1381  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC effect on altcoins on: October 12, 2017, 12:35:25 PM
I noticed that most times when btc is rallying almost all of the altcoins dip. and when there is a crash in btc all altcoins suffer as well. my interpretation is that for the first alts can't sustain the price against the $ if btc is high. and for the second, everyone is panic selling btc.
what do yo guys think ??

What I see is when the price of bitcoin increase almost all altcoin price dropped but when the bitcoin price going down, all altcoin is going up. So it means almost all altcoins is depend on the price of bitcoin. If you look at Ethereum price, after the bitcoin price reach $4,700, ethereum price dropped to 0.06 per ethereum.
It is usually not like that. The trend has always been for all altcoins to go down as bitcoin goes down, and increase as bitcoin increases. Still, with the recent dump of altcoin for bitcoin due to the upcoming forks, the reverse has been the case and now we are seeing altcoins dropping rapidly while bitcoin keeps increasing.

Moreover, with any huge impact on bitcoin, the altcoins are always terribly affected. It is just always a sign of respect for the king. Grin
1382  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: October 12, 2017, 11:24:35 AM
Community grows because of the attractive features that bitcoin have shown to everyone. Nothing could make the community grow if they don’t find anything exact solving their problem. And bitcoin did and so as other cryptocurrencies. So yeah community will increase and bitcoin will become more than obvious to every person.
There is so much value that comes with having bitcoin and this values cannot be overlooked which is the reasons new investors will keep coming in and the community will be growing pretty fast. We cannot compare how the community feared few years ago to how we are fairing now and things are obviously going to get even better as time goes on.
1383  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Good news to bitcoin traders. on: October 11, 2017, 08:48:10 PM
"Chinese government said it is impossible to ban bitcoin that they are just trying to regulate it and they actions should benefits blockchain" https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/6zzmyy/official_press_of_china_it_is_impossible_to_ban/ for fundamental analysis traders, the best time to buy bitcoin is now as this is the best significant news that come from China after the banned of ico and the fake news or rumor of banned of cryptocurrency exchangers in China.
Banning cryptocurrency anywhere in the world is almost impossible so is mining and bitcoin related trades so if they are working on plugging all the loop wholes in ICOs and their useles tokens that produces no value then am very happy it stays soo
I am sure even China eventually came to realise that after so many attempts of trying to manipulate the market. Some ICOs have been helpful to boost the crypto community while some have just used the avenue to scam people, so eventually, controlling some of them most especially from China wont have any effect on bitcoin and it is not like the news itself whether they ban bitcoin or not in china will have any effect as people now already understand whales are always the ones generating such FUDs for their benefit.
1384  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading altcoin and holding bitcoin which one is more profitable? on: October 08, 2017, 07:24:00 PM
Both are profitable.but I like  to do altcoin trade.its gives me much profit instead of holding bitcoin.last month i earned about $400 from Monaco trading.its only possible for altcoin trade.I am a crypto trader so i like to do altcoin trade mostly instead of bitcoin holding.
Nice trade! And I believe you aren't trading with small amount of funds. Altcoin trade can really be profitable honestly and it is always good if one can stick with just few that one is sure of their patterns and can really make some good profits from.

