Right now you need to use two 2mail accounts becasue mining config is GLOBAL for all rigs.
But i am closer and closer to make rig grouping function.
This will allow you to change setting on group of righs so you will do what you want Smiley
Just give me some time Tongue I am closer and closer ot it Smiley
1622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - BETA UPGRADE 2-7% performance boost on: March 01, 2017, 08:07:49 PM
Yep.
Even if my sever beeing offline wont stop any miners from hashing Smiley
1623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - BETA UPGRADE 2-7% performance boost on: March 01, 2017, 06:19:43 PM
If I want I can go high as 1200mh with pasc but I get the open cl errors.

this is strictly on the panda miner I suspect the lessor cpu which is welded causes the issue.

I have a question  if I use a second email and keep the panda mine mining on it does that affect your future billing?

there is no question I like the service but I will need to be able to have different mining program options as the panda miner need different settings.
Dont worry, fees will be implemented AFTER i will do group managing.
Group managing + rebuilded selection table for miner programs will be first. And this is what i am working on.
Then i will propalby try to do some kind of fee service what wil be first optional and if you wont pay, i wont disable your rigs.
There will be big free period and many emails so dont worry guys about anything Smiley

There is another idea of taking my service fee: i think beside normal payment for service i will do "enable cpu mining FEE for admin" - take my service fee as CPU mining.
From your side it will only take more wattage but i suppose it will be more less 1-3 $ per rig per month Smiley
But this will be as alternative and i wont enable this on your rigs without clear permision.
Also i wont do sometking like Ethereum did: "if you disagree then click NO but YES is anyway preselected Cheesy"
There will be clear message with advantages and disadventages of each solution.
As i suppose, pandaminer cpu mining wont be good idea becasue of very weak cpu.
I would like my system to be simple and clear. Nothing is hidden !
I decided that i wont force anyone to anything becasue that is what people doesnt like.
Only crucial features and updates nesesery for my service to work are forced. (but i need those forced becasue it would create big mess for me Smiley

thx citronics again for replaying many times for many questions Smiley
When the time comes, remind yourself. Each member that is replaying other users on this thread will receive some bonus on balance account when the SMOS will be paid Smiley
(there are few others members, you also remind yourselves when i will implement fee tax Tongue)

Hi Tytus
How can i mine ubiq and sibcoin with simple? Please add ubiq and sibcoin
Hi, please post links to bitcoin threads both coins.
I will be doing redesign of miner programms and adding alghoritm list capability is good idea among other stuff.
1626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [SHOP] SimpleRigResetter - Auto resets HANGED rigs - available now !!! on: March 01, 2017, 11:07:03 AM

Could you share your settings please?

Watchdog max delay: 250 seconds
Long reset length: 3 minutes
Watchdog frequency: 10

In next firmware release this watchdog will be up to 10x bigger so 2500 seconds.

1630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - BETA UPGRADE 2-7% performance boost on: February 26, 2017, 04:39:27 PM
Rig grouping i didnt started. I will start  this feature soon.

Wifi, not right now but more and more people ask about it so i guess i should think about it.

Hi,
Im getting this error when the OS try to auto upgrade, what I should do?
Thanks.
Dont worry about it. As long as everyting is working.
Updating from other rigs in network ? nope. This is too much work.
Anyway all updates are incremental so only new things are downloaded. its more less 1-10 MB for each update.
Is it too much ? If they are downloading not longer than 30 minutes then i would say its should not be a problem.

I was busy with starting prototype of Extension Board for SRR.
Just few more days and i will be moving again is SM OS updates.
1631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [SHOP] SimpleRigResetter - Auto resets HANGED rigs - available now !!! on: February 26, 2017, 04:32:00 PM
Tested SRR today, everything working fine. Good job, tytanick!

Is it possible to control SRR with windows tool from remote location, not only from local network?
Or maybe it is good to have tool, integrated into simpleminingOS, similar to SRR-Tool for windows.

Thanx.
Yep, there will be such things in some time Smiley
1632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [SHOP] SimpleRigResetter - Auto resets HANGED rigs - available now !!! on: February 25, 2017, 08:49:15 AM
...
Thx for very detained observations Smiley

Time since last reset could be ok, also counter of resets woul be good idea.
Naming rigs - yep i know about that myself and we will be trying to implement those Smiley

1. Yep, this is what told me few people, i will do that for sure.

2. Yep, my friend likes doing VERY BIG applications Tongue - i guess he have this thing from other clients where outr applications needs to work on touch screens Tongue

3. My AV (nod32 eset) doesnt needed to be turned off but i didnt tested other AV.
Anyway yes, it needs Admin privileges becasue it must have access for installing Windows Service (agent)

About normal watchdog:
Normal watchdog kicks in when the rig is not responding for x amount of seconds.
I ccually am using period of 50 seconds. Linux from usb drive is booting in 20 seconds ( sometimes grub delay +30 seconds but i will disable this)
Anyway i need here range 30-60 seconds for me, thats why this parameter is in seconds.

