I think you are confused.  Isn't paying $.01 transaction fee (Bitcoin Cash) better than paying $5 transaction fee (Bitcoin Core)?

Some people are pure 'fanboys' and 'cheerleaders' who refuse to consider facts and reason.  There will be a big loss for these guys in the end.

The flippening will come in less than 1 year.  There is no useful function of the Core system (Bitcoin Core) until Lightning comes out.  So, wallets, merchants, end users are all moving to BCH where things work smoothly.  In about 12 months, there will be a flippening.  Both will be $7500 when it happens. 

SegWit Bitcoin is broken.  You have Greg Maxwell and Adam Back to thank for that.

Simple solution: just go use Bitcoin Cash.  It is the same Bitcoin you've known since 2009.

It was irrational to hold BTC since the fees went over $1.  That is just dumb.  SegWit broke Bitcoin.  End of story.

BCH is the same Bitcoin that you've known since 2009.  BTC is Bitcoin with some unstable weird shit (segwit) added on.  SegWit made the network fees super high (>$10) and the transaction times super long (1 week, 100,000 unconfirmed).
