941  Economy / Economics / Re: Will bitcoin change the distribution of wealth in the world? on: February 16, 2018, 06:44:32 PM
I really don't know if bitcoin can change the distribution of wealth in the world. I have some friends here the become rich because of bitcoin.
That is it, only some. We are trying to generalize this whole thing when of course, it is not everyone that is going to be adopting the currency at the same time and we will always have some laggards in which most of the time, the poor ones who do not have a chance to even get to know about it at all, may end up just accepting their fate and end up remaining poor since they cannot even afford it anyway.

Something we are not looking at here is that the rich always have the money, check out the big guys entering the crypto world right now, and the amount they are putting in, can a poor man do that?
942  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin is slowly rising again on: February 16, 2018, 05:47:22 PM
Trend reversal is totally different from a bull run which I am sure that is the only thing a lot of people are waiting for, but on a normal day, if something does not warrant a huge rally, anything outside it will obviously not make any sense. It is always better to be patient, this is a volatile market, little things can cause a spark, but we have to just wait for it. Hopefully bitcoin jumped back into raising track again and we can expect this to sustain for longer periods so that we may enjoy breaking of new ATHs again and again in coming days.
943  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin recovering to $10,000 could bring a new buyers.. on: February 16, 2018, 05:04:08 PM
We just need a strong buying momentum and volume right now to be able to get the bulls back in shape. Looking at the charts, every smart buyer are still waiting and watching and not even ready to gamble the market yet. Better to wait and buy at a good spot than gambling your position. I am trying to be optimistic that this is the end of the downtrend and we may not go lower, but we all know that we have seen worse already, so anything is possible.

At some points between the 0.382 and 0.618 Fib level, we may end up consolidating, before having some huge run, but for now, let's just hope that the downtrend is over and we have been able to find a bottom. Market is still looking good and we can probably start testing resistances from here. Anything that would bring bitcoin down lower though, won't really be good.
944  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will rise soon.Don't be panic. on: February 16, 2018, 04:37:40 PM
Btc price is on the rise hopefully steadily this time. And for the people spreading false news please don't be so greedy and destroy the market just for the sake of buying btc at a low price. Lots of people are making a living out of btc.
Yeah, it really looks more glaring now that the market is really ready. We should be breaking some resistance soon and see where that heads us. Bitcoin has always shown a great comeback after a downtrend like this, so we just hope that this comeback is going to be extremely huge. For those who are panicking, I am very sure they are new to the system and after this, they should get used to moments like this.

dont panic and dont stress yourself if happen to get a lower price .Soon and how many it will increase again just keep on holding. We really need to think lots of time before clicking or buying .Dont be rush soon you will see howw bigger the result.we have.
In fact, panicking is a whole lot of work on its own and I wonder why anyone would do that when it is not like the end of the world, or bitcoin is totally finished when we are just starting. I believe we still have a lot of rooms to grow and a whole lot to achieve than to be panicking. Bitcoin breaks above the head and shoulder which to me is a good sign of a reversal.
945  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading ? on: February 16, 2018, 03:26:33 PM
Starting trading is not an easy task, we must learn for a longtime to have enough knowledge about crytpocurrencies before trading. At the beginning of trading, watching the market up and down to evaluate the price in the  future then trading small with our real money to get experience about how we win or loose, days by days, patient will be a good behavior in cryptocurrency and we can encrease in the future.
It isn't and even the crypto world even requires you to have a lot of knowledge as it is even the easiest for anyone to lose money rather than gaining if they are not careful.

Before I started trading while on my job, I learned and learned for a great deal of weeks and then I started practicing what I have learned bit by bit with small and then as I keep practicing those, I keep getting better, made some little mistakes along the line, learned from it and before I could know it, I started gaining confidence in my trade. That is the only way to get it right and no other way.
946  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best places to obtain large amounts of BTC on: February 16, 2018, 02:52:24 PM
Not a beginner, Capital isn't a problem, I run a crypto based business and am always looking for sources to buy large amounts of coin at good rates.

I'd say probably Localbitcoins[1], as you wouldn't have problems with banks and taxes and stuff because you can purchase peer to peer, even with physical cash. Though I'm not sure if you can call it "good rates" though. I suggest posting your own offer for optimal rates.

[1] https://localbitcoins.com/
Localbitcoins price usualy depends on the current mood of the traders in your location. In my city you can always buy crypto for +15-20% over the coinmarketcap price and sell for -10%. OP might try to pick some safe and popular payment methods get some trades on localbitcoins for better trust and then place his buying ad. As I remember he will need about 0.1-0.2 BTC to make this ad visable on the website but a chance to buy crypto below the market price might worth it.
Purchases with higher benefits are usually connected with higher risks (like buying / selling via Paypal etc.).
Why even go through the stress of a peer to peer transaction. I do not see $10000 to be a huge amount. All he needs is to get verified to the highest level on most of these exchanges and he will be able to buy directly from those exchanges. For example, I make use of Luno around here and I can make transactions of more than $10000 in a month without any issue. I even feel P2P methods using localbitcoins come with much risk and the rates sometimes can be pretty high.

