1381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you were the government, how would you fight against bitcoin? on: November 27, 2022, 11:37:19 PM
When we weren't able to control something we'll try to regulate. This is how things used to get into regulation. In such a way I'll try to keep it regulated with certain limitations. We know there are possible ways to make use of it amidst the regulation. For now having control over the centralised cryptocurrency related service providers is the best choice. This could help in keeping things on track atleast to some 50%
1382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 27, 2022, 11:01:42 PM
I believe that Germany have a really big chance to move on. Because the last games are really in favour of them.

First of all they should be able to get a very comfortable win against Costa Rica. We saw how Spain destroyed them before. Germany got one point from Spain today therefore I expect a solid effort from them in the Costa Rica game as well. I don't think Japan can steal any point from Spain. I know that they made a surprise before by defeating Germany. But I think it was only a one time thing. They lost to Costa Rica and this would affect them mentally as well.
Losing against Costa Rica is a big disappointment for Japan. My bet was upon Japan to win 2-1, and with the match of Belgium vs Morocco my bet was on Belgium to win 3-1, nothing worked. More match results are in the opposite way.

Germany have made themselves strong after the big defeat from Japan. As mentioned it is an one time thing with Japan and that kept the Japan team motivated and confident. So, upcoming matches will be more interesting even though its winning chances were narrow.
1383  Economy / Gambling / Re: Black Friday fever: do you wait for extra bonuses from casinos? on: November 27, 2022, 10:56:27 PM
The World Cup produced more bonuses than Black Friday.
Black Friday is every year and the World Cup just every four years. In addition, the Black Friday is not about gambling and the World Cup is the global sport event, when bookies has a huge quantity of bets and profits. They are interested in giving different promotions to attract more gamblers and increase their profits.
Black friday bonuses were availed from different platforms. My favourite platform have provided along with the post monthly bonus. Global sports event is supposed to bring a big list of bonuses and to the expectation we've got a good list. I'm much interested with the event that is happening with Duelbits.
1384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Good the bad and the ugly side of airdrops on: November 27, 2022, 10:52:47 PM
Airdrop is just a kind of gambe. If we're lucky, we'll enjoy good profit out of it. If not, the received airdrops will be sitting idle in the wallet and never gets listed anywhere. In some cases we never receive the rewards. It was during the year 2017-18 where more users turned themselves rich through airdrops. Nowadays the airdrop is being much limited as well as made to be very available for limited number of participants. In some case selected members are availed with rewards. So, expecting big out of airdrops could end-up with disappointment.
1385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When is ever the right time. on: November 27, 2022, 10:48:30 PM
When you see the extreme fear in market and. All big coins down than I think it's very good time to invest in some good quality coins. at that time almost many users removed their money from markets and after everything ok then they will again start buying.
With very few altcoins there is good progress. When OP have requested the market looked to be the same as now. When it comes to cryptocurrency we should not look for the right time, rather we should analyse and make our entry. Surely we'll be able to enjoy profit, if we weren't greedy. Right now it is good to enter the market through DCA as market is predicted to experience dump in the falling weeks.
1386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Your Kids Aware Of Bitcoin? Teach Them. on: November 27, 2022, 09:46:42 PM
I am a mother may be different from you a little .
Introducing bitcoin from an early age I think is too much, but if they already understand what money is and how to get it then we can teach them and tell them what bitcoin is,
about you saying complete financial freedom if you have bitcoin I think that's too much, it's good for us to explain the risks that will be faced if investing in bitcoin first
because basically the interests and talents of each child/person are different, we cannot force everything on the people closest to us
yes you are right. we as parents should be wiser in this regard. Waiting for our children to become more mature and understand financial or economics first is a wise move. and we can only introduce and not impose. because in the end we have to let them choose whether they are interested or not at all. because as you said that everyone's interests are different. But still introducing is needed as insight. because in the future knowledge like this will be needed.
Agreed, everything need to be done at the right time. This could help them understand better about it. Understanding finance and economics isn't an easy thing as understanding a game. Introducing the kids about cryptocurrencies should take place in a way same as how the kids understands the smartphone wallets.

