1321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What stops people storing large objects on the blockchain? on: August 05, 2015, 05:28:37 PM
Yeah seems pretty stupid to me. The best use would be to store hashes that convert to anything. A hash can convert into an entire book for example, and you can store the hash string for peanuts.
Pretty stupid is that you don't understand hashes.  A hash - doesn't 'convert into an entire book' - or anything.

How did the community get so many dumbasses?
1322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Regulator Assholes on: August 04, 2015, 01:08:14 AM
I completely agree but what can we actually do?
Best thing to do is just what ShapeShift did and what Xapo did.  Get the fuck out of NY.  Quit doing business with New Yorkers.

Bitcoin out of New York!!!!

New York jews have long believed they have the right to be in complete control of everyone's money.  Jews love control of money.  So, just don't deal with those New Yorkers who love regulating other people's financial activity.
1323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: One Coin rises to Number 2 on: August 04, 2015, 01:03:09 AM
I've never even heard of it, but it's gotta be better than ripple lol.

Think it's a pump?
no - he is wrong.  My coin in #2.  I just made 3.5 billion coins and sold 100 of these coins to my friend for $100.  So, my coin is now worth 3.5 billion dollars.  Just under bitcoin!!!

http://fortune.com/2015/08/03/benjamin-lawsky-bitcoin/

Now the asshole says he won't work on anything related to his work at NYDFS - but here is the services he offers:

Quote
provides in-depth counsel and strategic advice on financial services regulation, cybersecurity and cyber-risk, new financial technologies, compliance, consumer protection, privacy, anti-money laundering controls, crisis management, and investigations in the banking, insurance and other related industries

OK - sure Lawsky.  That doesn't have anything to do with what you did at NYDFS.  $100 says this guy will be doing cryptocurrency advising for a big company in less than 6 months.  What a joke.  Government abuse.  Now, there is a god-damn mine field left by this guy and bitcoin companies are leaving the US and NY because of it.

What a dick.
1325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MtGox CEO admits tweaking account on: August 03, 2015, 09:01:41 PM
Karpeles has nothing to do  with the US, there is no way as foreign citizen who did not commit any crime on US soil would be extradited to US, ever.

What's the matter - you don't get the news.  US extradites assholes all the time - even when they are not US citizens:
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-33550207

Reuters says his wife now lives in Canada and I know that to get US citizenship you have to be married and cohabiting for about 7 years. Maybe the US will extradite him after he's served his Japanese time, then he can do some time in a US jail.
Canada is no longer part of the US.  They threw Canada out for being too drunk on Moosehead beer while playing hockey - eh?.
1326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Karpeles finally getting some Japanese style justice - hang 'em high on: August 01, 2015, 09:12:36 PM
Even better if it were a large and angry black man doing the raping.  They love that very soft and fully French meat.

About time...where's my money bitch?

I think he was talking about an even bigger blacker man than that.

Wait a minute - do the Japanese even have black people?  I don't think I've ever seen an AfricanBlackJap

OK - now I found one...
1327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Karpeles finally getting some Japanese style justice - hang 'em high on: July 31, 2015, 06:10:57 PM
Why would they send him to America? He is a citizen of France and never been an American citizen, I don't think they could extradite him if they wanted to.

Oh - you missed that whole FIFA thing - eh?  US will extradite anyone they damn well please.  They don't give a flying fuck where you did the crime.  If the crime 'touched' American - you'll be in a SuperMax prison before you can shout 'diplomatic immunity!'.
1328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum, the next era of bitcoin technology on: July 31, 2015, 05:45:23 PM
maidsafe it's a better alternative, they look more legit
This is like saying a 'spoon' is a better alternative to 'happy'.

Maid and Etherium are completely different and they don't operate to accomplish the same things.  How did the bitcoin community get so many idiots?
1329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2 Florida men charged in illegal Bitcoin operation on: July 23, 2015, 02:32:45 PM

So by running a Bitcoin exchange, they are exchanging cash for potential criminals. Does this logic apply to fiat? Sounds like they think that anything Bitcoin is criminal.
Nope.  If these guys did the very same thing - but instead of bitcoin they were exchanging Euros with people they believed to be criminals - they'd be in the very same place.  This arrest has NOTHING to do with bitcoin at all.

If you exchange money with someone you think is getting that money illegally, you are money laundering.  All this proves is the the Feds think bitcoin is money.

Don't do illegal shit with Bitcoin.  That's the bottom line.
1330  Economy / Economics / Re: Grexit on: June 28, 2015, 12:32:27 PM
Slowly, the Greeks will be able to repay their loans.
Ooops.  Too slow.  Game over.  Greece done.
1331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can anyone explain this address? on: June 28, 2015, 09:51:10 AM
I'll explain - this is the end of the bitcoin experiment.  Go home now.  There is nothing else to see.  Bitcoin si dead.

