1481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin, Dogecoin Gain After Musk's Tweets, But Will There Be Another Bull Run? on: October 11, 2022, 11:29:43 PM
The discussion started more than an year ago. Considering those days the market of dogecoin can slowly dropped. Further we haven't experienced any bull market out of Elon Musk. Dogecoin is one among the old coin available in the market, and it has got its own market.

To stay on the top even before the involvement of Elon Musk isn't a simple thing. It is highly potential and that's the reason it was able to stand long years. Anymore the chance of dogecoin gaining out of Elon Musk tweets were very narrow. Maybe addition of dogecoin to Twitter after its acquisition might have impact over the market.

What the heck just happened? 99 all out in an ODI when they comfortably scored 300+ runs in recent matches? I did expect India to win in the final, but this is just ridiculous. This was a warm-up match for India.

The bowler that impressed me the most throughout this series is Kuldeep Yadav who consistently grabbed wickets at great economies.
I guess now no one will talk about BCCI making some shady deal with the CSA in regards to giving them some free qualification points by fielding their 2nd string team (or fixing).

Which we heard when India lost the 1st match.
These are often considered as rumors. Fixing can happen when playing against a franchise team any supper league. But bring such a allegations at the international level is never credible. Since this is an international match, no one will compromise national interest for money.
In franchise cricket it happens. In international cricket several times there were rumours, but we don't know how far it is true. As India holds strong position in decision making it is obvious to see people having such beliefs over match fixing and change of results. In the first match even a person who doesn't have idea about cricket will term it a fixed match making a clear visual of each players performance. In the second match India played in a way to make those people believe that there is nothing wrong in the first match.

...
I am not so sure about Sinner. I agree that he is a player who could be up there. But I think ok a lot of emphasis should be given to that “could be”.  I also agree that his development is slow.  He needs to improve quickly so that he will be able to get up there quickly as well.

He suffered several injuries during the last year.
I don't think his development is slow, he has just...21 years and he has reached the top 10 at 20 years and was able to perform well also against top 5 players.
For sure he can do better, but it's just matter of time he will get stronger results.

Yes, injuries has hampered not just Sinner's development but the likes of other young players that we have so far. Him and Alcaraz could be the face of the new tennis if he just maintained his form and not getting injured.

Tsitsipas is good but not consistent and he only plays good at the start of the year because maybe there are a lot of clay court tournaments early. But it's obvious that Alcaraz has taken over.
With every sports injuries happens. With tennis quite often we can see players taking long rest. With the young players, they have got more years to show their ability to the world. Even at the very young age they've got into the leading position. I find Medvedev, Felix Augur, Tsitsipas, Alcaraz to be taking the lead on the table for a long.
1484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lack of bug bounties from gambling platforms on: October 10, 2022, 10:47:07 PM
You made me to make some small research just Know since I was not familiar with the phrase"bug bounties". It is not compulsory that gambling websites must test run their sites for bug bounties. Bug bounties are hacking experts who check the security of the site. As for me it might not be safe unless the the bug bounties expert is a trusted friend or well Known person. If not you site will be prone to another hacking system. OP have you heard any gambling site has be attacked or hacked by hackers. As for I have not heard. Gambling websites have not done that because they have not experienced hacked and also their site maintaining personal are okay with the security aspect of the sites even though they didn't use bug bounties, they used another tools to do that job.
The list of popular casinos on the forum has a high security system so we have never heard of any of the top casino lists on the forum being hacked, but several other casinos have been hacked so to anticipate before the hack occurs they ensure high security by opening the bug bounty program to the public, so the test results of the bounty bug report will be immediately handled to prevent from hacking.
Agreed, everything promoted through our forum is among the trusted list. These Casinos have got good security systems and some platforms are even testing providing small deposit funds and withdrawal requirement if specific wagering is achieved through the deposit. In the past security system is much concerned. Even now it have got its importance, but the technology have made things more secure.
1485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shit coins era is going to end on: October 10, 2022, 09:39:20 PM
shitcoins in general is like tool for speculation, it's like gambling, it would hardly just vanish like that, different era of cryptocurrencies have different shitcoins, like shitcoins that's meme coins and even shitcoins that disguise themselves as metaverse coins, as long as there's still speculation in cryptocurrencies I very much doubt that shitcoin could ever just vanish. since some traders are just gonna seek fastest way in creating profit at the end of the day.
Shitcoins exist in all formats of cryptocurrency and it is really tough to stay out of traps. Some might experience the goodness, but it is simply hard to understand and make an investment. Recently during the death of England Queen Elizabeth II, immediately after her death news more than 50 memecoins got developed and some even gained good volume and growth in the price.

