1941  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How often do you transact in the real world with your bitcoin or digital money? on: May 30, 2022, 10:38:21 PM
If it's an official purchase with Bitcoin then it's the first time I've bought a simple 2-wheeler in mid-2020, a 1975 classic motorcycle belonging to a friend first. At that time the price was pegged at around $1000 in Bitcoin when the price was around $11K and if I'm not mistaken, transactions using P2P exchanges after the goods arrived home.
Good, you've made a bitcoin transaction with your friend buying a 2-wheeler. I don't have similar experience, and I've spend cashing out bitcoin instead. Maybe if I request to pay with bitcoins, now many businesses will accept. Earlier I've tried and they were hesitant to it. One incident happened back in 2017, I tried to convince a computer store to accept bitcoin as payment. He ignored, and maybe now he could regret it.
1942  Economy / Economics / Re: Russian Gas ban - A problem for Europe or suicide for Russia? on: May 29, 2022, 05:40:58 PM
Turkey that doesn't have much of power issues and now the country have begun to experience power failures often along with the hyperinflation. Mostly Western Europe is much dependent on Russia for its oil needs. Already several businesses have begun to run industries on generators. The export from Russia haven't got disturbed, because what has been exported to European nations were getting disturbed to other nations. This keeps the economy of Russia in a better position than what is being predicted.
1943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: May 29, 2022, 03:49:49 PM
RR VS GT
RR won the toss and chose to bat. GT with great bowling with Rashid and Pandya. Rashid did not let RR score runs whereas Pandya took 2 wickets just in 60 runs for 9 overs. As usual Butler from RR going on with his 6’s and 4’s. An Interesting match must say to watch. Worth watching.
Butler is the main stay for RR to score a huge total and possibly win a title after 14 years and have a fitting tribute to Shane Warne.
Rajasthan Royals have lost its big wicket Jos Butler. Rajasthan seems to be in struggle to reach 100 runs. After 15 overs RR have managed to score 94 runs losing 4 wickets. This Match has gone into the hands of Gujarat Titans. Very low scoring from Rajasthan Royals and Hardhik Pandya is bowling good taking 3 wickets leaving just 17 runs in 4 overs.
1944  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason why I put all my money in Bitcoin as a newbie on: May 28, 2022, 11:56:36 PM
As a newbie in cryptocurrency I have always invested in bitcoin because bitcoin is the only coin I can rely on no matter how the market is bearish. Bitcoin is the best coin to invest in when it comes to long-term investment,  I think as a young investor it is best to start with a coin like bitcoin that is well reliable even when the market is bearish,  because it will definitely comes up.
People always say that in the long term bitcoin still has the potential to generate profit for its investors. We know historically that bitcoin was down 90% more than ATH but look what is happening now, bitcoin has risen and is providing good returns for its investors. I am a firm believer in the long term the bitcoin price will still increase, I know it is never guaranteed by anyone but the growth in users and adoption has given us good hope of having something great in the long term.
This is true, people should know the reality of the market than just investing without any prior understanding. Bitcoin provides good profit in the short term for the luckiest which happens to very few members. Apart, it is an asset that assure profit in the long term. Some gets panic in between and ends up selling in loss. This should not happen, we should have the trust and the patience to profit from the bitcoin market.
1945  Economy / Economics / Re: What skills should I learn to get freelance work ..?? on: May 28, 2022, 11:53:31 PM
Freelance work has got more opportunities, but to succeed out of it you need to master in designing. I've come with this decision based on the profile my friend have got. He is good in jewellery designing and earns handful out of freelance work. Initially he struggled, but now he had gained good reputation and this gives him with good number of orders and stable income.
1946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A time people have been waiting for bitcoin to drop on: May 28, 2022, 11:50:41 PM
Hello 👋
Okay, presently I want to ask why the sudden panicking around the media and forum here.
I could ones remembered when bitcoin was +$69k and everyone seems to be panicking for the price to get 32k or below. Today we have another chance to buy very low yet people still waiting for the price to drop even more lower.
