1861  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crash coming? on: May 05, 2017, 09:43:38 PM
Absolutely 100% for sure there will be a correction. There's no doubt about it. I'd say 1100 would be realistic but others will say that's being pessimistic.
There are big differences between correction and crash. A ~$500 must be a crash and I am not finding there would be any possibilities for that to happen. But I too agree there would be a chances for corrections and it may last for previous ATH levels i.e. up to $1350 levels.
1862  Economy / Speculation / Re: Prediction - $1500 in 30 days - What do you think? on: May 05, 2017, 09:20:31 PM
The prices currently are doing too good; it is making hope for those who have expectations from the BTC. The prices will continue to rise with a least chance of coming down in the end of May. The BTC have the potential to grow more in the current month and even afterwards and I guess before end of this month we may have $2000 levels tested. The people who are holding the BTC are the lucky ones  Cheesy
1863  Economy / Speculation / Re: Which one to buy? Stocks Houses Gold or Bitcoin or Bonds? on: May 05, 2017, 08:28:29 PM
A couple of BTC (20-100) is a good investment. But never put all eggs in one basket (BTC).
Diversity is key.

I traded some BTC against physical gold to lock-in some profits and rebalance my portfolio after the recent price rise.
Don't diversify too much. Focus on Bitcoin, there will be another global economic crisis, probably withing next 5 years.
Global economy hasn't been fixed at all, managers and banks never learned their lesson after 2008 crisis.
Soon bonds, stocks and fiat money could be totally worthless - only Bitcoin, a system which is not a part of official market will survive.

What made you think bonds, stocks and fiat money will be totally worthless?  Honestly there is more possibility that bitcoin will be the first one to be worthless once it does not solve its scalability issue.  But of course being bitcoin enthusiast, i will choose Bitcoin because of its uptrend price.  Hoping scalability issue fixed and political drama between two camps fades.
Well everyone stepping into a business is for to earn not to lose all what you have but, you also cannot deny the factor of risk with every investment that you make. Risk is always there with the investment, no investment in the world is 100% safe. Keeping this rule in mind you need to study things if you are just a dump person and cannot determine or forecast the future of any business after studying it. You just need to do a SWOT analysis and you fill find the answer by yourself.
I don’t agree the SWOT analysis can be done by anyone else; it can only be done by that business entity by itself. How would you know the Strength, Weakness, opportunities and threat of any business?

The SWOT may not perfect because of such elements that are known only by the organization personnel. I agree to the study and research about the business and then analyze the best for investment, but this will not be SWOT it will be critical analysis which can be really helpful.
1864  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: May 05, 2017, 07:33:45 PM
Indeed, price is pushed upward by Bitfinex deposit and withdrawal issues (I refer to USD deposits and withdrawals, obviously), just like it was pushed downward after that exchange got hacked in August last year. But I still don't think there is an actual bubble, and I don't think either that the price is going to fall as low as 950 dollars per coin this time. Personally, I don't expect it to go substantially below 1,100 dollars since there is strong support in the range of 1,000-1,100 dollars (at least, not for long). Of course, if some really bad news hits the fan, the price could potentially go lower but that would have nothing to do with bubbles
The exchange hacking case was a total different thing and yes it was a bad experience for the bitcoiners but it made it a lesson for the future for the bitcoin community and the BTC overcome such type of stuff. The prices even if fall it will not be more than a $200 to $300 difference that the current rate. But I am not sure that any downfall in the price can be witnessed in near future to trigger panic selling.
1865  Economy / Economics / Re: BITCOIN ATM MACHINES on: May 05, 2017, 06:17:49 PM
In our country we do not have BTC Atm machine and certainly it will not come because it's not mangef by any institutions here and without any government authority you cannot place such things and it's not even controlled by government this coins . So no question of such machines to be placed.