Shitcoins are mostly situation based and it is good to try your luck with what you can afford to loss.
1486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: October 09, 2022, 10:54:35 PM
Actually, the problem is that in the subcontinent the weather and pitch are not best suited for fast bowling. This is one of the major reasons why even a lot of really proficient fast bowlers are getting injured a lot more often, despite their talent. The fact that the bowler has a short distance to run up to the pitch is not going to benefit him in any way either.

Actually, I think it can cause a lot more arm and shoulder injuries to the bowler because with a short runup a bowler has to put in more shoulder power to produce pace. But on the other hand, with a long runup the bowler has a lot more momentum to generate speed. It is not really the runup that is the main reason why a lot of bowlers are getting injured, it is the mechanics of the bowl. I actually think that it is more about the rhythm and the follow-through of the bowler.

I don't think that the weather conditions play a major role in the fitness of fast bowlers. But it is true that the hot and humid conditions in sub-continent is more suitable for spinners. Anyway, Pakistan has produced some of the most famous pace bowlers in history, so this argument can't be 100% true. Even India has some of the best pace bowlers in the world right now. Australia, which has produced some of the fastest pace bowlers in history such as Brett Lee and Geoff Thompson, is more hot and humid when compared to the sub-continent.
Whether conditions doesn't have anything to do with the bowling speed. Maybe a little of things can change depending on the whether. The speed generation is much connected to the wrist power and the bowling action. Some used to run a very short distance and generate good pace which are much about the wrist action and not the weather.
1487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Censorship resistance is underrated, move to bitcoin and #DeletePaypal on: October 09, 2022, 05:12:10 PM
Nobody is forcing you to do anything or even use their services, but because they are cheap & easy & simple people do.
And perhaps because they don't know there's an alternative payment network that cuts off intermediaries, treats everyone objectively, and makes everyone responsible for their own money? Nobody is forcing you to have a bank account, but if you don't know there are other options to send money via the Internet, you'll be left over with 2 options. Option A; to not send money via the Internet, but with physical cash. Option B; to use the bank, in spite of the downsides.

There's no justification to the staying of the current feudalistic monetary system other than inadequate education.
The existence of an alternate needs to be spread around. This can shift existing users of PayPal towards bitcoin. In PayPal users have their bank accounts connected to PayPal. The fund received in any currency gets withdrawn to the respective bank account linked. Same as this bitcoin can be used without much complications. For now the market volatility, trust and the awareness keeps bitcoin away from PayPal users who are much oriented on business purposes. These corporate networks make use of it and overruling its userbase.
1488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Namibia Now Accepts Bitcoin As Payment on: October 09, 2022, 03:07:57 PM
African countries keeps adding bitcoin as payments and for different transaction needs. Long back in an interview with a women who is into business buying things from business sells back into their country. I don't remember the country, and she mentioned she used bitcoin as an easy asset to carry whereas it is hard for them to carry their inflated currencies.

Long back itself African country people have begun to use bitcoin and cryptocurrencies for different needs amidst the regulation and legality within the country. With time  usage will increase and the same is being happening with Namibia.

Djokovic is the heavy favorite and Tsitsipas reached the final after winning from behind after loosing the first set. I am expecting it to be a longer match up and Djokovic winning the final.
i don't think we will see Tsitsipas giving a hard time for Djokovic, Stefanos is a moody guy and he will probably fight a little bit in the first one and lose the 2nd easily, Djokovic to win 2-0 is a good bet in my opinion since him winning is as low as 1.3
Djokovic in recent days have won every match on the direct set. Only match in which he lost is against Felix Augur in direct sets after a hard fightback in the second set. Tsitsipas is in good position and the same could create big variation in the odds based on the first set win.

Well it was easy enough for Djokovic, Tsitsipas couldn't get the match to the third set,
final score 6-3, 6-4.

Such a pity Medvedev had to retire yesterday after pulling a muscle, He had the second set
and looked like he could beat Djokovic.

ATM there are only a handful of players able to beat Djokovic, he could be back into
the no.1 spot in no time at all.