I want to know when is the best time to buy or waiting more dip to buy and what if the price turns back to bull?
What do we do?
The best time to buy bitcoin is when you see its price continues to drop because not only you can save more funds but also you can accumulate more bitcoin that will bring good profits into your wallet when its price starts to surge high. Although you can't make sure if you did bought bitcoin at its cheapest price but if you use DCA, you will always take advantage of every price drop.
This is the Whales mind to accumulate when the price continues to drop, but the common man thoughts were against it. This means when the market is bearish people fear of investing thinking if it doesn't grow back it'll be a big loss. For this reason most of the time common man invests when the price of bitcoin starts to move bullish.
1947  Economy / Economics / Re: What happens if BTC's price falls to $8,000? on: May 27, 2022, 10:27:44 PM
What happens if BTC's price falls to $8,000?
Doesn't this mean the bearish era has come?
But I personally don't think that the Bitcoin price low will be $8k. I think the price will still stay above $10k. But if whatever happens in the bearish era later, be prepared. And maybe it is the right time to buy Bitcoin and use it for HOLDING. Wouldn't this be profits when holding Bitcoin and selling it when it is in the next bullish era?
Majority have the similar thinking that the price won't fall as low as $8k. However we can't get into a conclusion, because the market is completely different from the stocks and commodities market. If the market is taking the cyclic move then there is chances of an bearish era. It is good to be prepared to face the worst case scenario, only then it is possible to withstand the moment without experiencing a massive loss.
1948  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Brand Name Vs Site Functionality? Or Both? on: May 27, 2022, 09:27:51 PM
I go for Both , Gambling Brand name and of course Functionality . because i love seeing good names but i also seek for a best function .
^ Reading by other opinions and now I am thinking about this and it is probably right.
It could be both and why not, not only focus on the functionality, it should be on the brand name too, as far as I remember, there is someone making a thread of contest asking the name of their brand and they pick a good suggestion of the brand name. It seems it is very awkward if your brand name is not related to gambling or in crypto.
Yes, there is a need of connectivity. Even if the brand name doesn't have connectivity, it can be made successful through its functionality. If the particular platform have a reputed parent company, then the trust grows unlike the brand name. So, connectivity is more important for new one into the business.
1949  Economy / Economics / Re: Twitter to pay $150 million for selling users data for Ads on: May 27, 2022, 09:23:25 PM
This is already known, being centralized these corporate networks will go on selling user data when they feel greedy. Often we see these kind of issues, data collection and selling is a big profit of modern day economy. Every firm says that they don't sell our data to anyone. Based on different analytics, data is the key on each and every business. It is found that every user data on an average with health care records costs $250. In this situation surely these fellows fall for big money.
1950  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador will be the richest country in the world in 8 years? on: May 27, 2022, 06:30:14 PM
Being the richest country isn't a simple thing. Based on the holding capability of El Salvador, we can see the economic upliftment within the country. We don't know when will the market progress further, everything is upon the trust. Upon what I've come across, the market will turn bullish. When such a bullish move happens, one should have the holdings. We don't know what are the political changes gonna happen in El Salvador over the next eight years.
1951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first gas station to accept Bitcoin in my region on: May 26, 2022, 04:14:32 AM
Long back itself cryptocurrency usage is banned in Nigeria. Financial services and bank accounts connected with cryptocurrency transactions were blocked. Even now it isn't legal and the usage is in an unregulated state. During the early days of ban users associated with cryptocurrency transaction were fined heavily. Amidst the ban, usage of cryptocurrencies around Nigeria grew high with time. The government is much focused on developing eNaira to restrict people from using cryptocurrencies. Among survey taken with 154 countries, Nigeria takes the 6th position in terms of P2P volume.

