1601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino Stake.com sued for $400 million on: September 04, 2022, 11:55:56 PM
~snip~
I believe long time users of Stake.com can also attest that this accusation is a lie, and that Freeman’s demands are clearly for own intentional desires. However, this may somehow affect the reputation of Stake.com as some gamblers will start to develop fear on the said casino. But for those who have built their trust on Stake.com, this kind of news won’t never create a big deal and won’t stop them from playing in Stake.com.
It's on the users now.

If this isn't a big thing for them, they will just continue. But if this worries them, they can make their own research and ask them directly. It's easy to ask this, they have an active thread, and they have the support and email.

They are there to contact freely if something is bothering a user from this issue that he has seen. And it's on the user if the answer is satisfying, justifiable or not.
Agreed, and already Stake have informed that it is completely a false report being spread by Freeman to destroy the growth of Stake. Freeman who have partnered them in previous business weren't involved with Stake. Now looking upon the growth it have achieved in the short time period he have went for a lawsuit. Stake will soon conclude this problem.
1602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have started teaching Bitcoin to my Neighbors on: September 04, 2022, 01:53:15 PM
A big initiative and earlier I had the same thoughts. Years back I introduced it to my friends. Even I don't had much knowledge by then, but introduced what I knew. No one showed interest on learning, maybe I'm not good in explaining. Now those friends have created their own portfolio and are into cryptocurrency investment. Maybe with time they'll learn better about the real value of cryptocurrencies than just as an investment.
1603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 04, 2022, 12:02:27 PM
Jadeja is out for India too. He is a crucial part of the team.
Ravindra Jadeja is a big missing to the team. He contribute good with his bowling as well as batting. In the match against Pakistan he had an injury and he's under the supervision of BCCI medical team. He's to miss the Asia Cup as well as the T20 World Cup as the knee injury is marked serious and needs a major surgery. For this reason he'll be on rest for indefinite time period.
1604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you think bear market is affecting Bitcoin (Crypto currencies) so badly on: September 04, 2022, 10:30:51 AM
This is quite the normal thing happening with the market. This is not the market for people who want their investments to grow steady and it should not encounter any decline. Some say that the market have begun to coexist with the traditional system, and that's the reason why we're experiencing similar pattern of market movements between the cryptomarket and traditional market. For now the market is on its cyclic process and for the growth we need to have patience.
1605  Economy / Economics / Re: Fashion Brands uses Blockchain Technology on: September 04, 2022, 09:08:57 AM
If cryptocurrency is being used in the right way, the luxury brands can keep the unique value of the brand as copycats are getting to be common all around. The reality is different and these brands use the term blockchain as a term to promote them as they're getting adopted to the growing technology. With time brands will use it in the right way, maybe it can take little time.
1606  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 Bitcoin, Not for everyone. on: September 03, 2022, 09:33:38 PM
The current Bitcoin price is around $ 19900 and to get 1 BTC then I have to work from 2.5 years, only the Pope can buy 1 BTC, it might look very expensive so that makes many people regret not buying Bitcoin when the price is cheap, maybe we can't immediately buy 1 BTC but whatever we can invest in bitcoin.
I'm not sure, even the POPE won't be able to buy 1BTC as he doesn't have any salary. Shocked Shocked

For most of the people who make their living out of a day job it is quite hard to buy 1BTC as a whole. This had changed with time. In the past people were able to buy it as a whole, but people ignored and now they are showing interest to invest based on what is available. Anyhow end of the day it is gonna benefit based on our investment.
1607  Economy / Economics / Re: Working hours | How many are too many? on: September 03, 2022, 09:25:18 PM
In my country the people in white collared jobs will have an eight hour shift. In particular the IT industry people need to have 8 working hours from the time they sign-in. The Super Market, hotels and all have 12 hours of working and they weren't paid extra. They've made it in such a way. Four days of work is really good, because it gives time to have some rest and spend with our family.