Swiatek v krejcikova final starts now at Ostrava, should be a good match. I have a bet on
Swiatek @ 1.46 which is nice odds on the #1.
It is Medvedev who missed a close opportunity out of the injury. As said very few players were able to have fightback games with Djokovic. If Medvedev haven't got injured the semifinal would've been more interesting.

You've got lucky to have the nice odds on Iga Swiatek, because the game result is 90% confirmed before the start of the match.

2nd ODI toss won by South Africa and decided to bat. The pitch is reported to be dry and there is not much of air and chances for rain. Three player changes made to the South Africa team Hendricks, Nortje and Imaad Fortuin. Mohammad Siraj opens in the bowling spell for India. Malan and De cock have opened the innings for South Africa. De Cock have lost his wicket scoring five runs, bowled wicket by Mohammad Siraj on the third over.

The score isn't enough to make a win against New Zealand. Also there is no big performance from any of the players. Opener Shanto have contributed 33 runs which helped have good opening. However there is consecutive fall of wickets. After few wicket fall, Hossain made little runs, but those aren't enough for a team like New Zealand. Atleast Bangladesh should've made 170+ runs.

1493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador will be the richest country in the world in 8 years? on: October 09, 2022, 12:48:20 AM
Just think about it, the small country of El Salvador annually loses up to 30% of its GDP just to pay various third-party agencies commission interest for the transfer of funds.
And even though the adoption of bitcoin by El Salvador has not yet made the country much richer than it was, it still has a positive impact on the country's economy, as bitcoin and subsequent digitalization have attracted foreign investment and tourism, as well as expanded financial access for the population, mostly without bank accounts.
Yes, so far Salvador has lost on the purchase of bitcoin, but in the long run he will surely win a multiple.
A country that have got less than 7million population spends 30% of its GDP to third parties as commission shows how the third party corporate networks profit out of the people's money. If the country is able to eliminate this, it can contribute big to its population. It can be on infrastructure development, education, elimination of poverty and through different other means.

Many termed the adoption of bitcoin by El Salvador as a gamble, but through this we can be sure that President Nayib have understood the real need and the core for which Satoshi innovated bitcoin.
1494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: October 07, 2022, 11:38:35 PM
I have to admit this time Brazil is a strong candidate for the world cup champion. They have a lot of talented players, especially players who each play for teams in the English league, their attack line is very strong, maybe the coach will be a little confused in making his choice. Maybe the tough opponents for Brazil are Argentina, France and Germany because they also have a lot of great players. I can't wait to see the world cup match which will be held in November.
Yeah, people keep on adding the most popular teams to the list of favourite. Think of the previous FIFA, very few were for France and none thought it would be Croatia as the opponent. This time too we can see more such unexpected teams making big performance. I find some small teams making a big moment in FIFA 2022.
1495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 07, 2022, 11:34:26 PM
Despite having many T20 specialist batsmen in the West Indies squad, they are not able to play well. If the batsmen lose form like this before the World Cup, it does not seem that they will be able to play well in the World Cup.
Betting on Australia in this T-20 series against West Indies was easy money for me. I felt that the odds were decent too in both matches.

West Indies have been struggling across all formats for sometime now which is why them getting whitewashed in this manner isn't surprising at all. They have zero chances of winning the T-20 World Cup this time around if you ask me.
Yes, In the first match we saw a fighting game for West Indies cricket though that was low scoring match but they failed in the second match. They lost again. What many were saying is that Went Indies is still unable to return to his old form. The performance that they are doing this time means that they have no chance of winning the World Cup. Currently they are not able to maintain their position in any format. Nothing to say except they should be more careful.
Australia have won the match and the series in an easy way. The upcoming T20 series will be more interesting. On 9th of October first T20 being played by Australia against England. Australia is in good form, and England have the same competence level will keep the match alive till the last ball.
1496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is It An Easy Transition From Gamer To Gambler In Casino. on: October 07, 2022, 11:31:33 PM
They have different mentalities but similarities can be found if you look closer. Gamblers gamble for profit while having fun but gamers just try their best to enjoy the game process to get rewarded with higher achievements on level-up. Finding the differences is easy, addicted gamblers are dangerous but I can't say the same thing for addicted gamers who spend their time mostly playing the same game for hours. Gambler leaves the table when he runs out of money/bankroll but they come back to chase losses, gamers can restart the game whenever they want.
Here when the gamers keep on achieving, at some point they feel of why don't we try playing with money. Here some turns successful and the rest losses. This happens with most gamers, because they've enjoyed the achievement and beyond that what they can do is to spend and look for a win out of their ability.

