This does not work if done in PBE (Polaris BIOS Editor), and must be done properly (custom.) Sometimes lowering PowerStage helps but now always (only some GPUs work with lower powerstage level, and this is rather experimental  ) If it isnt working then you need custom rom, wolf0 is also doing those. |

Progress NVIDIA update:Hi guys  Today i made nvidia OS which works out of box I will make first OC features and i guess i will release first alpha version which could be usable ! I will inform you via email once image will be released. Anyway its going good BTW. This image will be the same for AMD and Nvidia (installed both drivers into one OS image)

NVIDIA support will be in about 2-4 days from now !!! Today i succesfully ran nvidia GPU under simplemining Still its without any OC becasue OC is separate subject and i need to see what can be done and what cant Anyway it will be in 2-4 days YAY |

I'm having an issue with a bunch of my rigs that seem to be restarting very frequently. They seem to mine just fine, but restart about every 5 minutes. I have not been able to catch any text output on the screen, does smOS save logs anywhere?
Has anyone run into this before or know a solution?

Too much verclocking or too much undervolting, try to lower it down. Tytanick how can we see how many shares are incorrect during a period of time? I get the message that GPU #no found an incorrect share and that I should look if my o/c is stable, but then the share is not counted as rejected? Which shares are counted as rejected? Is there a way to count all incorrect shares to see if our overclocks are ok? Some pools have rejected ratio in statistics. Here in my OS i guess you cant see that. Better look in pool if the speed is moreless ok. |

if i wanted to make my own length cable for the ssrV2 what is the max length i should stay under?
Stay under 20 meters. When will Extension Board be available?
The extension board needs about 1,5 month to be deployed, buy its more less time and it depend if second prototype that we will have in this week will be flawless. |

When we can get this version of claymore
Latest version is v9.5:
- fixed issue with PASC, miner could check some nonces twice. Effective hashrate must be a bit higher now.
- improved SIA support for Nicehash, added "mining.extranonce.subscribe" and "client.reconnect" commands support. Effective hashrate must be a bit higher now.
I will look into when i am not in drunk state Also i am now searching for programmers (here is Poland) to help me with developing simplemining becasue i am just one man and it is too much for one human and i want this software to develop and beeing wonderfull ! Thats why its not moving furoward from some time. Propably it will be rewritten form base and then new features will come. Also i am right now overwhelmed by SSRv2 release. Please understand me and give me some weeks to sort this all out. Anyway i will be managing all the features and i will be cooperating all of it. As it is my hobby i will do as best as i can to make this software and hardware AS BEST AS POSSIBLE I hope you guys forgive me some not well done parts of my job like some errors in spelling or some little bugs or missing features  I am working 13 hours daily and i see how hard it is to make it better Also i am implementing rocket chat for simplemining sit you gous would be able to communicate between eachother and me much faster ! |

I am having a problem with my SSRV1. 7 out of 8 rigs attached to it were rebooting nearly every 3 minutes, after some troubleshooting it appears that the SSR is actually rebooting all but 1 rig over and over.
I do no have watchdog enabled currently, and believe I set it up just fine according to Tytanick's instructions. Is it possible that the SSR is faulty? or could I have done something to cause this problem?
It could be fault ofcourse but rebooting over and over i gues doesnt mean its fault. Rather i would say its bad connected. Please chciedk if the status (green/red circles) is showitn good status. Meaby you connected something incorrectly ? If you still have problem after doublechecking please write to admin@simplemining.net and i will help you via team viewer if its a windows rig and if its a simplemining rig then lets talk via email Dont worry. most cases its bad connection but 2% of the SRR could be fault so free RMA replace is ifcourse on the table ! Sincerely, I do not need to have all the comfort of the online interface, or the rebot because I have my PDU with 8 outputs, made for servers.
How do I proceed to configure it autonomously (via ssh or else) to prevent the mine's OS. automatically load conf from your server?
I've seen in /home/miner the config.json file that is used for configuration ... but I suspect that the downloaded file is overwritten, from your site, every time I turn on my mines. Then I would like to disable the possibility that your software in the OS miners, communicate with the site for rebote, reset, view stats ...
Since YOU do not need these features, these must be useless right? SimpleminingOS IS a linux distri SPECIFICALLY built to provide online management through connection to the server. If YOU do not need those features there is absolutely no reason for you to be using SmOS. Install ubuntu light, install all the drivers, build/deploy all the sw/miners and be happy with that, dont post irrelevant stuff on this thread. I ask for this thing, not for non pay 2 usd/month but because I do not need all these automations ...
I think it's not necessary to pay 2 usd for an open source OS (ubuntu) ...
You are free use a different OS if the 2$ seems high to you. The fee is for using the online Server that enables remote online management for the multitude of people who find this option indispensable. I grow sick of entitled whiners who keep posting on threads crying about fees. PS: If you want to do something, really useful, you can write a system, distribution, management and statistics, similar to yours , BUT as an addon for the WHMCS ... so you can help others ... In this case I would have paid, even 200 usd for Such a software ...
By "Help Others" you mean be useful to your very specific set of requirements? Sure that seems reasonable, especially for the grand sum of $200. Why don't YOU do something useful and write such a system and share it on the forums, instead of complaining/demanding what others do. The system is what it is. Its online service only. No offline version. And thats it. the end. I am not making custom versions or sharing my personally written code with anybody. Right now i will froun rocket chat (someone told me about it before) and it suits my needs. I will introduce it soon. |

Tested both RX an R version, RX its fine, but R shows only the simpleminer login screen and miner dont appear in dashboard, any idea?
Tested R version with HD7950 card.
Logged in, ran the command /root/utils/atiflash -i and it says no card found.

Exactly what i told him You will buy those for like 1$ maximum. And ordering here it would cost like 10$ - the shipping process costs me. Please look for those in your local shop. I dont have sercive for sending screws - its too much hassle. |

You need only add script from webisite to autostart. You need basic linux skills for that. |