I am not a good fan of just holding something without having it work for me, and so far trading has always been a very fantastic way of building them up pretty fast without stopping other means.
1385  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: October 08, 2017, 07:03:57 PM
I think everyone needs to overcome the fear of losing money, because otherwise the person will never give up, so that person will get used to losing money. it's true that losing money is part of successful trading. If you treat the loss as part of trading then you are an experienced trader.
Losing money is part of trading and not part of successful trading. It depends on how you lose. Did you lose blindly just by trying your luck purely on the market or did you make research and you just were not lucky to get your predictions right due to some unforeseen outcomes. The truth is we can never always win, but we can always minimize risk and also learn from mistakes. Being successful trader is when you do it well and you get the benefits.
1386  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is that possible to earn bitcoin with Youtube Channel? on: October 08, 2017, 06:42:05 AM
we know, youtube gives us payment by Google.... if they want agreee with bitcoin so there is no problem to earn bitcoin with youtube channel.....
Moreover, it is not hard to convert your earnings from google-adsense into bitcoin if you wish, even if google ends up not considering paying in bitcoins. Lots of people have always been earning a very huge amount of cash on youtube via google-adsense and it is sure one of the coolest ways to earn online if you have a good niche to build on with a lot of subscribers.
1387  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: October 08, 2017, 06:17:12 AM
Obviously, users would tend to prefer cryptos more and the reasons would not be far from its exchanging value compared to paper money. Another reason is the decentralized nature which makes someone to use the coins from anywhere without being monitored or controlled. They are actually better.
Sure, crypto is better in every way and may end up being the preferred currency, easiest way to make payments etc but I still believe we cannot do without both the bitcoin and the fiat.
Things will change pretty fast in the next few years of course, but for a more balanced community, it is normal to just have both keep moving on and let the users themselves keep deciding over time which they prefer better.
1388  Economy / Economics / Re: When is the right time to buy bitcoin ? on: October 08, 2017, 05:12:02 AM
if I think of course with the decline in bitcoin prices, but the useless decrease in bitcoin prices if we do not have the money. of course we can not to buy it. so the right time to buy it is if we are having money, and coincidently the price of bitcoin is also down new we can to buy it.

yes I agree with you, of course the right time to buy bitcoin when we have money and circumstances support such as bitcoin prices are declining course we can buy bitcoin.namun it seems for now bitcoin prices are high and certainly require consideration to buy the current

But how can we have certain confidence that the price will rise after the investments that we had when we buy bitcoin. Well for me that's a very hard idea to analyze, then we should be at neutral ideas about it yet not negative but still focusing on the current fluctuations that might be potential in every drop there's a surge that might happen. So it's better to buy bitcoin while at cheaper value, because in the long period of time it may triple it's value.
The truth is that there is no certain time that is best for anyone to buy and there is no confidence or ways to prove if the value will come down or go higher whenever you buy, the most important thing is to buy when you have the cash and know that it has a value and that value is what you are buying at that particular point in time.

You may be waiting for the dip that will never come and you may be lucky to have some cash to buy at dips, but all the same, with a strong community and everyone believing it is a system that will work, it will keep growing.

It is better you even buy now before the bigger boys starts stepping in, cause by then, .... You know the rest!
1389  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin world currency on: October 08, 2017, 04:48:30 AM
I don't think that it would be that easy, although I am in favor of using bitcoin as the world currency. I just think that there will just be to much problem that will rise, not only in the world government but with the cryotoworld aswell. But I think it would be much better if the world could have only one currency.
There is hardly any reason to deny this fact that there will so many problems which will resist the Bitcoin to become the world currency. But even then I am very much hopeful that we will be able to listen this news someday that Bitcoin is the world currency and it is now recognized and legalized across the globe.
It will come with a huge fight like it is already, however, it cannot be controlled and it cannot be stopped. Eventually it will be recognized and the governments will only try to find a way to control its usage or probably find a way to tax it.

There will be so many developments and improvements as time goes on and eventually, it will become a preferred usage for daily needs globally. Before we get there though, a whole lot would have ensued. Even now, we cannot really use it for micro transactions, and these are some of the things that will eventually be dealt with over time.
1390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 1ST FIRST BLOOD COIN on: October 07, 2017, 06:53:26 PM
Interested in first blood coin (1st). But noticed the recent spike then decline, can we expect another rise soon. Good time to invest? Fairly new to the Bitcoin/altcoin world.
I saw this coin recently on bittrex and I didn’t even bother looking at it. However, it might really have some small chance of growth later since it is a gaming coin linked with dota 2. It might take some time though but who knows ?

