1041  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling tips on: August 11, 2016, 04:32:30 PM
Is there any other gambling game other than the dice game? Sorry. Newbie. Thank you.

There are tons of games, you just need to go to a casino online and the initial problem will be to know what to choose lol
The problem is that after a while they will look the same I guess. For me I reduced all casino games for craps, roulette, dice and blackjack. Can't really play anything else. You have of course slot machines, but I never win so I only play them on live casinos because I thin it's fun.
Besides casino games, there is of course poker and sports betting, but I think you were only asking about casino.
1042  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Olympic Football Tournament Rio 2016 on: August 11, 2016, 04:24:47 PM
I would like to see what Portugal can do. They had to change almost the entire team after qualification, because their players were not allowed to participate in the Olympics since their home teams did not let them. I did not expect much from them because of that, but they manage to pass their group easily. Let's see how they do vs Germany now.
1043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rio 2016 overall prediction and discussion on: August 11, 2016, 02:34:32 PM
Soccer competition : Brazil team are in bad situation , they have only 2 points from 2 matches , they have wasted 2 points against Iraq easily . Today they will play against Denmark who are the hero of the group until now , Iraq also have 2 points but their match is easier against south Africa , for that , Brazil might get out early . What is your opinion ?

Yes I agree with you. I don't know what's going on with Brazil. First they were a deception in Copa America by not passing the Group phase, now they wasted points vs apparently normal teams. I now this is a little random, because countries normally take their youngsters to the Olympics, and even looking at Portugal, they had to change the entire team that made the qualification, which is even more strange.

Anyway, Brazil is playing home, and has Neymar, and were a deception in Copa America, so they should take this serious I guess, and I did not expect them to have so much trouble to qualify for next round. Lets see how they play vs Colombia in the quarter finals.
1044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your gambling stats? (Profit/Loss) on: August 11, 2016, 02:25:29 PM
I'm curious to see people stats in gambling on the forum.
What I mean by stats is your total profit/losses.
I am interested in this since I have read some gambling stories on the forum regarding big losses or wins.
Please do not reply if you have not gambled before.

My stats are around -0.01BTC. Lost a bit when I first started but have been making profit since then with sports betting.

Edit: Since I posted this thread, I have been lucky on moneypot so I'm probably up ~0.01BTC

Well I never tracked my stats without interruption. I mean, sometimes I track my stats for a decent period of time, then I stop, then I start again etc. Since on the time I stop tracking my stats I still gamble, they are not accurate. I will only talk in gambling using BTC, so in casino, I tracked my luck run on betcoin.tm, so I invested around 0.1 BTC and came out with 3 BTC profit. I did gamble and lost on some sites and won to, so they probably compensate each other.
1045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 202: Diaz vs McGregor 2 Info and Prediction Thread on: August 10, 2016, 01:49:18 PM
Can't wait for this match. The last fight was really disappointing. I think Diaz got a lucky shot and we did not even got a fight.
This time if a fight really takes place I will continue to go for McGregor. I think his moves are so unpredictable but since they don't lose power he becomes a real thread to anyone that fights him.

I expect a balanced fight but I will go for McGregor @1.88
1046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportstips - Basketball/tennis/soccer 🔥 Wins 93 - Loss 10 🔥 on: August 10, 2016, 01:40:58 PM
Yesterday was a hard day for tennis betting. I also lost money with Muguruza, and specially Serena. Don't really know what happened with Serena, she just could not keep it together. Not saying Svitolina played bad, because she didn't, but there were just so many unforced errors for Serena and double faults... it wasn't normal :/

Any tips for today?
1047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VIII FREE Tipster Competition - sponsored by DirectBet (Discussion Thread) on: August 10, 2016, 01:29:59 PM
I am back in first with 72% ROI!! The only problem is I used most of my bets and have only 13 left. What do you guys think my shot at any prize looks like?

You have a great shot at top7, from my experience in the last editions, above 100% is almost guaranteed Top3, and above 50% ir almost guaranteed Top7. On last competition bitbollo won with around 110% I think, and I don't remember the name of the 7th, but I think his ROI% was around 40%.

Running out of bets is hard, it happened to me on the last one, and I could not fight to keep the first place :/
Hope I can do it on this one xD
1048  Economy / Services / Re: Start your own sportsbetting site on: August 09, 2016, 10:11:27 PM
I have a question. Don't you also need a large bank to support bets?
Let's say you are starting, and don't have to much guys using your site and betting. Doesn't that mean that you need to support the bets yourself?

Here is an example, in a game A vs B, where A is the favourite and the small amount os customers that bet with you are backing A.
If you want to accept the bet you will need to pay your customers if B win right?