For large amounts like that, just as someone already mentioned, localbitcoin is your best bet. More like a peer to peer transaction without the involvement of a third party. Most especially for such an amount. Also, if remitano is available to you, you can try them out, as their platform even includes escrowing of funds before releasing it once all transactions have been confirmed.
947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GREEN, GREEN, GREEN a great color on: February 15, 2018, 07:06:48 PM
I think today's fall is over. Bitcoin has pushed away from $ 6,000 and is rapidly going up now. I think in the future will only increase.
It is 2 days now that btc and eth price are bouncing bit still 9k$ is hard to achieved massive sell off still happen bit probably 8k is a strong support now.
Normally, you should expect people to panic at instances like this, when there is a slight drop in price. A lot of people are still not convinced yet that we are done with the downtrend and what we are having now is a bear trap. I am not convinced too either until I am fully convinced. However, I already hopped in at $6000 and if we go down further, I may just be buying more with extra cash saved up for such moment.
948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to buy LiteCoin - King of all Coins! on: February 15, 2018, 03:36:46 PM
King of shitcoins!
Lol. You must have a huge beef on Litecoin. It is still a good time to buy though for long term, and I would not really place it in the category of shit coin, even though it has normally been in the shadow of bitcoin anyway but they have something good going for it. I am not sure, but I guess the OP decided to bet hugely and long on this one, so it is his call, but I guess my holding is good enough for me and I prefer just having it mostly in BTC which is the real king. Litecoin is just a chief in the palace.
949  Economy / Marketplace / Re: China calling for a wider ban on Crypto currency trading ? on: February 15, 2018, 12:57:38 PM
Interesting title. After reading it, first I am not sure if the contents of the article is truth or not. Secondly ban on Crypto currency will not solve the real issue. I admit regulations are required if Crypto trading becomes mainstream one day. Ban only will encourage illegal  activities.

I am sure Chinese government is smart to make the right decision. For the consumer who wants financial freedom, DeepOnion would be the best options because it has build in TOR, OBFS4 and MEEK integration layer, which allows you to transfer money without being monitored or tracked by the government.

Plus if you join the DeepOnion now, you still have time to join the free airdrops, which is roughly speaking 4% of wallet balance. Why don't you wait any longer, just do it. Check DeepOnion out, you won't regret.
The problem is that China is always looking at things from the wrong angle and sometimes, I always feel like whales usually make use of all these things to change the context so that people can panic for their favor. Isn't the footprint glaring? Anyone who is wise should know by now that their nonsense means nothing and no matter how much they keep trying their best to frustrate the crypto idea, they lost a long time ago.

We cannot run away from regulations and so far, at least for some breathing space, there is really no choice right now. We cannot just win on that one. This would not stop the idea of decentralization when it comes to Peer to Peer anyway, but one way or the other, it would affect fiat to cryptos via exchanges. Government will not just shut a blind eye and watch the whole world of currency crumble on them, will they?
950  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying Coins on: February 15, 2018, 06:51:46 AM
Try to use the bigger exchanges as possible like poloniex, Bittrex, and binance. But, smaller coins are not in those exchanges.
It actually depends on his definition of smaller coins. There are smaller coins in those exchanges you have mentioned if he is referring to smaller in the literal meaning. What I will only say is he should be careful of the coins he ends up buying. If he is looking at stashing up coins based on quantity and not quality, then he will have himself to blame in the long run. Hopefully he understands what I am referring to before he ends up bag holding coins that ends up shitty.
951  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Checking crypto prices on: February 14, 2018, 06:09:48 PM
I often check the crypto currency total market capitalization everyday as i am into daily trades. Checking them is important in my trade style as it can give me an idea if the market is on down or uptrend. Let us just hope that market capitalization will come back to normal soon so the value will stabilize and if the market gets a higher capitalization it will give us some pretty decent amount of gains depends how big the additional funds will be added in our market.
It is usually a norm for traders anyway to always check the charts and see if there is something they need to know about their trades no matter the style of trading they are doing. Even for long positions, it is still very normal. There are a lot of things that makes a trade and pro traders do not like missing them as that can even give them a better position in the market. For me, I do not have any choice checking daily, it is my job, what I do for a living, so that is not even an option but a necessity.
952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now a good time to invest in ICO? on: February 11, 2018, 08:46:07 AM
Please always remember NOT to invest your bread and butter money, or take out loans in order to invest in ICOS. Although many times they might seem lucrative investments, ICOS are still highly unregulated and I consider them as high risk investments in my portfolio. I never invest a lot but when I do, I like to really try to read all the news about that token and what the token solves by way or problems, who is the team behind it and their credentials and go through the whitepaper with a fine tooth comb. Now that ethereum prices have fallen it might be a better time to inves tin ICOS but then again eth prices may flunk further in the red, so your guess is as good as mine. Take investing in ICOS as gambling with a margin of calculated risk.
I wonder a lot of people who would be going such a huge risk taking out loans for the sake of making huge money. For some, they get lucky while some just don’t.