Me too in my country doesn't have bitcoin ATM Machines. But it not more needed we just need a exchanger that we can exchange our Bitcoin (BTC) to a real money. Well definitely we have a reliable exchange that often us to exchanges our Bitcoin to a real cash and its good. Hopeless that also we have Bitcoin ATM Machines
Why are you hopeless and what drives your moral and motivation down ?

It is still the early age of the bitcoin its recognition and recommendations yet have to be adopted by many of the people. Look at where the bitcoin is standing now it was not there a year before… Why is it like that? These are the thing that keeps me motivated.
1866  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: May 04, 2017, 09:37:41 PM
Bitcoin can't lead to corruption because bitcoin is decentralized and it can't be controlled by anyone, the bitcoin is known for being decentralized and if bitcoin lead to corruption then it means that it already broke its features and it will be a huge effect for the price and it will go down.

The OP is not talking about corruption in Bitcoin. He is talking about the features of Bitcoin helping corrupt people.
While that is a concern, we should not be blaming the tools for the action of men.
Yes i agree it is the features of bitcoin that can help the corrupt people to be more powerful because bitcoin is anonymous and it is one of the threat for us that can abuse by the corrupt people because we can't notice if they are doing illegal stuff or corrupting because bitcoin is not traceable and that is why bitcoin can lead to corruption because of anonymity.

i think not just bitcoin that can lead to corruption but for real money, we know that money is leading to corruption and its make more damage for people in many aspects. i think if politicians or someone that corrupted already know bitcoin and they know that they can send the corruption money to other people without any other people know, then they will thinking that is good for them to send that money without any proof to explain and its only the wallet that we know.
It is not only about sending the money if some sends the money and have no record of it or cannot be traced for sending but someone has to receive it and while receiving the money the bank inquires that where did it came from.

Also I have something in mind and that is “good mind good find” until and unless the governments don’t play a part you
can’t stop someone from bad activities.
1867  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin provide income on line? on: May 02, 2017, 08:14:13 PM
many of my friends did not work but a lot of money away was great when compared, to meweekly  that is still working in the factory, I was confused from where producer obtained from bitcoin?
I do really believed that bitcoin is one of the online income that it can give help to anyone who will understand the concept of bitcoin.
actually, we have trading here were you are able to learn and study it for free then there is signature campaign that can give you weekly bitcoin profit.

Not only trading and signature campaign will give you income in bitcoins but there are multiple ways of earning bitcoins as if you have skills then you can offer your services and get paid in bitcoins and if you want to earn higher amount of bitcoins then you need to multiply your efforts and ways of earning them.

But signature campaign is the most "safest" way to earn bitcoin right? no?
See I'm a newbie so I don't know anything about signature campaign earning pay yet. But it looks like the safest for me because you are being paid for your services by posting good quality comment. So its a win-win situation.
Yes, it is the safer of all because you are offering your services to someone and those who render your services are liable to pay you. Being a newbie just try to work hard and whole heartedly don’t just post anything try to post quality stuff so you may become a choice for the managers to choose you for a campaign on priority.
The problem with signature campaigns is that they require not only to post good quality but also it takes a very long time to get your account to a high-level rank so you can actually get accepted, and even then the price that they offer is not that high compared to the process that you have went to, that is why signature campaigns should be left as side job that you do from now and then and try to find a job that require a skill not rank.
1868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin eventually kill Altcoin? on: May 02, 2017, 06:58:56 PM
How could that be possible? I mean the value of bitcoins on dollar worth rises every time bitcoin rises. The bitcoin value of altcoin might drop in value but since bitcoin value increases the altcoin value for dollar increases too.

As long as the bitcoin rise in dollar % is higher than the drop of altcoin % than the amount of altcoin in dollar value keeps increasing as well.
1869  Economy / Services / Re: [BitBlender] Signature Campaign - Seniors and up (CFNP) on: May 01, 2017, 04:01:31 PM
I confirm I received payment for this week too promptly.  Thank you BitBlender and Lutpin.