Dude - Russians are blowing the fucking shit out of helpless Ukrainians - you are not at all cool.  Russia deserves to get fucked royally for this.  I hope Russia is left out of the benefits of bitcoin.  For now, it looks like Putin wants to do just that.

find a reliable source of information from Russian Federation and neighbor countries.
Like your neighbors you are killing?

Stop the hate. Stop reading tabloids.
Wake up, FFS.
Are you fucking kidding?  You think Russia was right to take Crimea?  LOL.  Nations quit taking over ownership of other nations a long time ago.
1333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Casualty List on: June 15, 2015, 04:16:12 PM
I think bitcoinCore goes in here somewhere.  BitcoinXT is the new kid on the block.
1334  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: June 15, 2015, 01:24:24 PM
It might sound strange, but there are people that actually pay for porn because it's the right thing to do.
I 've heard about a lot of weird shit in my day - but this is funny as hell.  The right thing to do is to stop looking at porn!  ..ya god-damned freak.
1335  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Worth investing now? on: June 15, 2015, 05:51:32 AM

Avoid mining until companies like 21 start coming out with consumer mining routers and IOT devices.
Yeah, this way, you can lose money far more efficiently.  If you just buy an ASIC, you'll be way too close to break-even; it will seem like you are watching paint dry.  With 21 hardware, you'll really know you are losing money as the losses will be far more difficult to overlook.  21 readily admits their devices WON'T BE PROFITABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE - but that they will be 'educational'. yeah, you're going to get a lesson alright.

Just buy a Spondoolies or Antminer, steal electricity from the power pole on the street, pray you don't start a fire, and watch as you bring in about .0001 bitcoin per week.  Wow!!!  That's living large!!!

Mining is done.

1336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A major flaw with Bitcoin on: June 14, 2015, 07:56:11 PM
This is the best thread on bitcointalk currently  Grin
bitcointalk has long been a cesspool of total rubbish and bollocks.  Hot steaming bollocks in fact.  I am happy to bring back just a bit of interesting topic.  Thanks for noticing

That is what you think the major flaw is?  Are you retarded?  Holy Shit!  Bitcoin has 1,000,000,000,000 flaws.  That shit, is shit.
1337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MasterCard: Denounces Bitcoin on the Same Day Exec Joins Bitcoin Company on: June 10, 2015, 06:21:16 AM
That is a really interesting coincidence.  I wonder what the plan is for them, are they trying to spread fud?  Maybe the guy just took the job and there is no relation between him and his former company?

Yeah I think this is it too. It doesn't mean that my boss hates BTC that I should be away of it ...

Hang on a minute.  The guy was a douchebag.  MasterCard fired him a long time ago - 2013 for improper activity.  MasterCard believes the guy is a cheating cunt.  Now, their long-ago fired cheating cunt ex employee joins Bitcoin.  They are not surprised, they probably are laughing and saying that is right where he belongs as they believe bitcoin is sleazeville.  So, don't get too excited announcing that one of MasterCard 'executives' jumped over to bitcoin because he was merely a fired in disgrace ex-employee rather than 'executive' as everyone keeps trying to promote.

1339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Silk Road Founder Ross Ulbricht Sentenced to Life in Prison on: June 09, 2015, 05:34:54 PM
The US is tough man.  If you are going to fuck around - you gonna pay big time!  Better to just pack up and go to South Africa where getting away with murder is EASY!!!  ...and fun too.

The case with South Africa is different. During the apartheid regime, the government used to imprison Blacks and other colored people on cooked up charges, and then used to give them extremely harsh prison sentences. For example, Nelson Mandela was imprisoned in 1962 for treason, and he spent some 27 years in jail, until he was released as a part of the peace process. Another anti-apartheid activist, Billy Nair served 20 years in prison, from 1964 to 1984. When the ANC got power, they reduced the maximum prison sentences, taking in to account the apartheid era usage of prisons to detain anti-apartheid activists.

Are you smoking crack again?  I was talking about how soft SA is.  You come and say they over sentence.  WTF?

All I am saying, in some places, you walk for murder like pistorius.  In the US - smoke a joint and the man throws away the key.  Then you come in with the Nelson Mandela shit.  Man - you are fuckn twisted.

"Blacks and other colored people"  -  good one.

Ross was a dumb mutherfucker for messing with the US.  You don't hide behind a silly tissue curtain and taunt the FBI into finding you.  He deserves life for being so stupid.
1340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: mastercard attacking Bitcoin on: June 09, 2015, 05:18:41 PM
This is like the Yellow Cab taxi company doing an analysis and concluding that Uber has risks which are just too much to accept in view of the rewards.  Hahahahah!  MasterCard opinion of bitcoin is hilarious.  MasterCard is going to the same place Kodak went. Kodak said: "digital photography - no we are not concerned about that, it will never win the attention of true photographers"  Two years later it was bankruptcy for Kodak.  At the very end they launched an aggressive digital campaign.  Watch for MasterCard to launch an aggressive cryptocurrency campaign in the next year.  That will be the hint they are on their last straw.