Nowadays for payments people use Mobile wallets much than the banking applications. Same as that slowly using cryptocurrency wallets will let them understand better about it.
1387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Journey Began 40 Years Ago; is this the end? on: November 27, 2022, 09:41:18 PM
Everything that have been innovated now could've got its concept tossed years back. Bitcoin too isn't an exception in this. So, bitcoin having its base 40 years back is not a big thing. Already it is know that there are other cryptocurrencies that have got into existence before bitcoin, but they weren't able to stand good in the market. Even bitcoin took years to prove its ability. Innovation that have gained the acceptance of people won't have its end, until something happens bad to the community through it.
1388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or altcoin? on: November 27, 2022, 09:35:59 PM
Whether it is bitcoin or altcoin, we need the patience to experience the best out of it. Owning bitcoin will give the assurance of multiplying our holdings as the entire market circulates around bitcoin. With altcoin finding the right one could get you the best roi. This is truly high against the growth experienced by bitcoin.

Investing on bitcoin is the best, but having the investment distributed over something that have got to be an alternate could help us have stabilized portfolio in all market conditions.
1389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 26, 2022, 11:33:17 PM
Argentina vs Mexico this game was very well played Argentina scored 2 goals. After the start of the game I was very worried as neither team could score but L. Messi scored the first goal in 64 minutes. Then in 87 minutes E. Fernández scored another goal.  .Mexico could not score any goal in this whole match.Mexico played a lot of Fouls in this match.
Both made fouls. There is very small difference between the two. Argentina made 15 fouls and Mexico made 19 fouls. Overall Argentina was in complete control over the match and they are very sure in winning the match. They executed the plan. During the game Mexico got 4 yellow cards. As in every match Messi did what is being assigned to him and the early goal gives more confidence to the rest of the players.
1390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Crypto survive? on: November 26, 2022, 11:27:36 PM
Obviously crypto is going to survive. The amount of man hours that have been invested in the industry is staggering. Crypto may drop more in price, but this is normal in a budding industry. It is what squeezes out those looking for a quick buck and allows the builders and believers to amass more holdings before the inevitable future is realized. Will crypto make you rich overnight? Probably not. Will it change the world? Almost certainly.
Survival of cryptocurrency is assured. During this time period we've seen the existence of a good number of cryptocurrencies, but very few have lasted longer in the market. This is all about the trust it gained from the common people. As said, people should have the proper understanding about cryptocurrency only then it is possible to make use of it in the right way than making it an way to turn thyself rich overnight.
1391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I want sell my house for bitcoin on: November 26, 2022, 11:23:41 PM
I think you've got the answer to your own question.
Quote
it's different when compare it with bitcoin

Don't just look at the growth of bitcoin without taking into account the risks it brings. Your home doesn't increase in value, but at least it's safe for you and real estate is considered the safest asset. For bitcoin, it might give you 3 other houses but could make you homeless in the future.
Don't and absolutely must not do that, invest with money that can be lost and make sure it doesn't affect your family's life.
Bitcoin investment still not guarantees secured profits because of its high volatility, so never compromise your property just because you are tempted on the future profits of bitcoin. Your property will always be your own possession no matter what but with bitcoin, you will never hold an assurance that it won’t lost its value and you sell it eventually at a cheaper price. You can always invest in bitcoin if you want, but only an amount that you can afford to lose, and selling your house will never be reasonable and definitely an illogical thing to do.
Maybe selling a house in which a family resides is illogical. Here the house OP have planned to sell is an additional house that is not in use. Selling the house could help him invest into cryptocurrencies. One thing, he need to prepare his mind to accept the positive and negative market move. Also, he should have the patience to experience the best out of the investment. If his plan was to sell the house, buy bitcoin and the next day sell bitcoin and buy two house. This won't happen.
1392  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much gambling is in trading cryptocurrencies? on: November 25, 2022, 10:58:43 PM
The problem with cryptocurrencies trading are the fees, it makes it a lot more difficult to be profitable in the long run. That's why I prefer the simple method of buying BTC and Eth on a regular basis and hold for the long term.

