In my country the people in white collared jobs will have an eight hour shift. In particular the IT industry people need to have 8 working hours from the time they sign-in. The Super Market, hotels and all have 12 hours of working and they weren't paid extra. They've made it in such a way. Four days of work is really good, because it gives time to have some rest and spend with our family.
Anything above 8 hours of work needs to be considered as overtime and needs to be paid double the amount for the extra hours worked. But none pay in such a way.

Yep, great observation! I believe, almost all the cups that Italy participated, it was always a competitive team. Netherlands, Germany, Brazil, Argentina, Italy, England and Spain are always one of the favorites to win the World Cup (of course, in my opinion). I didn't research it, but I'm pretty sure that these 7 teams I mentioned were in at least the top 3 of the last World Cups we've had. Oh, a team that I analyzed that has been evolving a lot is Belgium, this country has excellent players, they are young and with each passing year Belgium soccer evolves more, I have no doubt that it will be a competitive team in this World Cup. More strong teams facing against each other will bring more surprise exit throughout the tournament. As mentioned I too have the same opinion on Belgium.
