1041  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do people actually buy coins with real life money? on: January 17, 2018, 07:48:50 PM
To invest in the crypt is never too late.
The main thing to choose the right moment to perform the graphics and the glasses on the major exchanges and news background.
It is never too late, but at the same time the market changes very fast, icos are as a whole are not as profitable as before, now most icos fail and only a few ones skyrocket, it does not seem to be some kind of middle ground, it is all or nothing and putting your money in such a proposition is going to be extremely risky from my point of view.
Investing in bitcoins is always a risky investment but it also gives us good profits. Even if we know that most of the ICO now goes fail, we can start joining several bounty campaigns for earning some good stakes of the ICO. Bitcoins anyhow gives us a good passive income which really is a good side view about bitcoins.

Bitcoins soon will be declared as legal and then bitcoins can be trusted by everyone and each individual can have good profits in bitcoin world. Future of bitcoins is yet unpredictable but it can yet be trusted by each of the major investor. Hope bitcoins soon give us some good news.
1042  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to overcome the fear of holding? on: January 17, 2018, 01:35:15 PM
How do you traders do it, hold and hold and hold. Waiting around for more and more money?

Whenever I receive some altcoin or a token, I sell 50% of it (for either Bitcoin or fiat cash) and keep the remainder for long-term storage. So far, this strategy has worked for me. It has helped me to maintain a healthy balance in BTC, and at the same time, I have profited out whenever an altcoin or token was pumped.
This is a less risk strategy, since you already ensure the half half and the possibility of loses will only bary in some time, and will not allow to lose it since will hold it till it pumped.
That is one good way to manage risk on your holdings. You take half of the profit most especially in tokens and put into more reliable coin you can trust and then leave the rest and HODL without bothering much what happens with it at the end. BTC is a good option, knowing that it is unstoppable and at least you have a guarantee of a steady increase without waking up one day to realize that your holding has turned shitty.
1043  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it the end...? on: January 16, 2018, 03:05:37 PM
2018, IMO, will be the year of non-minables vs minables.

Currently the non-minables (and utility coins like ETH) are taking their lion's share of the market.

Do you agree with this assessment?

My major question is: Do you believe that the "new coins" (we all know exactly which these are) will take over the old coins?

(1) For instance, BCH (let's call it old since it is a BTC fork) 4th place is being beseiged by Cardano, XML, New Economy. They just killed LTC, which is dropping like a rock.

(2) DASH has been knocked down by those said coins^ and trampled over by TRX.

(3) Currently, XRP is going to assassinate the king, which is BTC. Will XRP succeed?

What will happen in your opinion? I personally have a pretty wide range of investments. No XRP though, that's for sure.
Nothing will happen and let me start with XRP. Apparently, this is the time we have been waiting for that XRP will end up assassinating itself and not bitcoin. Who even cares, if they want to keep pumping up the market cap of ripple just to make it look relevant, it is just few times before it is going to end up getting relieved from the position (and that is if it ever will, which I do not see it coming).
1044  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Site on: January 15, 2018, 11:12:01 AM
Yes Bittrex is slightly better than Poloniex and seems to have a better following.
I have heard some negative vibes relating to Poloniex in the past.
Be aware that some wallets on all exchanges from time to time will be in "Maintenance" mode temporarily so you wont be able to withdraw from that particular wallet.
just giving you warning for when it happens and you are wondering what the F is going on.
Bittrex is sure good but poloniex is good as well.
It just depends on how comfortable the trader gets with this site. I have never used Cryptopia that the OP decided to use first, but from most of the things I have seen, it may be a good one, but the volume cannot be compared to bittrex, poloniex or binance. However, the most important thing is to know you are trading right.
1045  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day Trading (Scalping) and Long term trading on: January 14, 2018, 02:13:20 PM
Which is better to make more profit between Day Trading and Long teem trading. I want to make more profits trading Cryptocurrency, I need to know which of the two makes huge return mostly

both are better when it comes profit wise, but while one is could easily fetch you quick cash the other wont as only by your level of patient.
Oh yeah, I have been combining these two for a while now and I have never regretted that move for once. Sometimes, you just have to make do with those quick long swings and get some good profit from them while day trading and for the long term, man, those can even come with even more profit than you can imagine. I prefer both and as long as I keep making profit from them, and there is time to day trade, no problem.