Since it is going to be earned most times, it might end up always getting dumped except for some quick spikes that does not last long.
1391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CPU mining 2017? on: October 07, 2017, 06:19:37 PM
I used my CPU Intel core i3 to mining AEON and I mine in my office so I didn't pay the electricity so I can got some profit with long time mining.
Nice move! Just like having everything free for you to use. However, so far, what has it been like cause from the look of things, I am not sure CPUs can really give you something much unless you are just going to be sticking with the coin for just the value later on which seems nice too since you are apparently doing all the operation for free.
1392  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are best sources to learn trading on: October 07, 2017, 10:19:55 AM
There are professionals that actually sell their knowledge to people who don't know but want to know but some just give their knowledge or you can just read in many articles on the web or even YouTube.
Funny enough! Some do not even sell. Some go as far as creating videos on youtube for others to learn and start practicing as soon as possible. The thing is just to know where to find the right information.

Youtube has been a great platform for me and it has given me the great idea I need as a trader in planning strategies and understanding the market till date. Buying books is just overrated, learn from experience of pro traders and start by gathering your own experience bit by bit.
1393  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how improve trading on: October 07, 2017, 08:57:56 AM
Be updated in daily happenings. Keep on reading here and watching some videos about trading. Seeking more ideas about trading from others.
That update in daily happenings is always important most especially some people that may want to take the step of long term trading. It is a must to stay on the news, learn every time, keep yourself aware of what is going on every moment in the industry etc.

For example, recently I was holding BTS for long term on bittrex and if not that I was following the news and trying to stay updated, I won't have known about the delisting of the coin on bittrex. It was a bit late though and I made some losses since the coin was dumped pretty bad but it could have been worst. The thing is we cannot predict the future, but if things are done rightly, then you can do pretty well.
1394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it time to say bye bye to IOTA? on: October 06, 2017, 07:42:06 PM
Iota was the first altcoin I ever bought.  The technology seemed like a huge leap forward and I believed it would be the future beyond blockchain technology.  I was new and hyped at getting in on it and ended up buying a crapload when it was around 90 cents...needless to say, I feel pretty dumb now.

But more than the price, the IOTA project just seems plagued with problems and no development.  It's still only on just two exchanges, their seems to be perpetual problems with the wallet, and it's ultimate goal, becoming the currency for the internet of things is like a far flung dream at this point.

I might just need patience, but I'm starting to think that I should dump it all for a loss and move that money into something that has a workable product and platform, a team that is delivering on their promises.
Apparently, you have doubts about the project in the first place and you should not even have invested. If you totally believe in the project, it is the long term you need to look at and not the short term. It is extremely early to judge and you only need to take some chill pill mate. Even bitcoin did not just become huge within a day.

It is a very lovely project, with a good idea and a good team and I am in myself. Things might be slow but it doesn't mean the future does not look good.
1395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: October 06, 2017, 07:08:27 PM
How to control greed on gambling OP asks. By not gambling? Lost 3 BTC once in bustabit even with what I thought it was a "infallible" strategy and never gambled again. If you want to gamble then It is better to gamble your money on the altcoin market.
If you decide to leave gambling for good then that is fine, but we do not have to be like that, one way to leave your greed behind could be to play some friendly gambling games with your family in which the most important thing is not to earn money but to  relax and have a good time, with time you will get used to this and you will have the same attitude in a casino.
It may work for some but not for others. If a person is looking after money only, then it really does not matter who his opponent is, the intentions will remain the same. It could be that he might enjoy the game more but he would still want to win and earn some profits.
Actually it is the matter of greed. Human is greedy and it is natural, everyone is. So as you said, whatever you are against, whosoever giving you lessons for not being greedy still you are ending you looking for more profits and easy money.

Still many can control themselves and majority got victimized of this greed, it happens. Still hopeful for not being greedy.