2. Sanju Samson doesn't want to bat in those crucial overs when every one knows he is the in form batter.
I freaking hate his guts now, I used to give him benefit of doubts most of time but he fucked up tonight.

He was supposed to take a strike and not rely on a tailender, don't know why he let him play full over and that too crucial 39th over.

Guess he was just playing for records or securing his place in the playing XI.

Exactly the reason why the selectors are not very fond of him. Even as the captain of the Rajasthan Royals, he attracted a lot of criticism for his bias. He insisted on including Riyan Parag over Karun Nair, just because his relation with the latter was not good. Anyway, Samson is just another over-rated guy, just like Siraj and Saini. These guys don't have the capability to guide the team to a win. He really has an attitude problem and his inclusion in the playing XI doesn't do a lot of good to the team bonding.
Well, I still like him as a batter and agreed with the "his attitude" issue but not in context of IPL saga (Riyan Parag vs Karun Nair) as i didn't hear anything about this. I guess it came down to match awareness and you don't expect this sort of thing from any professional cricketer.

Having said that despite all fuckery in the last match I don't buy the notion of fixing, as few here in the thread implying.
Sanju Samson is a able cricketer. There is discussion going around that the previous ODI loss against South Africa is out of fixing. Being the Rajasthan Royals Captain didn't happen by recommendation, but he has been developed on his performance. Many people have personal connect as he resembles the attitude of a neighbour home person.
1498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 04, 2022, 11:58:29 PM
Right now there is actually no certainty. The way things are going right now I think it will certainly be restricted to some countries in the world. And a lot of big countries are not interested in cricket at all. And a lot of people think that cricket being time-consuming is one of the biggest reasons for that. I agree with that but I also think another reason why cricket is not popular is that ICC does not push the game to be popular. And the funding always seems to be unfair to the associate Nations. This is going to be funny to hear but ICC is racist the way they are found in the associate Nations. I am not saying that the associate Nations should be funded like India or Australia I am just saying that they should be funded well enough to improve.

When Srinivasan was the chairman of the ICC, he infamously proposed to reduce associate funding to zero. Finally a compromise was reached, and it was reduced from $56.25 million per year to just $20 million per year. If that was not enough, the changes to eligibility criteria made it more difficult for teams such as Thailand to receive ICC funding. Now majority of the funding goes to teams such as Oman, which are fully comprised of non-citizens. I am curious about the next funding cycle for 2024-31. Not expecting much, though.
Seems to better not to provide such fund in the country where the cricket team is organized with non-citizens. Especially in several countries like UAE or Oman. This trend has started which is a big threat for cricket in some cases for the future. I think if ICC bans this kind of practice completely then something good can be expected from them.
I don't know how far this has affected cricket. Just think of yourself getting immigrated into another country. After spending specific number of years, you'll be given support from the government in all needs same as the country's native citizen. Here also the players have got support and playing for those countries. I don't find anything wrong and degrading cricket.
1499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A New Study - Bitcoin is 56x more energy Efficient than Traditional Banks on: October 04, 2022, 11:51:03 PM
Increase in the usage of energy on Bitcoin mining keeps decreasing as a result of advanced high efficiency miners. Same time banking industry follow the same old form of banking where we need to pass through a stream of process. To pass these stream of process few intermediary need to work on it. This leads to the increased energy consumption.

In reality they're green and the Bitcoin is mentioned as functioning against the environment. Maybe similar things will make the traditional banking networks think about it and improve their efficiency.

The last time MD. Shiraz played in a T20 match was in February this year and today he was simply dominating the batter. I would simply say it is a good comeback. I don't know whether India will win this match but I know one thing, this Indian side with everyone playing would be difficult to ignore.
The pitch is good to score runs but Rohit Sharma is gone for zero and it is a difficult task if they loose wickets like this, but it will be interesting how Rishabh Pant will perform in this match as i do not think he should be in the team in T20.
The ground is small and it is also a reason why the team is considered to be the scoring pitch. India have lost the wicket of Rohit Sharma and Shreyas. Rishabh and Dinesh Karthik on the crease need to perform and maintain the required run rate. Anyhow this match is going to be tough for India.
