tytanick thank you for uploading the files so quickly however they might be corrupted i tried 3 different pc and 3 different USB drives I get error "Operation Terminated at offset " on HDD RAW copy around 49% or so.

Can some one please confirm that also.

1) Use HDD Raw copy 1.10 tool
2) Burn Image simpleminer-RX-v1093-4.11.rc8-16.60-enableexe0ANDips0.imgc OR simpleminer-RX-v1093-4.11.rc8-16.60-enablerc60.imgc
from https://simplemining.net/download/

Please confirm that you are either able to burn the whole image or not.

Thank you.
They are ok.
This is image of 16GB pendrive so when o 8GB you have error in 40% then its ok.
Go and boot it Smiley

I do not understand ,

How to connect to srr outside the house?

I enter the ip that appears when, but nothing works.
You need to have external public Ip address and make proper port forwards.
Then you can connect to this ip and specific port + SSR Serial number.
Still i cant help with port forwarding on your router.
1344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: May 13, 2017, 08:32:04 PM
tytanick, thanks for the info and repair. I did not know it contained anything private, I already deleted it. Otherwise, this can be a frequent problem, I sent BTC immediately, within seconds, but confirmation takes several hours Sad
Btw, is there any reason why you blocked me for private messages?
Read my signature in bitcointalk Tongue
I didnt blocked You, i am just blocking everyone.
PM on forum makes my life mor ediffucult:)
So i only respond to direct emails Smiley
Thats the only reason Smiley

Hi, I have two questions:

1. Did anyone get 8 gpus working on this OS?
2. What does this mean?

Yes, I gues Pandaminers with 8 gpus ? If not then other configurations, yes.

MSI Z270-A PRO
it must have latest firmware !!!
4g encoding.
make integrated gpu as default
disable audio
set pci-gen to auto or 1 or 2 (dont renember right now Tongue)
If you will still have problem i will look into my bios  tell me if this worked for you.
Also see what soothaa wrote below, after you check those please tell me which image did worked Smiley

For those waiting on the info for the MSI Z170A M5 Gaming board and 7x GPU support I finally have it working on both of my boards.

1) Make sure you're running the latest BIOS!
2) Enable 4G
3) Set PCIe support to "Auto" - DO NOT MANUALLY SET TO GEN1. THIS CAUSES MAJOR ISSUES
4) Enable onboard graphics startup as first! I believe this is changing "PEG" to "IGD" or something in the Advanced BIOS
5) Plug your monitor into the ONBOARD graphics
6) Use either simpleminer-RX-v1093-4.11.rc8-16.60-enableexe0ANDips0.imgc or simpleminer-RX-v1093-4.11.rc8-16.60-enablerc60.imgc (sorry, I don't remember which I used!)

My 14x GPUs have been stable all night long!
Thx for sharing those info !

thank you for all your hard work!!

I am having an issue I haven't seen anyone else have as I have read/scanned through this thread, and I have been messing with it all night.

I have two rigs with 6 rx470's each, and thanks to simple miner os, I had them all mining at the same time.    However when I dual mine with claymore 9.3 eth+dcr my mhz on cards on one rig stay at 7xxmhz instead of the 1100 or so I have them at.  I believe this is why the hashrate is low on one rig when I dual mine.  The one having issues are visiontek 4gb 470s on an ASUS h170 progamer board.

However I can use the eth miner just fine with the hashrate i'd expect for non-flashed/not overclocked cards.    Any input is welcome!

Didnt have an issue with cards in windows 10 however I have never had all of them working.  Thank you again!  btw I am happy to donate/pay fee for your excellent service/software!
Can you try setting in Overclock:
1100/1900 and powerstage to 6 or 7
If this wont help try setting, also after you set those numbers please do "reboot"
core: 6
memory: 0

it's 64bits only?
OS ? I guess Cheesy Nobody using 32bit Tongue

The power play doesn't not work for me, any advice?
Best Regards
You need to have custom bios with added offset - wolf0 is doing those.

About payments i think i will rebuild the pay system as it current stage it brings more problems than i thought Cheesy
Many people are choosing for example 2$, then special transaction number and account is generated but it will be credited only when you pay exact amount of cash Tongue
If you send from exchange then exahcnge is taking some fee and this temporary transaction account receives little less amount of cash so it isnt fully paid Cheesy
In that case i will look into little different idea becasue simple is key in my system as i dont like to make complicated things Tongue right ? Cheesy
Also i guess i wont be accepting bitcoin as many transactions are not beeing confirmed by the network Sad

LITTLE UPDATE:
Also this is our production unit of SSRv2 Smiley
The production line will start doing them in about a week and they should be ready at the very beginning of June (so about 2 weeks from now Smiley
I decided to make it on black pcb Smiley

The SimpleRigResetter thread is here so please dont ask here about it Smiley

You can set the same ip as your local network.
Then just forward udp port to your SSR and you can connect from internet.
And yes you need to give external ip address + this udp port that you forwarded + serial of SSR Smiley
Also if you have error getting device info be sure that you dont have any VPN or virtualbox interface enabled !
As now you need to have only one interface enabled but this is fixed in next SSR Tool release that wil be in about month with Extension Boards premiere Smiley

Yeah it works ionly with some gpus.
Custom bios with offset works always.
1347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: May 12, 2017, 09:19:34 PM
It's possible to not delete logs files from claymore?
I can't know why my rig reboot so many times ?
In future. I will try to figure this out.
1348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: May 12, 2017, 08:13:22 PM
Yeah i should compile it first then if it will work i can add it.
It needs ADL library to compile, not sure what version shoudl i use. I will look into it soon.