Anything above 8 hours of work needs to be considered as overtime and needs to be paid double the amount for the extra hours worked. But none pay in such a way.
1608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: That's why I really like bitcoin :) on: September 03, 2022, 09:17:00 PM
It got developed to overcome the flaws with the traditional system. We can experience the difference of using bitcoin and the traditional currency. Whenever something new gets innovated people always make use of it in all possible ways. As a result the pseudo-anonymous feature of bitcoin helped more illegal transactions to be made easier. For this reason it got stamped as the currency developed for the illegal needs. So, it have crossed several good, bad and now it has gained importance as payment asset and investment. Different people like it for different needs and my choice of it is the multiple usage.
1609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 03, 2022, 05:55:40 PM
A solid start by the openers of Sri Lanka and at the right time Bhanuka Rajapaksa scored 31 runs made it a win for Sri Lanka. Afghanistan made many mistakes dropping catches and midfields. Those things were taken as a chance and Sri Lanka moved positive. In the last five overs Afghanistan managed to make just 37 runs. Maybe few more runs in the last five overs could've added pressure upon Sri Lanka.
1610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: September 03, 2022, 05:54:10 AM
WTF just happened?  Angry
Australia got bowled out for 141. And David Warner scored 94 out of the total. Ryan Burl took 5 wickets, while Brad Evans picked up two. A very good chance for Zimbabwe, to pick up 10 very important points in the ICC ODI super league. But it is not ging to help them. Even if they win all the remaining matches, they are out of contention for automatic qualification for the ODI World Cup 2023.
The win might not get them qualified into the ODI World Cup 2023, but it'll get them confidence for the upcoming series. Even the match hasn't gone into the hands of Zimbabwe, already lost 4 wickets and just 67 runs scored. More 75 runs required to win the match.
It's incredible. I just saw the target given by Australia. Only 141! Seriously! I can't believe it. Australia lost all wickets for just 141 runs against a weak team like Zimbabwe. The bowlers of Zimbabwe played superbly. Ryan Burt took 5 wickets with 10 runs in 3 overs.
Zimbabwe must win this match. They will not get such a chance again. The bowlers have done their duty properly. Now Zimbabwe can win if the batsmen play a bit better. I don't remember them ever winning against a team like Australia in the past.
Agreed, Zimbabwe won't get any more chance to make a win against Australia. The openers Kaitano and Marumani have given a good start. The middle order Madhevere, Willams and Raza haven't contributed big. Chakabva and Munyonga are in the crease, and they need to make the partnership strong to win the match. Losing any one of the wicket is gonna be a win for Australia.

Chakabva and Munyonga's responsible partnership will likely see Zimbabwe beat a ladder team like Australia. Only 29 runs are needed. As Zimbabwe has plenty of overs. So they are moving towards victory by batting slowly. Chakabva scored 23 runs off 46 balls and Munyonga scored 17 runs off 38 balls. However, this is going to be an unforgettable achievement for the Zimbabwean team. I will be happy if they win this match.
Finally Zimbabwe have won the match by 3 wickets (66 balls left). Zampa awarded player of the series. Ryan Burl awarded player of the match for his five wickets in three overs conceding just 10 runs. Ryan Burl have took the important wicket of David Warner, Maxwell and the rest were bottom order players. In today's match the winning credit is for Chakabva for his unbeaten 37 runs.
1611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: September 03, 2022, 01:55:06 AM
Big winning opportunity for Zimbabwe. Earlier while checking the score the winning probability of Zimbabwe was just 8% and now the winning percentage for Zimbabwe is 75% which shows Australia haven't performed well. Australia have ended the innings scoring 141 runs. Finally Zimbabwe can boost themselves with a good win against Australia. The interesting thing, Warner have scored 94 runs facing 96 balls. Remaining runs were the contribution by the remaining players excluding 9 extras.
1612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul v Anderson Silva [rumours] on: September 03, 2022, 01:29:47 AM
I don't think these are rumors.  It seems to be a legitimate fight with contracts already signed.  It might not be the most exciting fight watching a punk kid fight an old legend.  It's as close as they could get to Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson though, so at least they're trying to maintain some entertainment.  I wonder how long Logan will be wrestling for until he gets back in the boxing ring.
Anderson Silva have confirmed the Jake Paul fight on a reply to a fan on Instagram. Now the comment have been deleted.

Quote
A fan asked him under a video "Seriously Jake Paul?" And Silva responded "yes", indicating that the bout is happening.
By the time Silva is officially granted with professional boxing license to fight in the state of Arizona. This comes after these rumour of fight and the Commissioner of Arizona have wished him on the fight to come.
1613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: September 03, 2022, 12:47:11 AM
Well we already started with the surprise of not having Italy in this world cup.

I hope the Netherlands actually managed to win this world cup, it would be an epic thing to achieve for them, because they are always so close to winning it
Yep, great observation!
I believe, almost all the cups that Italy participated, it was always a competitive team.

Netherlands, Germany, Brazil, Argentina, Italy, England and Spain are always one of the favorites to win the World Cup (of course, in my opinion).
I didn't research it, but I'm pretty sure that these 7 teams I mentioned were in at least the top 3 of the last World Cups we've had.

Oh, a team that I analyzed that has been evolving a lot is Belgium, this country has excellent players, they are young and with each passing year Belgium soccer evolves more, I have no doubt that it will be a competitive team in this World Cup.

More strong teams facing against each other will bring more surprise exit throughout the tournament. As mentioned I too have the same opinion on Belgium. It is getting evolved as one of the strong team.

