guys i need few beta testers
I think that i will try to make "BETA UPDATE" button in future but now i need manual testers:

As now i have UPDATE v1031 pending.
When few users will test it then i will upload to all users.


Changelog:
- fan script for R OS (for the first time)
- fan script for RX OS (little change)
- ability to set target temperature 30-80 C
- ability to set minimum fan speed 20-100%
- optiminer bin fix and miner loop that will run miner again if it will end working.

What to do:
Apply update, and test how fan speed works (you can change those parameters in rig settings)

If you know how to login via ssh to your rig and you want to test newest update then here is how:

Passwrod for user miner is: miner

Next update should solve this and also read error of round.bin in optiminer.
Sometimes update doenst overwrite files, i dont know why..

In mining speed field you can only see speeds when you are using Claymore.
Rest miners are unsupported becasue they dont have API.

You can watch console from dashboard with 10 second refresh time.
If you want to do this from ssh:
this will list avilable screens: screen -x
miner console: screen -x miner
to exit from screen and not kill it: ctrl+a+d (three keys at the same time)

I have priority goals:
- creating global online web chat integrated in dashboard so i can comunicate with you guys and react faster to any problems
- rebuild update system - i would like to have beta testing group which could test new update before i deploy to all rigs.
( i have my testing development units but as i see its not enough becasue i have undervolted gpus and i need to cover and test more different configurations)

Can you reflash stick and try booting again (it will download updates again) and tell me if problem still exists ?
Alternative if you can - can you give me team viewer access to any windows station that is in the same network as linux rig miner ?
So i can login via putty (ssh) to miner and see what is goin on ?- Those information would be helpfull.i

Today i will be making custom option to set target temperature in dashboard

If you guys have HANG ISSUE, please check first on stable claymore becasue from i see this, many miners are just unstable
It also might be unstalb AMD driver for linux which is 16.30 in RX OS.
I know that there is 16.40 but i need more tests and i also have some incompatibility with 16.40 so it will take little longer.


Sorry, as now i am not supporting mixed OC.
When i will make other most important things i will do mixed OC.

UPDATE v1030

- i made few updates - fixing fan speed problems.
Now it will ramp up speed more quicly if there will be too much temp.
- in v1030 added optiminer 0.3.1 - wne you reset miner it will starts mining using new version.
You can reset all rigs by going to RED OPTIOONS and clock SAVE, or going to each rig OC - clicking save there
Anyway be carrefoul because all zcash miners cause hanging - perhaps its the AMD GPU driver which is faulty.

No, RX OS supports RX400 and MEABY 300 series.
But no older.

One more thing that i forgot to mention.

This update today was only for RX OS - fan speed adjusting.
I didnt touch R OS because i dont have working script for it. Propobly will do it tomorrow.

And as we see default BIOS "auto fan" doesnt work as it should - thats why i am doing modifications in software.

I had little stress becasue of this

I rushed this fan script not totally tested becasue new opt miner in deed took a lot of wattage.
It had only problem spinning it up, it was spinning but too slow
Anyway still i saw some single rigs with temps like 88 C so i am wondering why ...

Anyway i will focus on perfecting this temperature/fan speed becasue it is very important !
Its so much work to do fuck
It would be easier if i ask already people for 1$/rig/month - i could focus much more time

Doesn anyone have RX OS rig with temperatures higher than 85 C ?

This is very rare problem (like 1%) and i would like to debug it.

If you have more than 90 C - turn it off.
1% of rigs have this high temperature.