You should invest in knowledge and skills. Mix technical analysis and fundamental analysis is a great tools in this industry.
Yes. When we are good enough in technical part of trading then day trading will give us enormous profits  in short period of time itself which may be more than what long term trading gives after years.
1046  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: where do you get your predictions? on: January 14, 2018, 08:00:09 AM
In the beginning it is not bad to use some help. Which you can get from some auto bots. Gunbot is a good one to rely on. But as you get more experience, that is by reading about your invested coins and stay connected to its updates (can be found on https://coinmarketcap.com) then you might be able to predict that coins price , not accurately but you'll have an idea whether or not to invest and when to sell it. It needs patience, experience and belief in that crypto too.
So good luck trading!
In my experience, depending on others services for our trading may not produce desired results as we cannot be sure about the accuracy of predictions calls of others all the times. We must generate our own prediction calls to sustain in trading business. Sustaining in trading field is more important into the passage of find profits from trading.

Technical analysis is not a big thing hence it will be possible for any trader to generate their own calls. But, it needs lots of lots of effort and time to learn the technical analysis. In my opinion, strong will alone will be more than enough to become a pro in trading fields.

1047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many Bitcoins would it take for you to Quit Gambling Forever? on: January 14, 2018, 07:08:06 AM
I lost 500k satoshis in a hi-lo game and I never came back. The reason is not because my lost is enough is because I'm awaken to the fact that I just tried my luck and it will not end up in a good way if I still continue.
Almost 99.99% of gamblers do quit like you and I have not heard from any gambler who had quit with the reason of making enough money for his life. When gambling is not providing room for making money then how we can expect to make money for not gambling forever.

I guess OP's question is a complete mythical as it is not based on any relevant incidents. Also I am afraid these types of questions will lead innocent people to keep trying in gambling with their hard earned money forever with the goal of achieving some big amount of bitcoins but we all are well aware of the final outcome.

I mean to say we should not encourage to have such topic for discussing mythical facts about gambling. Our discussions should be about spreading awareness on positive and negative aspects of gambling.
1048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Gambler's way on: January 14, 2018, 06:28:32 AM
OP can only expect to have short-term profits and long-term losses. What amazes me the most is how often people keep opening these threads to ask if some strategies against the house work, after all the times that has been discussed here and with all the info available out there.

No, they don’t work.

What it happens is that people do not lose hoe that they somehow are going to be able to find a way to make easy money we know that is not possible but some people will try anyway to try to get money out of the casinos despite our warnings and then when they lose they accuse the casinos of cheating when they are the only ones to blame.
We cannot blame their behaviors as that is how human's basic emotions will work when they need some help desperately. A gambler's way always includes finding strategy for making money and for avoiding losses. If they get some profits from gambling then they will go for another powerful strategy for making more profits at the same time if they face losses then they will start accusing houses on probable house's tricks.

When a gambler's way is only focusing on how to enjoy with minimum spending then gamblers can find maximum benefits from gambling. These maximum benefits may include financial as well emotion benefits.
1049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Trading Gambling? on: January 14, 2018, 05:47:18 AM
I think bitcoin trading is not gambling. And investment  is not gambling. Each person wants to fulfil  the needs of their life, that is by trading or investing bitcoin.
There are lot of differences between investing bitcoin and trading bitcoin, even investing is subset of trading. Here, we need to consider only trading aspects and not investing things. Bitcoin trading may become similar to gambling when a trader takes blind decisions. Because technical analysis is the only part which differentiate trading and gambling.

For me it is not a bad thing and it won't be harmful  to each other
If you conduct gambling and trading at the same time then it will be harmful to each other. Trading must be a sensitive thing and we should not do that with any other activities.
1050  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can a country actually ban BITCOIN on: January 13, 2018, 07:14:11 PM
I think that this cant happen.
Because bitcoin is a decentralized system, it does not have an owner. All that the government can do is block websites linked to it. But there is always a cold purse. How can they block it? No, so do not worry about it.
Every "power" now wants to bite off a piece of pie. Earlier when the crypto currency was at the bottom, something they did not pay attention to it.
Yes, that is the real power of a decentralized system. A country may ban fiat related operations like exchanges and mining process but never can ban holding bitcoins. Also government cannot stop people to exchange bitcoins within themselves as people will be able to send and receive bitcoin anonymously all the times. Some governments are not taking any responsibility about bitcoin for this reason only. For the same reason, government cannot ban bitcoins.