In all factors Germany have turned to be the favourites on this season. This is much on the entire team making way for the next than relying on specific players.
1614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play online/offline without your wife or family knowing it? on: September 03, 2022, 12:29:41 AM
It is always good to keep your gambling practice informed with your wife, because we don't know when things will happen wrong. Also, this can limit you into gambling than getting addicted. If something happens worse and prediction go out of control, then it is the wife who can stand with you and console you. If she comes to know about it all of the sudden, it can turn to be a disappointment and the same can lead to big problems.
1615  Economy / Economics / Re: MONEY IS THE MOTIVATING FACTOR, what do you think? on: September 02, 2022, 11:50:36 PM
Money is just the rewarding factor. Being passionate towards what your mind wants is the motivational factor. Just follow what your mind wish to do. Being passionate about something and working towards will eventually bring money. Maybe this can take time, but there'll be assurance of making money out of it.

If the focus is towards money and from the beginning itself you run for it, then at some point you'll lose your importance.
1616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Designed Wrist Watch - Selling For $400,000😱😱 on: September 02, 2022, 11:47:59 PM
Soon we can see these on the Bitcoin museum. This is completely good for the richest. Yesterday only read about a sports personality who wears a watch of worth $225k during a photoshoot. It was into discussion whether he owns it, because in many occasions it's been seen in his hands. Even our mobile Phone shows the time, beyond that what's the need of such an expensive time watching. Maybe personalities like the one I read might buy it.
1617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: mine a Bitcoin or buy a bitcoin? on: September 02, 2022, 11:46:35 PM
When we consider the cost of the mining like hardware and electricity and also the risk factor it is better to just buy 1 coin if you are Bullish like I am and suspect the 'Bear market' will be over in less then 2 years.
Buying is effortless and better.

If you don't intend to be a miner then you don't have to mine and make an effort of building everything. Just buy and hold it on however long you want it to hold.

The goal is to have at least 1 BTC before another unexpected huge bull run comes.
It is based on one's financial strength, because buying bitcoin during this bear market seems to be fair than spending on mining equipments. As the above mate suggested, rather than being a miner just buying and holding will bring assured profit long term and there is no need of unwanted pressure handling the maintenance and other power issues associated while mining.
1618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Altcoins Follow BTC Rally? on: September 02, 2022, 12:02:01 AM
Sometimes we see When the BTC High then Alts move slightly. So, what's the correlation of Alts with BTC?

As you can see from the market history, Altcoin are always followed to Btc movement, there's a rare situation that one of the ALTS made his own moves, it is scarce, but all of the ALTS have their own movements, and those movements are always rely on Bitcoin. That's how it was work.
This is the reality of the market. Each and every price movement is connected with the altcoins. Whenever the bitcoin market turns bullish, the altcoin rally continue following bitcoin. At some point the bullish movement of bitcoin gets slowed down and the altcoins move good. This is termed to be the altcoin season. For now we haven't encountered any such in recent months. So, the next altcoin season will bring good bullish move with altcoins.
1619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it right time to invest in Cardano? on: September 01, 2022, 11:59:25 PM
Is Cardano (ADA) a good coin to invest in it for long term?
Cardano ADA Coin is a suitable coin to invest. But definitely the investment should be for long time.I consider all these coins to be the best ever to invest. Because they are always at the top position in market cap.
Agreed, it is for the long term profiting. Cardano staying on the top of the list with its high performance against other cryptocurrencies. For now it is a better choice for everyone who wants to invest on a small price altcoin. Cardano is much used by different platforms all around, few of which were the ERGO, SundaeSwap, Ardana and the list counts. It have got more number of blockchain projects getting built over Cardano platform. The increasing usage keeps it strong on the market, based on which we can invest with assured profit in the long term.
1620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be worth zero? on: September 01, 2022, 11:58:43 PM
We all know how volatile and unpredictable the cryptocurrency market can be. One month, a coin may be at its peak of value, and the next, it may have almost no value at all. Unfortunately, this is simply the name of the game when it comes to cryptography. But what would happen if the oldest and most valuable asset on the market, Bitcoin, dropped to zero?

https://portalcripto.com.br/en/crypto-crash-2022-bitcoin-pode-valer-zero/
font: https://portalcripto.com.br
has value growing all the time, to zero maybe not, while in this world there are still crypto users and internet access services, Bitcoin is not the same as other types of crypto and we never know the true form of satoshi, Bitcoin is full of mysteries that have not been solved, still high value.
Bitcoin is full of mysteries, but it have got the real growth and the real adoption all around. Even the acceptance level over the years have peaked. This shows when someone gets out of the market, another one makes into the market. This means the growth isn't disturbed in any means. For this reason we can expect the progress to a higher price and not end up with Zero.