So given this, how can you say that anyone can afford to start a sports-betting business?

I know you say website, but what I'm trying to say, is that anyone that can support the business itself will sure be able to support a website, so the price is probably irrelevant I guess.
1049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: SPORTSBETTING : Not for everyone? on: August 09, 2016, 10:05:24 PM
I recently made a poll for which gambling game people think has more odds for winning.
I was actually surprised that a lot voted for Sportsbetting, so I read up a bit about it. http://docomocasino.com/pros-cons-sports-gambling.html
I was expecting Dice to take the lead,(I prefer Dice myself), I would like to try Sportsbetting (they say it has highest odds?) but I can't seem to get past the research required to learn about the sports involved, to actually make a bet. Especially since individuals who are not into sports has way worse chances of winning compared to those who are actually interested.
Comments? I'll probably just stick to Dice. lol.

You are completely right on this one. Sports betting, require a lot of thought and knowledge about the games you are betting. it's not a guaranteed win, because sports are of course still very hard to predict, but they do have some margin for skill to kick in, and let you get some profit.

On dice etc, it's just about luck and you cant "beat" the house edge.
Of course bookies still have their edge, by offering creating a book bellow 100%, so they should always profit no matter the result of the game, if they keep their bets well, but you can also profit if you are skilled enough in predicting results. So you only need to be better than the other guys that bet, and not the bookie, so you can profit.
1050  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2016 Summer Olympics - Bitcoin Betting on: August 09, 2016, 09:54:55 PM
USA v Venezuela - Over 166.5pts @ 1.79
The match finished 113-67, 180 points total. This was the most reasonable bet of the night. Australia, Serbia and France matches will be tougher. USA made their most scores in these 2 matches China and Venezuela.

Yes I manage to saw the game, but only made a live bet on the Over 156.5pts @1.69. If I followed your tip it would had paid more.
Venezuela did put a good fight on the first quarter and that's probably the reason why you did not win both bets.

I also agree with you, next games will be much tougher, USA only got easy games for now, so they are still going to be tested. I want to see how they handle Australia.
1051  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: August 09, 2016, 09:50:00 PM
Djokovic really didn't have luck.
Del Potro was out for the very long time but it seems he is back now, and playing very well again, like in the good ''old days''.
Yes, Murray have good chance now to win gold medal but don't forget Marin Cilic.
He is playing very good now, and also have good chances for good medal.

I thought that to, but thinking better about it, I'm not so sure Del Potro will handle the way to the finals. He is paying well I know but he looked tired vs Joćo Sousa, so I doubt that if the gets to the final he will handle a high intensity game vs Murray. I actually think I will take the odds @1.7 for Murray to win gold.
1052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: August 09, 2016, 03:57:41 PM
I have also enjoyed watching the tennis so far at these Olympics. I thought that it would not be as good as it is, because a few of the top 10 players are not here but it has been good to watch.

Nick Kyrgios decided not to play at the Olympics to concentrate on the up and coming US open and it looks like he made the right decision as he just won the Atlanta Open which was his second career title.

Yest I saw the final vs Isner, and I'm glad I did not bet on it, because pre-live I would go for Isner. It was a really great game.
Today I will go live on Kvitova. She is probably tired of losing vs    Makarova lol. Both are in good form, and I'm watching the game and it seems balanced, but I feel that Kvitova really wants this, and I liked her olympic games so far, so I will go for it.

I got in before the won the second set so I got odd @1.8, but they are still decent for the third set I think (arround @1.4)
1053  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2016 Summer Olympics - Bitcoin Betting on: August 08, 2016, 09:51:37 PM
If you check up only friendlies you miss a lot of points. This is Olympics game. If you want a cmparison check 2 of USA - China friendlies just before Olympics then check the game they played in Olympics. China scored 57 in both friendy matches and they scored 62 in Olympic game. USA scored 106 and 107 in friendlies and then 119 in Olympic game. Motivation is different, rotation is diffferent, game play is different. Everything is different.

You are probably right. Like I said although I enjoy the game I don't get to watch it, because it hardly shows live basketball games on my country, since it's more dedicated to football, so I just get to watch some videos after the games with the best plays.