When taken on the positive note, this is really good for a community that has got good number of cryptocurrency users. By the time the business person should also consider the government order, which might bring legal issues.

1953  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Old Casino Keep Up Without Support Here In Bitcointalk Or Signature Campaign on: May 25, 2022, 07:27:30 PM
It depends, if the particular gambling platform have received a good number of active users then it can continue its success. Being on the top isn't an easy thing, there is need of continued promotion and other activities that keeps the gamblers active. Another thing, if a gambler have liked a particular platform surely he'll continue to use it unlike the promotion and other stuffs.

Another thing even if there isn't no campaigns, it is good to keep posted on the games and round section the updates and new games added to the platform. This might bring few users into the platform.

1955  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Easiest Way For New Traders To Profit From The Crypto Market on: May 08, 2022, 11:59:20 PM
Easy to profit?

Buy the only best coin in the market and that's bitcoin. Hold it until you're in profit, that's the cleanest strategy that a newbie can do and learn from the others.

Seriously, that has been effective to me and no need to check out the market at all times. Don't look when the market is dipping.
Well said, when you're a beginner never look for immediate profit. Just buy and hold it for good profit. Atleast book some 20% profit and sell it for a buyback. You'll get to know about the trading process slowly.

To learn about trading, just join any of the bounty that distributes listed tokens. Receive it, move to the respective exchange and make a sell order on which price you want your holdings to be sold.
1956  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Women's participation into cryptospace - Increased? on: May 08, 2022, 11:57:53 PM
Crypto, at most Bitcoin is for all, both male and female genders can get involved in it. Women just have too develop the desire for it, they don't need to be forced about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
This news seems to be e everywhere since it's mother's day once more at some ends. Women are good supporters of the family as I'd love too see more of them innit!
In the past it was hard to see women into cryptospace. Now this has changed a lot, on the whole one out of five users is women according to a survey. This is real growth and the participation is much on trading, which needs to turn towards development. The percentage of women in crypto have turned to 14% from 10%
1957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why the hate on XRP on: May 08, 2022, 11:55:24 PM
Ripple itself isn't a proper cryptocurrency and is not fully decentralised. That explains the wicked laugh you hear. But then I think it has a good future because of its alliance and backing, and of course the love from the community
This being centralised people find it to be highly manipulative. But, this hasn't been done so by the authorities. When we talk about the growth of XRP, it is quite good with more number of transactions and partnering taking place with the banking firms. So, the future is good as it have its own utility to support the real world needs.
1958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: where to invest with 30 000 usd on: May 08, 2022, 11:52:32 PM
In today's market $30k is something close to a value of single bitcoin. If you're into altcoins investment, then it needs to be diversified over the top altcoins, then low priced altcoins and further on low cap altcoins. The allocation needs to be done according to your plan of holding to make good profit out of the bull market.
1959  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Women's Day Wishes to all Women Bitcoiners on: May 08, 2022, 08:43:51 PM
Mother's Day wishes to every mother in the forum. Very few number of mothers will be there around the forum. Slowly this needs to increase. As a beginning everyone try to teach mother's about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. If someone gets convinced make them invest and ask them to hold till the next Mother's Day. Surely this will make one's upcoming Mother's Day more valuable.
1960  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you really believe Satoshi is real?? on: May 07, 2022, 11:56:15 PM

I don't think bitcoin is only made by one person because if we look at every project, there is always a team on them and the team can be composed of both male and female but like any other project, there is a lead man on them and it was satoshi for bitcoin but I don't know if satoshi is just a nickname or it was a true name because there's also teams that uses their real names on the project that they are creating. Bitcoin might have some flaws, that is why altcoins are created to supply those.
I think the same, bitcoin is probably like all projects nowadays created by a group of people or an organization because it is very difficult for one person to take on the whole implementation of a project. Satoshi is simply an alias to address that we still mistakenly think of as a person's name. But even though Satoshi is he/she/the team, Satoshi is real and it is Satoshi that created bitcoin for us to use today.
Satoshi is real and we're not sure whether it is a person or an organisation. Also there is no strong evidence to state this. There are terms mentioning that it is a joint project of few corporate networks. However none have mentioned it officially and everything is opensource. If it is developed by corporate networks, then surely this could've been kept private.