ICOs are good, but the truth is that no one can really know what the outcome of an ICO would be and even those investing in ICO with their real money always take a huge precaution and it bothers me when I see a lot of people on this thread saying they took out loan, bought into a scam ICO and ended up losing everything. Can humans be really that stupid ? Anyway, nice advice you have given there to everyone who cares to listen.
953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Bounties are not worth the effort - Limit the numbers on: February 11, 2018, 08:16:59 AM
I have observed that many ICOs that have a signature bounty campaign end up not being worth due to the huge number of participants. I think that ICOs should limit the number of signature participants to avoid a disappointed community.

Well at least a half of modern ICOs are going that way. They put a limit on every rank, kinda "hero - 30; Sr. Member - 20; Member - 10" and sort of that.
Yeah, these days, most especially for signature campaigns, we tend to see this happen now a lot. Some still do not have limits though, but the managers try as much as possible to give the slot to quality posters. There is just so much ICO to go around, so each individual can decide to pick from the one he or she feels will be more profitable for them at the long run.

Some have limits, but some really do not bother. The more the merrier for them as long as you are all fighting for stakes. It is only left for you to join or not. However, I understand your plight, because, the more the participants, the less the bounty participants get from such ICO. The only thing that managers can just do is to make sure that they give the chance to those with real and quality accounts.
954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: REBELLIOUS Discussion Thread on: February 11, 2018, 07:40:47 AM
REBL token is really great but the day that I received REBL token from airdrop was terrible Smiley). I couldn't send my REBL token to the exchange although tried so many times so I missed the highest price when I could sell my 2000 REBL token for 1 ETH Smiley). For now, REBL token is dumping but I think in the future it still has it own potential although it's a token from airdrop and without ICO.

It sounds very sad. However, I did not see that this coin managed to fall dramatically. If you compare Rebellious charts with the charts of the other altcoins (I mean last week data), you will see it was not a loser. The coin shows stability even now.
Nothing sad about it bro! It is just the force of nature telling him to HODL. Grin … Obviously when a new coin hits the market, it is normal to see them dump as people like anhlandibo already have that mentality of quickly dumping.

However, the strong hands always hold, more strong hands collect from the weak ones, and then those who dump usually end up buying back at a higher value. However, you have given him the entire clue he needs to have, so no need reiterating.
955  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where are you trading? on: February 11, 2018, 03:47:46 AM
Hitbtc is a shit exchanger now because of their recent changes , in depositing a coins there is a fee that cost around 50 to 70 $ in value of the coins. Its better to use another exchange now like bittrex, poloniex and binance. Binance having more market trading volume now so its recommended
There are just some exchanges that one should run from and not bother even trying to trade on and that HitBTC that you have mentioned as well as Yobit are some of them, in fact, they are the top on my list of scam exchanges. I make use of binance and bittrex presently, with the help of tab trade on my mobile to trade, do analysis and monitor the two exchanges on one platform for free and I have been enjoying that for a while now.

currently I only tranding in bittrex I prefer bittrex than any other exchange especially on Nex the price movement is not too fast and the security is very tight
Well, Bittrex has been around for a while and they have never really disappointed me as well anyway even though a lot of people have had problem getting their accounts verified lately but I know me and my cliques that we trade together never had such issue which makes me worried if some people ended up doing things differently than what they were asked to do during the verification. I trade on binance too and so far, I am in love with this platform.
956  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TODAY IS THE BIGGEST HIGHEST BULLISH VOLUME IN THE HISTORY OF THE BTC on: February 10, 2018, 03:55:10 PM
It's time to buy Bitcoin¿? I say definitely yesss. And you?

Yess !!!.
However, I have bought it since three days ago, on that day bitcoin traded around $ 8000, with vigor and optimism i bought it some. Because, I feel the up trend will happen more exactly two days after the New Year celebration China.
Next time, you could have split your funds, just in case, so as to leave room for any possibilities. However, that was still a good time to buy anyway. The market is still fair for now, nothing so much to worry about and nothing to be so happy about, except for the huge volume and not only on bitfinex, but also on bitstamp and some other exchanges. So, for now, we just hope the down trend is over.

