Why are my winning bets from the game Russia v Slovakia still with settlement in progress?
I also have a bet that was rejected (because I sent to the address of a previous bet that was no longer available), but still no refund.

It usually does not take so long, from my experience with direcbet, so I think something is wrong.

I was trying to make a bet from direcbet gaming wallet but I got an error saying that direcbet could not send the email.
Can you please fix this? (The coins were removed from my account, but the bet is not confirmed)

I think that bet is already signalized so it will be removed. I wouldn't worry about it.
You can make duplicate bets if you want, but only one will count for the competition, according to the rules.

Forget to inform that I would like to use my second entry for the side competition

I registered a new address (my direcbet play wallet ) and made a deposit of 100mBTC to use it for the competition, but when I try to make a bet it says that I still need to complete a rollover before I can withdraw to that bet ID.

They are above 1% of my bankroll, they are in Copa America, and they were made after 00h UTC so they should count.

What do you guys think about Del Potro v G Simon and Kohlschreiber v Stepanek. I think Stepanek and Del Potro are playing very well, so I placed bets on them. Stepanek was really good vs Cilic, so if he plays like that again I think he will win as an underdog again.

I decided to make two parlays for tonight's games. First I think Uruguai and Mexico should win their games, so I will make a parlay there.
Secondly I expect a few goals on Mexico, since they are playing well and Jamaica can't really go for a draw so we could see over 2.5 here. On the Uruguai game I will be more conservative and only go for over 1.5. Suarez isn't playing and Venezuela should be ok with the draw, but since Uruguai is a stronger team, I don't think over 1.5 is asking to much.

To bad it ended 2-0, but I manage to make some profit because I was seeing the game live so I made a bet on Stepanek to win first set, and then made a small bet on 2-0 for Stepanek, just in case the bet on 3 sets lost. So in the end I manage to get some profit.

Made a few live bets on Brazil. I was going live for over 1.5 at first half, but the goals start coming in and I was just watching :/
Already had a pre-live bet on both teams to score no, but now I'm not so sure, because Brazil will probably relax on de defense en focus on attack, so they might suffer a goal, so I might close this one, and not let it roll to the end.

That seems like a good bet. I will probably follow it. Portugal defense is strong, so it wont be easy for Estonia to score.
I would also like to make a bet on under 3.5 or over 2.5, but I haven't decided yet. Ronaldo is going to play and Portugal as good players, but they are having problems scoring so although I don't expect to much goals, I know they could happen at any time. I don't really expect more than 3 goals, so both bets would win, but I need to decide first.