There will most probably be some changes to the campaign after next round though, and I might have some more spots opening as a result, so keep an eye on the thread.
I like to inform that I turned legendary last Tuesday. It would be great those new changes allow me to get a legendary spot  Cheesy

Thanks again !
1870  Economy / Speculation / Re: $2000 anyone? on: April 30, 2017, 10:14:45 AM
I think it will be $2000 in 6 months or less..

Resistance are highly active right now and the $1400 value is very crucial the price value right now is $1342.95 I have never see it move by then, but bitcoin needs to be movable or fluctuating every time right but right now it just stay put in that value, and we should watch for A bounce off this near-term support could lead to another test of resistance or even a break higher for a steeper climb.
Maybe $1400 would be acting as a strong resistance levels but I am sure it will get broken even in this weekend itself.
I do see some big traders are booking profits around $1340 levels but momentum shows strong uptrend in coming days and it last up to $1550 levels too before making any U turn.

As long as prices are trading above 200-days running average line, I am too very sure that bitcoin will be reaching $2000 levels in next 6 months or even quicker.
1871  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Utilize Your Bitcoins on: April 30, 2017, 08:42:17 AM
Trading is a very risky to do, just spend money that you can
afford to loose. Utilize bitcoin is not the hard thing to do. Theirs
many to mention exchanged as of this days.
yes trading is only risky if you do not have any experience in trading and having no sound knowledge about trading, but to me if you have proper knowledge and experience in trading then it is not so much risky .
Trading it has risk involved, but as long as you know the proper procedure of actual trading
it will surely you can maximize your risk anyhow.
Yes, right now I am too utilizing my bitcoins only this way as it is alone profitable for me. I tried gambling and cloud mining too but they had given me only negative results. The risks involved with trading could be eliminated when we are having right approaches of trading. But these approaches are not possible for any trader on the beginning days itself.

Using bitcoins to learn trading and then trading bitcoin is the way I am already traveling. I believe I am utilizing my bitcoins the best possible way I am able to.
1872  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Perfect Trading Website/App on: April 30, 2017, 07:54:33 AM
off-chain transaction = trusting third parties aka centralization => nobody will trust or use it.
Off-chain transactions are already happening within exchanges and I believe it helps saving time and fees. I guess it is novaexchnage, they are having facility to send cryptocurrencies to other members using their chat-ID/username itself. Xapo to Xapo and coinbase to coinbase transactions are instant with zero fees for transacting.

I am thinking about a platform which will be dealing with off-chain transactions so that users will get rid of delay occurs due to confirmation.
I can understand your idea and I am not seeing any exchange deals this way. If my understandings are correct, for real time example faucets are already using this concept, right ?
1873  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A quick form about your crypto trading habits on: April 29, 2017, 08:30:23 PM
I like to suggest you to open up your questionnaires here itself, so that forum members will be easily check and answer them. For security purposes, people never prefer clicking links posted here.
Nah, some links are totally fine. For example links from a well known survey sites like SurveyMonkey or Survio, there is no risk in clicking that link.

Op, you failed to post the link. It is because you are a newbie and some links might be automatically be removed by forum anti spam script.
I suggest you post your link as plain text or with spaces.
Yes I do see some people are conducting using google spread sheet itself. I guess that would be more convenient way of collecting opinions. For polls, bitcointalk itself has facility and I am thinking to raise a request to Theymos for providing any possibilities for having survey kind of templates here in bitcointalk itself.

Because that will help people to study on bitcoin ecosystem which will be helping bitcoin to be promoted to new people effectively.
1874  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: "You have not payed you Bitcoin capital gain tax"? on: April 29, 2017, 08:09:34 PM
If tax authorities are going to contact you because of Bitcoin made profit that depends on the country you live in and the law. I don't know such persons and in my country Bitcoin isn't regulated yet and so far private persons who don't have registered business don't pay taxes on such profit. But that doesn't mean this is not going to happen in the future.
But I could not understand how tax authorities will be coming to know about my involvement with bitcoins. I am already paying taxes for my day job and I am just saving bitcoins by working in my leisure times. I am not in plan to cash out them into fiats and hence I believe, I never need to pay any taxes for the bitcoins I am just earning and saving.
1875  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where to invest my Bitcoins? on: April 29, 2017, 07:41:15 PM
A few months ago, I was in a hard place financially. I spent hours everyday trolling the internet for ways to make money. I found a lot of rubbish online and in some cases lost time and money. But in all my search, I found something that worked….