You could be right. But I am still afraid of bulltraps and that the price could make one more dive in the 6000K range to form a double bottom. Time will tell I guess, rather soon.
That is the main reason the market is pretty slow right now. A lot of traders and investors are afraid of this, and are hesitant to buy in. Most traders are fund of not taking a huge risk and would rather wait for a clear signal for a change of trend before getting in. Trust me, anything we are all doing now, is just gambling and we are not sure yet, where the market is heading up next.
957  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I've made 600k in Crypto - When to call it quits on: February 10, 2018, 03:00:10 PM
The last few weeks would have really done some damage to that portfolio  Shocked What I've learned is to take profits along the way to buffer yourself against these huge dips.
I am sure it would have but not so much huge damage to zero anyway. However, looking at some of my holding and the way they dipped seriously in value, I would say not taking some out when the market was hot and everyone was busy buying before the correction happened would have been a wrong decision.

However, it is not everyone that has the idea of how the market works, some are just holders and they prefer to keep holding for as long as they are pleased with what they have left. The only problem is even if it gets pretty huge, human greed may want you to keep holding further.
958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would we know which cryptocurrency would be Scam? on: February 10, 2018, 01:51:40 PM
As of now there are 1500+ cryptocurrency exists in the world.
Many dead many rising and many has to come.
So how can i know the currency  ,where i am putting my money is not a part of scam?
Or is there any other way so we can check about respected crypto might be it'll work?

It's really difficult to make sure which cryptocurrency could be a scam. You have to go through very attentively of every cryptocurrency's whitepaper. Also, their team combination would be a symptom regarding this issue. So that if you really want to invest your money then you have to select some of the top currency like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin cash, Bitcoin gold, Litecoin and so on.

I think over experiment would cause a matter of disaster in this platform. So that you have to stay with recognised and popular cryptocurrency regarding investment and saving. that's why Bitcoin and Litecoin would be the best choice for making an investment.
I wonder why people go through whitepaper a lot first. That should be like something that should be done after you have checked if the cryptocurrency have a viable project and a good team of developers that are working pretty hard and active. That alone should cover most of the things you need.

The whitepaper will just give you a broaden knowledge of the project as a whole and some of the roadmaps. Normal common sense will tell one a project to run away from and the one to stay glued to.
959  Economy / Economics / Re: You're not wealthy yet, so you're not allowed to be wealthy on: February 10, 2018, 11:32:45 AM
Equality cant really be seen as long there are people who are on the top they do really have the advantage on anything since we are talking about ICO investments then they do really have the edge since they are capable on any actions been made according to it.They would really earn even more money since they do risk big unlike on average joe which do only put up small amounts so its normal to think off on what would be the outcome. This is always been part of this sad reality.
But looking at the big picture, they have gained massive profit because they risked a lot of money and if the ICO they invested into fails, then they also have bigger loss. What I mean to say here is that it is only fair for it to be that way they didn't get their money out of thin air right? They worked hard for it and it is up to them how they will accumulate more using the money they already got. Do not put equality on the discussion since in the start all are made equal, it's just that those who descended from people who exerted more effort(I'm referring to their ancestors) and those who live now also works hardr to multiply their wealth.
I see it as the same picture. Someone who has $2000 savings and decided to at least invest $500 out of it is also taking a huge risk and in fact more than someone who have a billion dollar and decided to invest probably around $500k in such ICO. You think the billion dollars’ worth business man will feel it if something happens to such ICO negatively ?

Moreover, he would not even invest in something he does not believe in anyway. So at the end, when such ICO gets better, the rich guy will end up having more than the other.
960  Economy / Economics / Re: wait for bitcoin prices to go up on: February 10, 2018, 07:35:41 AM
Nobody really knows what thefuture holds for bitcoin but bitcoin value pumping soon is very much possible. Though we can never tell when but it would definitely rise and yes, it is possible to reach the same hogh value as last year and i am very much hoping it would.
It is just time we all need now to really know where we are headed next. This has been some crazy moment for almost everyone and there is really no way one can say for now what ends up happening with the market. However, I am still sure we are going to be having good times ahead as the recovery within the year after a crash can be awesome, so I guess only time will tell us how that is going to end up playing out.

the market will definitely bounce back to normalcy. The major world market interruptions has been curtailed and will only come in to help with some level of control of the market particularly checkmating scammers in this sector.
Everyone sure wants this moment to pass. You know this kind of time is usually the boring moment most especially for a trader as you just have to wait for action before you can get back into the market. However, every human need some rest, so I will classify this more as a vacation period for both the charts and the traders and the comeback I believe is going to be big.
