1601  Economy / Services / Re: klee's hacked 1170 btc, Part II on: July 13, 2014, 05:14:41 PM
I am guessing that the hacker is now watching this topic also - he should be advised to make sure he sends the rest of the funds he promised to send ASAP.

Most of us do not see any good reason for 36 days and so it would be in his best interests to make good on this as quickly as possible.

36 days time has been taken for a reason. He'll now mix the other coins using other mixers or alt coins. But as Klee has declared he is happy with 462 coins, no one will freeze his fund or trace him. He'll get enough time to cover his traces with multiple mixing. It shows again, we were close... very close. One complaint against Bitmixer could hunt him down... because, I firmly believe, he has accepted coins in a previously used address, where his identity is attached on some forum on the web.
1602  Economy / Services / Re: klee's hacked 1170 btc, Part II on: July 13, 2014, 05:12:11 PM
Klee, any explanation on why 36 days if the btc has been already laundered and are in hacker's hands?
I don't know if they are laundered or not!

According to bitmixer.io they're already are:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=686275.msg7816359#msg7816359
How do we know it was the whole amount?
I am not sure someone could mix that easily a big amount like that.
Probably he would need smaller chunks.

As stated before: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=686275.msg7789438#msg7789438

As it is happening: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=686275.msg7816359#msg7816359

i/p amounts are mostly in 50 BTC.

Why the thief is spooked after mixing ?

Most probably, he has used his receiving address from mixer before which is attached to his real world identity.

Why we can do now ?

Trace back from the i/p of this Tx to find hackers identity.

https://blockchain.info/tx/98ca4040dc65dbab362645ab3241889780ee2ae839b29a6e099c98431f624f6c

p.s. As the bounty is no more... I dont know how far that would be achieved !!! But, we were close to the hacker, because of the bounty.

1605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will we see a 'golden age' of Bitcoin startups in the near future? on: July 11, 2014, 09:20:34 PM
golden age yes, but with alot scams  Tongue

In an unregulated atmosphere u cant eradicate SCAM ever. If u cant live with... go back to FIAT. Govt. will take action against FIAT scams.

governments will take action against BTC scams too.... just give it time.

Then they'll tax it too... just give it time Wink

they already do where i am from. can't escape capital gains in the USA... Cry

If u report uR gain, even Afghanistan will tax u !!!
1606  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: July 11, 2014, 09:15:28 PM
Can someone please suggest which Sig Campaign will be the best for me as a member ?
1607  Economy / Services / Re: UPFRONT PAYMENTS FOR YOUR SIGNATURE - Limited offer. | lunamine.com on: July 11, 2014, 09:04:33 PM
FYI, the profile code you gave for the "Full Member" signature does not match what you show that the "Full Member" signature should look like - just at the end.  Mine shows as 10 GHs trial and yours shows as Highest ROI.  Just checking which you want.  Thanks, and hope I am accepted (I put up the signature early, I guess, but if I'm not accepted then I'll remove it in a couple days.)

Thank you! I will fix it. You have been accepted. Payment will be made in 10 minutes.

Also, please make the link http://www.lunamine.com/901 for our tracking purposes Wink

Thanks.  I will change the link as requested.

The 7 day period starts today for me, right? (meaning on next Friday, if I've made more than 20 posts, I'll get an additional payment.)

As u have changed UpDown's sig and he said payment will be made by next week, do u think u'll be considered among payee ? I'm confused how UpDown is going to pay his campaigners now as most of them has changed sig.

wow you're dumb as fuck if you think realcoin is just fiat in digital form.

For a "hero member", i dont see any other way but you're pumping for your gain.... aside from being a typical scammer...

Wow. Do you even know who Dmitry is?  Don't forget, we are all real people here.  Before you go about being much ruder to someone online than you would be in real life, think about who you're talking to.  Otherwise, you are just going to end up looking uninformed...as in this thread.

Anyhow, Rassah -- I didn't connect the dots between decentralized exchange and this Brock backed venture. You make a great observation.  Very good news for Bitcoin indeed.

I dont know who is Dmitry ? Care to share more info ?
1613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia planning to push Dollar in crisis ? Chance for Bitcoin ? on: July 11, 2014, 06:05:25 PM
The analysiz by Sergej Glazyev in the original post is mostly correct in my view.

The bank transfers, the credit card systems and all world remittance systems have all been captured by the bullies in the united states government. (That doesn't mean that the russian government are not bullies).