Anyway there is a huge diference on -50.5 and -45.5 (@1.94 to @1.35). Since I hardly see full games, I hardly bet on it, but for just 5 points diference it looks like a huge diference to me (maybe I'm saying something stupid lol, since I don't really bet on basketball). I think I will give it a go, and follow you on this one.
1054  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2016 Summer Olympics - Bitcoin Betting on: August 08, 2016, 09:32:47 PM
Basketball game of the night, I'm expecting a close to 120-55 score. We'll see more than 167 points and USA will score 50+ than Venezuela.
USA v Venezuela - USA -50.5 @ 1.92
USA v Venezuela - Over 166.5pts @ 1.79

I don't really follow basketball, although I enjoy the game, so I'm not an expert, but looking to recent stats, and although it was a friendly, they did not win by such a margin. On the other side looking at the odds offered for -45.5 and -50.5, I do see much more value on the -50.5 option, so I will follow you on this one. Hope it's a win.
1055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: August 08, 2016, 09:06:37 PM
crushing defeat of djokovic although DelPotro is an excellent player. I think that Murray did not win the tournament , but there will be a surprise winner

Murray has very good chance now, i think 90% of the champion is him, congrats. Del Potro is very strong today, like he won the us open title in 2009, awesome performance he had today.

With djokovic out i dont see anyone who can chalenge Murray now i see that he can take again

There are some good players there, like Monflis, Ferrer, and some others. I wont say Nadal, because I don't like him that much on this type of surface, but although things got much better for Murray, I can't say it's decided yet. I saw some good games already. I liked Del Potro played vs Joćo Sousa today. I think the match was easy and controlled by him, even after ended 2-1, and he played some really good points.

I'm enjoyed the tournament so far, is going better than I expected.

This Is Why I Love Gambling On Sports...

This is no based on proven facts. It is based on personal experience and preference

I have been gambling for the past 2 years on sports , specifically soccer and i find it more better than Revshares and HIYPs, It's not an easy thing to do but ,it's the same as trading on a volatile market. It's either you win big or lose big ,however in my case i have mastered eliminating house edge and increase my odds of winning therefore winning. Now with Bitcoin online bookies/Betting sites i can transfer a small amount of satoshis then choose the matches i'm betting on right after statistical analysis. Predicting a game of soccer is not easy ,but one can capitalize on factors affecting the overall outcome of the game.

Most Major soccer leagues will be opening Mid-August and wow , so much Bitcoin/money to be made...

 Wink Wink Wink

I really like it to. I didn't do it on a regular basis, but after entering the Tipster Championship on this forum, I think I got more methodical in betting.
It was nice to see my progress being marked, and competing against others. I don't think I'm very good at it, and I find it very hard, so right now Im still just gaining experience by keep betting over the time. I'm having some profit which is of course great and keeps me going I guess.
Maybe if I continue to get profit in the long run, I will increase my betting bankroll and get more serious about it.
1057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VIII FREE Tipster Competition - sponsored by DirectBet (Discussion Thread) on: August 08, 2016, 07:10:28 AM
Hello everyone, groups have been created.

- First we randomly distributed the top 6 players from the main competition.
- Then we distributed all users with positive ROI%, and after that, users with negative ROI%
- Finally all the users with zero ROI% were placed.

This was done to try to keep groups balanced and active.

I like this part very much, in the last competition there were a few days where the tipsters from a group or two were getting points just by making one bet because they had no competition since the others were inactive, and at least one group where a lot of active users would not get any points, and they would definitely get them if they were on the less active group. I think this will make a big difference in the group phase.
1058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International Games Prediction Thread on: August 05, 2016, 08:47:35 PM
I'm going for Barcelona v Leicester today. Even if Leicester did well in the Premier League, they are of course not in the Barcelona level, so I expect a win for Barcelona. Also I expected it to be over 2.5

Barcelona v Leicester
Barcelona @ 1.22
Over 2.5 Goals @ 1.49

This game was a win! Didn't expect so many goals, I guess I could have risked a little more.
Today I will go live on Sporting Lisbon vs Nice. Sporting is not doing very well, but nice is not also not playing well. I think this game will go for a draw.

Sporting Lisbon v Nice
The Draw @ 2
1059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportstips - Basketball/tennis/soccer 🔥 Wins 93 - Loss 10 🔥 on: August 05, 2016, 11:47:17 AM
I agree with you on Isner, don't know about the other game because I don't know those teams. I will not follow this one, because I already have 3 parlays with Isner involved, so I can't risk more on him. Hope it's a win for both of us!
1060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: August 04, 2016, 08:31:25 PM
I'm betting live on Rio Ave vs Slavia Praga on over 2.5. It's 1-1 and Rio Ave is playing with 10, previous round ended 0-0, so they have to risk it.
I know there are only 15min to go, but I think it's possible to get another goal from any team, since the game will open a little from Rio Ave

Rio Ave v Slavia Prague
Over 2.5 Goals @ 2.12