<removed>

I invested a few bitcoins, and got returns promptly! I did that a few times and got enough cash to survive the hard times. Till date, I still invest in the site (who doesn’t need a little extra cash). I think you should try it out too.
People here are enough matured and we are not looking for quick rich programs. You are a newbie and I believe no one will mind your story. Instead of trying to deceive people here, think about working in legit way, definitely you will never have hard times.

I never tried to invest my bitcoins as I just want to save them securely. Before I used to invest with cloud mining, but after some bitter experience I completely stopped that too.
1876  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is more profitable: a gambling site or a dating site? on: April 29, 2017, 07:17:40 PM
For monetizing a dating site I have some ideas like I will show some banner ads on that site so I will earn some money from that banners and the other option is that I will keep some subscriptions for the members which they will buy and I will get the profit through that way.
Do you see any successful gambling sites are showing any advertisements ? When you are successful with your concept, you will never need to work on extra income. I'm not against your idea of showing banner advertisements but when you are doing enough promotions, you can get very big earning opportunity from your dating/gambling site itself.

I do see bitcointalk and blockchain.info are showing banners but I believe that is their only way of generating some revenue.
1877  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buy a wife with bitcoins on: April 29, 2017, 06:54:37 PM
I think this site is a scam or joke
But there are many dating sites are already into market with reliable services similar to this. I am not wondering about the introduction of such a services as I am already guessing about the reach of bitcoin ecosystem to every possible sectors. I guess in future, we are going to have everything for bitcoins and government may start thinking about stopping printing money too.

I know there are many dating sites but never seen selling wife. I don't think it's legal. Human is not a product.
Being product or not is not a concern as long as those ladies will not object. It would be legal if they agree and sign an agreement, right ?

Do not imagine like it is a kind of slavery. It will be done only through mutual agreement and it already happening as it will be beneficial to them. If there is a legal issue then we would not have any dating services nor porn starts too.
1878  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★☆★777Coin★☆★ - ✔ Full Range of Games! ✔ Instant Withdraw! ✔ Progressive Jackpot on: April 29, 2017, 06:28:22 PM
I think it should be more like a in-house promotion, not that it would be bad here or they need any more improvement, just in-house (meaning it should be on their website) is easier to manage for both you the gamblers and the website itself. Something to consider for them if more people end up agreeing with it.
1879  Economy / Gambling / Re: Seuntjies DiceBot -Multi-Site, multi-strategy betting bot for dice. With Charts! on: April 29, 2017, 05:28:01 PM
I do not understand the difference between seuntjie dice bot and dice website. Could you please give me a clear distinction between them ?
Plus if there is a script writers place would we be able to use them on both the website or the bot ? Is there a restriction in any of them other than playing on other websites ?
1880  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: April 29, 2017, 02:04:46 PM
There is not only one reason, there are many. It is decentralised, its volatility is best suited for investment, we can transfer money anywhere anytime. The best part is it is the currency of individual.
Great to know, bitcoin is a digital payment system. People use bitcoin for trading, online payments as well as people prefer to accept payments in bitcoin for their online jobs. Bitcoin is the future and in near future everyone will use bitcoin for their everyday shopping needs. You can transfer, receive bitcoin everywhere in the world very easily.

My family lives in USA, Canada and India. Bitcoin is kind a blessing for me.
Cross border payments are becoming so easy after bitcoin's introduction. I am in plan to migrate to Europe but I never need to worry about carrying my saving as all my savings are in bitcoins.
