Will a bearish catapult form?

Bitfinex 1D HL 1%x3

Happy 2016 everyone!

FYI, China did the triple bottom break.

So what?
So it went down more since then. Usually it is a very strong signal, especially the sell one.

Now, smart traders will short the shit out of it when it bounces good (430-450). Because another break will give a bearish catapult, that will probably bring us at least in the low 300$.

EDIT: That is if it bounces before it breaks 400$.

This guy is very serious and he is Chinese. There are some screenshots from MMM accts that say in Chinese that they can't withdraw etc

Chinese FUD. I thought, there was no "central" point in MMM BTC or whatever. People send btc to each other.
Yeah whatever...

Who talked about central point? People can't withdraw...

Just to add, that if we break 424, it will be the first triple bottom break (also descending one) signal in the daily. Very strong sell.
Someone should short the bounce for a catapult.
655  Economy / Speculation / Re: PnF TA on: December 26, 2015, 09:18:43 AM

Next support 416-425, then 392-400.

Trade the bounce from 400 to 430s. Medium risk.

Below that, support at 365-380. Then 345-355. Last bullish support 335-340.

Waiting for the updated charts...

Bitfinex 1D HL 1%x2

This have to hit at least 465 to be safe again.

On the positive we held the first support line (PnF is so accurate, the support breaks at 424.31, price went down to 424.37 !!!), on the negative we got a sell on the daily and the resistance above 460 is keep building up.

Long term bullish (as long as the major bull support line holds, now at  about 335-340), medium term bullish as long as 425 holds, short term bullish as long as 435 holds.

If we fail here and break below 425, we will get both short & medium term bearish.
We made one X box up (the thick red resistance can be removed) but the resistance at 460+, as I said, is strong.

Better wait for whales to kill each other first. 462-464 is a buy now.

658  Economy / Speculation / Re: Capacity increases for the Bitcoin system on: December 21, 2015, 11:01:37 PM
Does this mean that there will be more than 21 million bitcons?
Ehmmm...no??

But I am not a very reliable source for answers like this Tongue
What does it mean then? On the page there are only some names listed....?
Means they finally found consensus regarding the block size limit, which will be increased.

https://lists.linuxfoundation.org/pipermail/bitcoin-dev/2015-December/011865.html

"TL;DR:  I propose we work immediately towards the segwit 4MB block
soft-fork which increases capacity and scalability
, and recent speedups
and incoming relay improvements make segwit a reasonable risk. BIP9
and segwit will also make further improvements easier and faster to
deploy. We’ll continue to set the stage for non-bandwidth-increase-based
scaling, while building additional tools that would make bandwidth
increases safer long term. Further work will prepare Bitcoin for further
increases, which will become possible when justified, while also providing
the groundwork to make them justifiable."

Just to clarify... segwit would likely result in the tx level equivalent of 1.75-2MB blocks. Only if every transaction was multisig would the 4MB equivalent be reached (translation: it won't).

Precedent that hard forks are "bad and scary" remains firmly in place, to be rolled out again the next time we have this argument.

This is from two weeks ago, so I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for a market reaction.
Damnit!...

 Cheesy

github source is not Bitcoin Core ...
I don't know man, it is the link in the Bitcoin Core site. And the names are them.

I don't really care anyway, waiting to see the market reactions...