Yeah, it goes all to hoping but temptations are so powerful too that it is so hard to get them right out of us. I think while you are not that deep from gambling, better keep yourself from betting your money and hoping it will be greater if you bet it. Better invest it so you can have good money in the future.
An empty wallet and a hungry stomach teach the best lessons of life. Gambling gives us both but it is better to not learn important lessons by easy means instead of practically experiencing it. Also, the experience can be a tempting one so it is better to stay away. If a person don't want to end up with empty pockets, he must keep on reminding himself that gambling can do this.
1396  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: October 06, 2017, 06:18:17 PM
It is not possible to have a steady income without working for it.  You just have to do something.

I think it's better to just buy some btc and hold it up till the prices are high enough to give you profit.
Another way for a steady income is for you to join a campaign and earn your btc. And I think that's what you want, small and steady income.
Everyone knows that for earning money, we need to work first. In case of having a steady income, simply buying some bitcoin which the person surely can't because he is asking for an income source, won't do any good as he needs to wait for few months to earn a good profit but during that he will have no money in his pockets. It is better to do some bitcoin job like joining the signature campaign or faucets.
1397  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: October 06, 2017, 05:19:35 PM
I just always wonder if those billionaires still invest in btc. Do they even know btc exist?

I think billionaires are still investing in bitcoin despite the fact that they are already rich. They still find a way to earn more because they want to have more money, so probably they are investing here knowing that bictoin is one of the best investment that we can have. We all know that a man will not and will never be contented nor satisfied in his life. Well, I can't blame them because that's our nature. Nature of humans, I should say.
We all know about whales and they are the people who have huge bank balance, probably the billionaires. Whales are involved in bitcoin and those people who are doing trading will know this much better that how their actions affect the market value.

Yes, it is true that the rich ones are trying to get more rich and what I think is they want to grab the most amount of bitcoin.
1398  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: October 06, 2017, 04:41:05 PM
it cant be controlled but at some point where everyone wants to hold it rather than selling or spending, it will reach a point where changes in value will be immaterial. One thing i can think of controlling it if whales will construed and control btc price.
Frist of all you said right it can’t be controlled and secondly if it will be controlled then the investors will fled away because people invest in it just because of its volatility and if it will be fixed it will be like banks nowadays it is the most profit giving investment if it will be controlled it will be no more and nobody will invest so let it move like this.
Bitcoin is decentralized and nobody can control anything about it. It has many factors that influence the performance and market value. Volatility is due to basically the support it has at any moment. If the users increase, the value increases and if there is a panic selling out, it gets devalued. We can't ask anyone to not sell out so in order to get stable, people must trust it.
1399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: October 06, 2017, 06:59:56 AM
Ripple conference is coming closer and xrp price started increasing accordingly. It broke up the falling trendline since May, I think it will go to the next resistance at 700 easily, and I think it will break up to 10k easily this month. Then we will watch out what will happen in the conference
I don't have expectations to be very honest. Moreover, I have a humble request Sir please use units with the amount also because it is so confusing to understand otherwise. At first, I thought you were saying that ripple would be worth 700 DOLLARS or 10k DOLLARS and I lost my senses for a second. I think, you are talking about cents or satoshis. Anyways, even after the conference, 10k (---) would be possible.
1400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LISK price speculation on: October 06, 2017, 04:55:08 AM
lisk chart is really interesting. It moved up and down inside the triangle in the last month. I count 11 waves Smiley
Now we are going to watch if it breaks up or down. I am expecing an up break out and increase up to 259k satosihs

https://www.tradingview.com/x/f8ZQeeMH/
Even if the charts had 11 hundred peaks, what would that do? It won't increase the price of LISK. It would be much better if Lisk focuses on its progress than making waves. I know it is very exciting to see ups and downs but to see a continuous up is more exciting. This coin needs to raise up its value. It is a good altcoin but in front of Monero, Waves, ETH ETC, BCH it is nothing.
