMR price to reach $X, it will have to reach every price <$X at least once during the ascent. Let's enjoy the ride and if someone has too many, distribute them to the ones who don't.
I wish they did the same with GMC, the orderbook is very thin, no one can buy serious amount without big slippage!  |

Is this what I was expecting since the beginning of BTC rally at autumn (BTC rallies ALONG with ALTs)? Breaking 0.0021 again will be the trigger for the next leg up.
There is good accumulation at 0.001835, before that it was at 0.0017.
If it is really bullish we should bounce up in the next hours, if not we will retest 0.0017.
My bet is on the former.
Disclaimer: I sold all my coins at 0.00215 in the spike, I will re-enter at about the same price or in the 0.0013-0.0014 area.
EDIT: Surprisingly enough, we had the same movements for BTC, ETH & XMR. Price rise, pullback, accumulation and now the first two are bouncing back up.
If yes it will be the last part of the drama. |

And... XMR 20K is broken. Enjoy the ride Edit: TBH, I didn't expect 100000XMR to be dumped instantly (through static walls on 20000). The first 50000 were bought anyway. Someone wants desperately out, or, wants cheaper coins. The volume on Polo though still is on the rise. Let's have some popcorn. There is that one big wall eager to sell, currently ~20k left and sitting at 195k. After that the asks are pretty thin. XMR broke 1000btc volume, this is important for whales. Above 210 FOMO. This could go up to 5K btc volume at least (why not? ETH almost did 50K), so in that case I expect a new ATH, maybe 0.01+ But first we need to break 210.  Quite the resistance at 0.002-0.0021 are, seemed to have broken it now. Currently the battle is around 0.00235, but that isn't a major one, next huge one will be 0.00265-0.0027 correct? After that, all bets are off... Shorts aside, yes - 27-28 is the next battle ground. Above 30, escape velocity... |