About long reset.
Long reset on the other hand is for very rare cases when normal reset doesnt work and rig needs to be turned of for lets say 5-10 minutes and then powered back on.
Thats why here are minutes.

4. I dont want any warranty problems thats why i used quality components. Warranty is 2 years !
Ofcourse i could cut costs but i want this product to be perfect. I am not a guy who wants to shell cheap chineese shit just to earn.
Accually i still dont even have my production costs back.

Those notifications wont be SRR feature.
It needs to be software for linux/windows.
It will be feature in my SimpleMining OS soon (still dont know when)
Also MH reporting needs to be integrated in windows/linux agent.
This Agent will can do special checks before it sends keepallive packets.
And anyway when gpu is down, claymore miner resets rig automatically. options are: -r1 -wd 1

Also to do things:
- do all those little thing that i mantioned in my reply + web interface.
1633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - BETA UPGRADE 2-7% performance boost on: February 24, 2017, 10:42:57 PM
I have 3 rigs with 480 8 GB having this shit Sad

looks familiar -- check your BIOS setting
Yep, looks like bad custom mod or too much offset.

No custom mod .. default from the box.
Can you upgrade kernel to beta one ?
And try then ?
1634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [SHOP] SimpleRigResetter - Auto resets HANGED rigs - available now !!! on: February 24, 2017, 10:31:05 PM
@ tytanick
Even tho I got my own set up with POE switch I'm still considering to buy your product, after so many reviews it looks so awesome and good.
Yep, i am amazed also.
I was expecting some questions from users, problems etc Cheesy
Accually nothing was reported to me that isnt working or has problems Smiley
I really made it that simple ? Cheesy

Hi,

I'm new to smOS. Having a lot of difficulties with a rig of Sapphire RX 480

Test rig has 2x Nitro+ RX 480 + and 4x Nitro RX 480s

Have the problem with one GPU starting out really slow and only getting up to about 4 MH.  I don't have this problem on other OS's running the same Claymore miner. So it's got to be an issue with smOS.

I read earlier in the forums it was suggested to try the beta. I tried downloading the beta of the RX smOS and it just kept throwing errors over and over and trying again for 30-40 minutes before I stopped it.

Help?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Please write me email to admin@simplemining.net with your rig number.
I will look if i see something suspicious regarding this issue.
1637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [SHOP] SimpleRigResetter - Auto resets HANGED rigs - available now !!! on: February 24, 2017, 06:15:03 AM
Received mine a few days ago but have been extremely busy with work.  Just connected this to a rig that freezes every once in a while on XMR.  I could not be happier.  The setup with Simplemining.net OS is seamless, the only thing you need to take note of is which slot number is associated with which rig upon connecting and then follow the easy PDF instructions.

I cannot wait until the extender boards are ready, I will be purchasing a setup for my 15+ rigs at OregonMines and will never have to have them reboot a rig for me again.

I will leave the in depth review for those far more experienced with mining, but as a fairly new miner, I could not be more fortunate that this came out so soon after I got into this hobby.

Nice to hear that Smiley
I also could not be hapier to came up with idea for making this product Smiley
I am also happy that everything is working !
If you guys have requests about some features regarding SRR, perhaps you need some feaature that is not there, just tell me Smiley

UPDATE:
As now we succesfully made project for Extension Boards.
In about 10 days we will have prototype of extender Smiley

Tytanick how about posting some config samples for a few miners in your starting post? i´m sure there are a few of us that will help you collecting some... and this would save all of us time to read and answer here  Wink
Ok i added link into miner description.
All examples ypou can check on miner forum page.
Now i am trying to do as much options to be system as much usable as possible.
Polishing of interface will be much later Tongue
Look here for examples here:

I would like Nicehash-Ethash mining this is the top on WhattoMine..

I was try this settings:
--no-submit-stale --kernel DaggerHashimoto -o stratum+tcp://daggerhashimoto.eu.nicehash.com:3353 -u 178g34XsdfVTdJeNdhdfmjaNCFcXDLapJ.$rigName -p x --rawintensity 1008 -w 8 --text-only

And got this error message:
Go to simplemining.net and login with your email to manage this rig !

Isnt claymore eth the fastest right now?
I can look into it but its not priority unless its faster.