What the russians could and should do, is to establish a network of banks/exhanges in all countries totally disconnected from the current bank system, offering deposit accounts in rubles and renmimbi (and others) combined with market based exchanges for these currencies. For USD, only deposit and withdrawal of notes. Of course they would have to stop meddling with their exchange ratios.

That would take some of the power out of the USA bank hegemony.

Globalization would prevent this from being successful. Since Russia needs to trade with other countries and most trade is denominated in US Dollars, there would be a demand to have US based banking transfers.

This is in formation as an alternative to IMF & World Bank which are the backbone of trade domination => http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRICS_Development_Bank

An interesting development indeed, but they need to have their share in OPEC.
1614  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Make every btc 1000 btc on: July 11, 2014, 06:00:37 PM
Turn every btc into 1000 btc Smiley
people will see btc is $1 and they will buy it to $1000 again.
who are the devs??
can i ask them?  Smiley

people think btc is very high because they can't buy a full one with pocket money.
but if they can buy a full btc with pocket money they will buy alot.
also it will make me happy. thanks.  Smiley

Rather than asking anything to devs, it better to ask those people to buy 1000 uBTC using 1 USD Smiley
1615  Economy / Services / Re: I was hacked (1170btc stolen) - 500btc max BOUNTY on: July 11, 2014, 05:16:29 PM
Heyyyyyyy ...DONT format. Keep the evidence !!!

Why ? ... police can help ?
No ... because is not money ...  Grin

It is required to keep so that he may take help of some cyber expert to find out the IP trace of the attacker. Probably the anti-virus software running on his machine already has it.
1616  Economy / Services / Re: I was hacked (1170btc stolen) - 500btc max BOUNTY on: July 11, 2014, 04:35:51 PM
Electrum password alone isn't sufficient (assuming the attacker got it through your dropbox plain text file), he'd also need a copy of the electrum wallet file. Any idea how that was accessed?
If I understand the OP correctly, both the wallet file and a plaintext txt with the password were on a dropbox volume.

I don't use electrum but the way I understand it is the wallet is constructed from the 12 word seed.

That's why I asked Klee for kleerification... (*snort* sorry)

There's a password that secures your wallet file, and there's the master seed. With the seed, you're able to access the funds all by itself, but with the electrum password alone, you still need the wallet.
They had both..

EDIT: Apologies for not replying but I am trying to manage a mess here (format the computers, contacts with authorities, phone/skype calls etc)..

Heyyyyyyy ...DONT format. Keep the evidence !!!
1617  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. W on: July 11, 2014, 03:43:18 PM
Just updating you guys that I still didn't get the payment.
Is UpDown truly a BTC Foundation Member?

He is ...

Is it too hard to check on Foundation Web Page? Smiley
https://bitcoinfoundation.org/members/

but this only mean that he paid 25k for it ... nothing more.

Everyone can pay and became a member ....
Just what for? Cheesy

It means a little more Wink

He got it by fucking Mark Karpeles  Smiley

UpDown is a master of double spending and he fucked Gox with his skillset.
1618  Economy / Services / Re: I was hacked (1170btc stolen) - 500btc max BOUNTY on: July 11, 2014, 03:27:18 PM
Contact DropBox

Ask them to have a security audit on your account and tell them to provide u all the details about the machines from where the login took place...

1619  Economy / Services / Re: I was hacked (1170btc stolen) - 500btc max BOUNTY on: July 11, 2014, 03:20:40 PM
That was hard to trace without other info. The bitcoins is transferred to new unused bitcoin address it can only be trace once it is moving again.
Bter froze his accts (he was trying to dump NXT for BTC) - they said they have info.

When I have more I will post.

That means Bter have some clue... can u plz offer a part of the bounty to them to get that clue ?
Good idea

Hope u dont forget me if u get back your bitcoins Wink
1620  Economy / Services / Re: I was hacked (1170btc stolen) - 500btc max BOUNTY on: July 11, 2014, 03:13:26 PM
Wow... that's a freaking theft...  The wallet was online I assume?
Electrum - dropbox was compromised (with plain txt for the pwd, I know I know..)

Are u sure that it is DropBox compromise... NOT address collision ?

Current Status

539BTC: https://blockchain.info/address/14DZ3Yjb39sDTMwKd19Ly4PK15BKZfLXWZ

631BTC: https://blockchain.info/address/1CEQCaXZuKx3bPRySUFvCpXthWAnExukFb

they now split it?

Seems they are waiting for 100 confirmation each and then will again split it, till it goes down to 50 BTC each. Then, there's a mixer to handle 50 BTC... forgot which one.

@Klee ...if u know that mixer... inform them early too. At some gate we'll definitely catch the thief.