But the OP’s question is different. He doesn’t want to know what is the best trading? Nevertheless as mentioned earlier, if you trade with high risks then it can consider as gambling. As in gambling we risk more to earn more.
Similarly if we trade an asset which has a low chance of getting success, then it’s nothing but pure gambling. If you trade with limit and with solid stable coins, then the risk factor involved will be less and profits earned from it will also be low. Hope this clears your doubt OP.
In gambling, we play and for entertainment but the risk is too high since we don't have the means to control it while in trading, we have the option to choose the profitable and potential coin and could make our path by acquiring skills which is an edge against huge losses. Trading is challenging since the market is volatile but if we know how to apply the basic strategies, we could gain the profit that we're aiming for.
Gambling and trading gets related based on the coin/token we choose. Some looks to be really a gamble, because it doesn't have volume, it is new to the market and there is no big hype about it. Investing on such coin/tokens were to give profit based on the luck. The same when did with the top cryptocurrencies we know that the market will give profit today, if not having patience will let the user make profit out of holding. How much gambling is in trading depends on the coin/token chosen for trading.
1393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 25, 2022, 10:51:55 PM
England shouldn't have struggled this much in this game normally. They were highly favoured for the win but their performance wasn't that impressive. They let USA have a similar amount of goal attempts as well. England are still keeping their lead maybe but they still need to be better than that.

Their performance in offense against Iran was really impressive. They need to keep this level up to have a chance for the World Cup title as well.
England's performance in this match was not very good and USA was really beyond expectations in my opinion.
As for Iran, in fact they also played normally but when a red card was issued from the referee's pocket for Wales it was clear that this was a differentiator and they could maximize this well.
I think there will be some things that are not so good for Hennessey in this regard because it's safe to say the red card really affected the game.
The performance from both the teams were almost similar. Rather than focusing on making a goal, the teams were very strong in defending and stopping the opponent from making goals. This is the reason the match ended without a single goal.

Going through the points table it is good to see Brazil and Portugal on the top of the table, rest were all covered by the small teams. Hope this time big change could happen with the move towards play-off.
1394  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Everton Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: November 25, 2022, 10:43:44 PM
That is why in most countries you are considered innocent unless proven guilty.
This applies to casino, not you, you are the one who accuses the casino. Burden of proof lies upon you.

And it doesn't help your case to start with newb accounts that also doesn't help that accounts who gave star in trustpilot have 1 vote history.
It doesn't help your case either when you guys are being an offensive and aggressive.
Also you have already lied in this thread several times by telling how you know they scam millions, which is something you couldn't just know.
If you keep your calm, talk unprovocative way you might get more positive responses. And if somehow casino has made a mistake in your case then you should go trough official channels in your country.

Shouting a SCAM! wouldn't help your case in any way.
even though everything can be discussed properly without having to do unnecessary debate if indeed Stake is proven to have committed fraud should provide valid evidence, so far I have withdrawn winning money from bets there have never been any problems even processed quickly, if there is a problem it should be contact service support on the stakes website in a good way without having to shout SCAM everywhere and that doesn't really help the existing problems it only adds to other problems
Nothing gonna happen to stake, claiming it a fraud and scam without any evidence connected to the incident. For a platform that pays total of $5 million on weekly bonus, it isn't a big problem to solve the issue. Most of the time, users fail/loss and out of frustration caused out of unexpected loss end up with similar statements.
1395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Promotion and Adoption in my locality on: November 25, 2022, 10:38:21 PM
Throughout this year we could see a big number of our Bitcointalk members involved into spreading the word about bitcoin. Much needed thing for the increasing real-time usage. Word of mouth is more effective than something that is being advertised or promoted through some other means.