I added little more things to BETA Dashboard
Bolded things that i added on top of todays previous update.

Beta Dashboard UPDATE #2:
added deposit page where you can pay system fees with bitcoin/ethereum
different miner selection table with search ability
fixed dropdown menu not showing up
rigs table: added ability to hide columns and sort them

Try yourself Smiley - it will be very soon in production !

If this tool works with RX500 then ok, why not Smiley
I myself need to check something with my gpus Tongue
Also i guess if it will work then i can implement this into dashboarrd to show what types of memory you have.
Also i will impelemnt someday reading bioses from gpus and showing checksums of those in dashboard.
Anybody have problems with new dashboard  If not then i guess tomorrow i could push it to production and start counting those fees that i was taalking since previous year Cheesy

1350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: May 12, 2017, 09:06:16 AM
Nice work, everything that i test work fine
Will it be possible in the future to configure each rig with different parameters?
For example for the dual mining the best dcri is not the same on every rig for me
Yes. As i said before.
New dashboard -> Fee system -> Rig Grouping feature.
So it will be next right after i will push New Dashboard to production Smiley
Also i think that i will make "reload, reboot" Button "without confirmation".
There will be also possibility to reload.reboot multiple/all rigs at once.

BETA DASHBOARD UPDATE

I pushed changes to beta dashboard.
If you are using it please REFRESH website. Anyway:
- fixed problem with menu dropdown in rig list
- added possibility to make service fee deposits
(you can make deposits now and it will be added to your account - please guys test this with 1$ deposit and let me know if its working for you Smiley
- reorganized miner selection window to a table.

Please report any problems with dashboard now Smiley If there wont be any problems i will push it to production.

v1095 didnt brig anything to mention Smiley
It was update for my needs (changed rig update pooling interval).

Auto update cant be shut down because in some point your rigs will not be able to communicate with my dashboard if they wont have all have the same updates.

Anyone who has problems booting with newer motherboards always try those:
upgrade firmware in bios to newest
enable 4g encoding.
Set pci gen to 2 (or auto)
disable audio
set integrated gpu as default

I am Still making changes to new dashboard, i will push those changes very soon fo you to start testing.
1353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: May 10, 2017, 09:13:55 AM
Grouping feature - i will let you know when i will do it.
I have two concepts. Will se which one i will implement when i will starting making them Tongue

Right now i am super busy with multiple projects and i want to implement new dashboard , few things to fix before that.
1354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: May 08, 2017, 10:19:01 PM
Hello tytanick, i am mining ETH/DCR.... i am trying your software today and i have a question for you... why could be the reason that Ethermine report this stats?:

Reported Hashrate: 115.1 Mh/s . - . Current Hashrate 91.4 Mh/s... it is almost 24 Mh/s ... meanwhile the others rigs with direct mining the different is 5-7 Mh/s

thanks

J

I think the question is for pool operators and claymore. I am just putting miner programs available in net into my SMOS Smiley
Meaby i dont understand what you asking also
1355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: May 08, 2017, 08:12:29 PM
Hey tytanick, could you add an option to "pause" mining to a dashboard? It would help with troubleshooting. My 2 rigs are working fine, but the third one shuts itself down after 6-7 minutes and all of them have the same hardware configuration.

So just a "disable" option for a certain rig, so if it boots up and stays alive without mining, it's probably GPU related problem.
In future in rig grouping there will be possibility to do those things.

Using RX470.
With mod bios, power draw dose not change.
even try core 930mv,900mv
nothing changed.
please help
thanks
undervolting in linux works only with custom bios with offset.

About this device for fan controlling, sorry, it wont be welcomed by market.
Mining rigs should be in openframe + if you have too much heat just fan blowers to maximum and thats it.
Nobody cares about fan adjusting speed - it makes no sens, better to set on maximum.
Anyway i cant do this device for you.

1356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: May 08, 2017, 02:14:29 PM
Hello tytanick!

I look at the SRR device. it's a nice device to have with the rig.
I have some suggestions for it too.
you made a good resetting device. can you put some fan controlling circuit on it too?
The fans on the GPU's are controlled by software and its ok. But the fans on the rig ara not controlled. Not all the mainboards have fan outputs that can be controlled by software in linux. I need to control the fans of my rig so they do not run fast and noisy when it's not needed.

Maybe you'll make a seperate device named like "Mining Rig Fan Controller". connect it to usb and connect the power from PSU and connect the fans to fan headers on the device and set some parameters on a software that control the device and if there are no signal from software the device runs the fans with the last settings.
Hi, I would need to have 100+ pre orders to do such device and i dont know anybody who would need it Cheesy
What case do you see here - when software (some of the gpus will hang and stop adjusting fan speed on themselves ?)
I guess then the software should react and reboot the rig or something.
I guess there would be totally no demand for such device. Or am i wrong ?
1357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: May 08, 2017, 09:27:53 AM
Guys, please do some more tests of new dashboard:
https://beta.simplemining.net
Tell me if all buttons works and all things works also Smiley
If not, please send me an email to admin@simplemining.net
Subject: BETA Dashboard problem

Miner selection list will be reorganized, now it looks like crap - i know this Smiley
1358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [DEVICE] SimpleRigResetter - Auto reboot freezed rigs - AVAILABLE NOW !!! on: May 08, 2017, 09:14:17 AM
Can the SSR be used with ethOS? I'm considering using ethOS over simplemining OS until I can confirm 7 5xx series cards on a z170 board will work with simpleming OS.
Ofcourse, yes.
You can use with any windows/linux system but you need to install "socat" packet on ethOS and add script to each rig with two parameters: SRR serial number and slot number that this rig is connected to"
