HODL!!!!!

It has begun guys....
1182  Economy / Speculation / Re: PnF TA on: August 22, 2015, 05:46:01 PM
this no conspiracy. its blatantly obvious.

cant wait for the fireworks in btc price when they miserably fail.
Just to add some more evidence:

Does anyone really think that Gavin Gay + Mike Smalldick don't know that BTC price would collapse? Are they so idiots? Why are they not reacting to the recent dump? Why NO sign?

It seems as they actually WANTED this to happen, like it would be a great side effect or even their goal!
1183  Economy / Speculation / Re: PnF TA on: August 22, 2015, 05:40:01 PM
Conspiracy theory hat on:

US want BTC as a new standard for their own reasons. Silicon Valley & Old order (Banks) need to share the pie.

2 obstacles:

1) Early adopters + libertarian/anarchistic crowd (SR, f@ck FED etc). Also Jamie Dimon won't buy expensive and heard enough shit from Max (which would love to teach him a lesson for his worthless coinzz). I am exaggerating and become very specific just to illustrate the concept.

2) Chinese miners have the bigest share in the market.

So, with the help of chickenshit conformists (Mike+Gavin et al) they will compromise Bitcoin.
They need to change it's properties (govcoin, 100% traceable, inflatable - bye bye 21m cap with XT fork, etc.), shakeout every early adopter (even those who bought at 1$) & kick the shit out of chinese mining farms.

Easy with XT.

Properties changed, price to almost 0 (nothing practically goes to zero), Chinese miners already said they won't support XT.

Then FED or Obama or NSA or whoever declares BTCXT as the new standard. Moon, rest is history.

Hat off.

Hope you liked it  Roll Eyes Cool

i read this in ibtimes last day, i dont really understand about the backlog.will this affect our online wallets????it says,:
"UK-based mining service CoinWallet is gearing up to conduct a stress test of the Bitcoin network in early September, which it said will likely render most standard wallet software "worthless" and create "nearly a 30-day backlog".
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM
1185  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 22, 2015, 04:48:21 PM
I say either way "damned if we do and damned if we don't"  bitcoin will never be able to meet high volume demands if block size isn't increased. To keep things the way they are (which I prefer) will lead to higher fees and still not be able to meet real growth adoption needs. I don't see how not doing anything will pave the way for future growth. Classic definition of a true conundrum here.  Grin

1/ there is on need mainstream adoption to all get what we want here: that is moon.
2/ mainstream adoption of bitcoin by sheeples is highly unlikely anyway, they might use some top layer of it or cheap altcoins.
3/ bitcoin is no pocket money, it is a secured (by decentralized miners) safe haven from them FED/USG/Banks mafia.

Bitcoin is a privilege that you'll have to pay for eventually.
else just go altcoin with max blocksize and fast transaction.
I suppose that is one way to look at it and is very true at present. I said in an earlier post, that I do not believe now is the time for something like XT.

I for one firmly believe in keeping the purity of the original core. IF mainstream adoption looked more promising, then ya, something would have to give I'm afraid. One of the best things about bitcoin is the inexpensive means to send and receive. So, what do ya do?

have Core add a few MB to the limit while they implement blockstream and side chains

they either do that or risk losing the war.

i seriously doubt they will be able to get away with doing NOTHING and not get Owned by XT
Fully agree here...

I've never saw you Klee insanely bearish like this !!
We are facing extreme conditions - this will either bring BTC to it's knees or fuel the next mega bubble (above 3000 usd).
I will post a conspiracy theory in P&F thread soon.

Just for the laughs but sometimes the badest taste joke can become true...
1187  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 22, 2015, 04:36:07 PM
The market WILL price in as BTC has failed, be prepared for ridiculously cheap Bitcorns (or Buttcoins or whatever)....

WAAAAAYYY TOO SOON to call failure.
We just need to stay below 225 for a week without any change in the blocksize drama. Bitfinex 20M USD swaps are ready for action!
1188  Economy / Speculation / Re: PnF TA on: August 22, 2015, 02:54:15 PM
Bitcoin price follows certain patterns. I don't know how it manages to do so, but frankly, if you sit down and test them they're there! I was talking with a friend here (Physicist) that said they were nothing but fractalized following specific ups and downs within a specific timeframe. He used historical data to prove his claim and I agreed that most of it (as an argument) was true.

You will often see people who are doing TA charts here claiming -more or less- this obvious similarity of BTC after a time period of circa 2y. I don't believe it very much but the last couple of times it worked like a clockwork! Honestly, I really want to observe carefully what TPTB/Armstrong predict about BTC/Gold price respectively. I don't know if I'll buy the chance, but I will closely watch for it.

If the aforementioned correlation is there, it's gonna be awesome! Smiley
With 1 big difference - Bitcoin CAN go to zero, Gold can't....

I closed longs >280. SItting on my Fiat pile until some signal. Not even sure how low to put my bids. Sub 160?
IMO 125, 100, 75, 50 are good buys.
Also 20-25, 10, 5, 1 and 1 but wtf?  Shocked

Also, IMO a big reason we hold 220s last times was the bull whale that now probably is on sale skinned in a butcher shop  Tongue

Double digits soon?

TPTB you failed forecaster, you promised me double digits at September!!!!  Cheesy Tongue

Still early Klee... Still early!  Grin

Seriously now: It's quite a long shot to assume that BTC will follow gold's foot after the storm hits the markets, TPTB_need_war has a point though which I'm seriously thinking to go ahead and follow. I'm 50-50 yes or no...  Roll Eyes
Yeah it may hold here - but I think bears plan to keep low the price (<225) long enough at Finex so the 20m will start pop. Then double digits would be really easy IMO (at least there).