There is increase of bitcoin users over time. This will surely make more customers use bitcoin payment for the services received in the coming days. For the users who have added cryptocurrency acceptance it is time to have patience, because immediately we won't be receiving much of users paying with bitcoin.
1396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the Government use the Blockchain as a tool for control? on: November 25, 2022, 10:29:22 PM
The true reason for which the bitcoin is being innovated is getting used in some countries. The same have made the functioning more effective against the traditional system. As the middle man gets removed a big revenue is saved out of it. This middleman profit gets into the treasure of the government.

Blockchain technology helps with the transparency, but the same isn't liked by the government. Being transparent keeps them good with the administration, but the government won't be able to bribe. For this reason it is less likely to see blockchain usage by the governments.
1397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I Am So Done With Betting Until.... on: November 23, 2022, 11:49:07 PM
I think I am one of the unluckiest gambler/bettor out here, today is one of my worst days again and I think I should quit betting.

I went all in on Argentina thinking their match against Saudi Arabia would be an easy win for them, and the fact that the odds were so far away against Saudi Arabia winning while it was in huge favor of Argentina caused me to be so sure that Argentina was going to win the match, and then, I went all in, hoping to make some big wins just like yesterday, but now, everything is gone, in just a twinkle of an eye...
Argentina is a big disappointment, It's still hard to believe, I quit betting until I am able to forget this experience entirely.

Upset really happened even though it was supposed not likely to happen for a strong team like Argentina against a lower rank Saudi Arabia. Just a while ago, Japan even upset Germany and it just shows us that you can't rely on some strong teams now in the World Cup.

As for you, it's a good choice to stop betting for now as you are still in the status of disappointment.

Take a break, move on then comes back again if you are now ready.
This season of FIFA have got match results that are completely against the prediction. The match between Argentina and Saudi Arabia have got to be the first and Germany vs Japan have turned to be the second. In both the matches the scenario is the same. Initially Argentina and Germany lead the match and lost at the end. As suggested it is good to take some break and comeback.

Both Argentina and Germany are unlucky because both the teams had the ball possession of 70% and more and unable to score goals higher than the opponent.
1398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I Am So Done With Betting Until.... on: November 22, 2022, 10:40:45 PM
None could've thought of such a win from Saudi Arabia. A big disappointment for Argentina. Everyone who placed the bet over Saudi Arabia could've got it to be a lucky day. Most of the gamblers who made their wins out of the Saudi Arabia vs Argentina were the random pick and not the predicted pick out of analysis. Anyhow this is a big loss for Argentina and the fan followers.
1399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Bitcoin changed my life on: November 21, 2022, 11:59:53 PM
Good, you're one among the person who have experienced life change out of Bitcoin investment. If a polling is created we could see a big number of users from our forum itself missing the life changing moment out of bitcoin for some reason.

I'm one among the person who got chance to make my life better out of the prevailing situation, but the greed and the wrong prediction ended all my holdings go wasted as most of my holdings were the ICO tokens. During the bull market of 2017 it reached great heights and within short time period most of them fell back and some even got delisted from Exchanges.
1400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WOW, WHY AM I SO HAPPY 😍 on: November 19, 2022, 10:50:45 PM
MATIC presented an instant pump from November 5 on, but it wasn't enough to maintain the trend for too long. From November 7 on the prices started declining again dropping to their lowest level on November 9 and recovering a little on the following days, although nothing too impacting and nothing close to the price range of November 5.

Optimism has had even worse results, falling apart since November 5 and remaining stable from November 14 on, but much inferior to its previous price.

The bull run OP saw was definitely a mirage on the desert of the dry and hot bearish season.
Matic being a much expected one, the decline couldn't hurt OP if he have the ability to hold it for the bullish season. Matic have gained good market in a short time period. By the mentioned time period the market experienced a slight forward move reaching $20k+ and the same is being experienced over matic and more other cryptocurrencies. Being optimistic at times will disappoint and cryptomarket is much into it.

The bull run is just a deviation from the stable movement between limits. If something have pushed it further the same could've continued, but we've experienced something opposite and the market still into struggle.