Even governments ban bitcoins, that will not affect bitcoin users in any drastic manner. So, the progress of bitcoin growth will not get impacted.
1051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment advice on: January 13, 2018, 06:09:55 PM
In fact, there is no end to research, today is seeing somehow, tomorrow may change. Or now as you can see, it can be different after 1 hour. It is variable, so its value may be more or less. You have to understand and understand it. So it is good to walk in your own mind.
Yes, with lots of altcoins available for various purposes, we cannot be sure how long one coin will continue its ride as one particular application coin may get replaced at any time by another advance coin. This way, we may need to search of new coins all the times to make sure we are in safer side all the times.

Instead of struggling like this, like many other people here, I am also decided to stick only with bitcoins for longer period to make sure that I am not out of race at any point of time also I my investments to grow over time. I like to suggest OP to switch over to bitcoins to enjoy consistent progress.
1052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Future of Money on: January 13, 2018, 05:49:35 PM
Yes i do beilive that someday we will use the crypto currencies as a money in the near future and also innovation felt so good when they do it because it made our lives much more easier and not bring any big money physically
Yes, that day is not in too far as awareness on cryptocurrencies is enormously increasing everyday which will definitely lead to a situation where people will forget using fiats completely.

The future of money is at peril already as cashless transactions are being preferred my all levels of people in all the countries. If this trend keeps improving in coming days then along with rich advantages of cryptocurrency, people will definitely forget using fiats for their daily life. There will be less chances for fiats to coexist along with crypto currencies as this world will move to better system always.
1053  Economy / Economics / Re: do you think bitcoin is controversial ? on: January 13, 2018, 03:57:24 PM
When something gets into existence with uniqueness it becomes a controversial subject. Same is happening with bitcoin, and importantly being decentralized makes it much into controversy. This will slowly get saturation when people start to believe the technology and adopt bitcoin for a bigger and better development.
cryptocurrency is a challenge for both central banks and financial supervision.Although Bitcoin embodies the dream of a universal currency facilitating monetary transactions, there are big debates around him
In fact, while listening to the news some days back and what the media keep saying about bitcoin and also how some people just spread bullshit when they have no single knowledge about bitcoin, I just keep laughing at how crazy everything is and the level of controversy has caused and I am not really surprised anyway as it is normal for a new tech that would really not be accepted by some who feel they can keep putting citizens in bondage.
1054  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC 70k end of 2018. on: January 13, 2018, 03:12:49 PM
$100k ... yup, I said it. Especially if they can get the fees/scaling under control.

they will control fees by installing more machinery of bitcoin miners which will boost up the current network load , or they will split the currency dure fork. 100k$ not possible in a short time it will be in 2025 year not in short period.  25k$ normal till 60 days
Yeah people want to use bitcoin as currency and this use will give huge rise of price to the bitcoin but the main thing is the transaction fees are very high and in start people said that as the bitcoin will become more valuable prices will come down but this didn’t happen bitcoin organization must have to think about this thing that people need lower fees to circulate it and maybe if fees get low prices will be more higher at the end of 2k18.

Some people are still stuck with transaction and fee problem. They can't understand bitcoin is an investment asset, not a payment asset. I you miss this point, you complain too much about it.
A lot and that is not good for bitcoin. Bitcoin's price increasing to that extent right now does not seem possible for now and unless the whole issue of transaction getting stuck and the high level of transaction fee is solved, then that would bring up some limitations and I really hope attention does not even start shifting to an altcoin that would do it better as some whales are already using that opportunity to shift user's focus right now.

But there are multiple solutions like segwit addys and lighting network are in progress which are the things will push bitcoin prices forward. But, as of now, we are facing corrections and we can see bitcoin prices to jump to track very soon.
1055  Economy / Speculation / Re: End of 2018, bitcoin $ 40,000 or more? on: January 13, 2018, 02:15:24 PM
The height that bitcoin would reach in the near future can still not be ascertained, as there is no certainty regarding speculations made by groups and individuals. But one thing I believe is that bitcoin will still keep appreciating, regardless, the up and down movement.
I think that bitcoins will cross $30k in some months and not till the year end as bitcoins are on the fastest route to progress. Bitcoins will gradually increase the price in maybe march end and it will continue rising until the year end. I think bitcoins will cross $50k at the end of this year as there are nearly 11 and a half months to go. Anything can happen with bitcoins in these months so it is good to wait until the year end to see the results.

I am also having one million dollar target in next 2 to 3 years. I believe around next halving time, we can bitcoin prices to test one million dollars.
1056  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Price will go up or down? on: January 13, 2018, 01:44:59 PM
The final bitcoin price I think is stable and will continue the journey to 50000 $ and you can throw your coin at ETH, which I think is better.
Yes, investing in Ethereum can also be beneficial as already ETH too has crossed $1500 and even ETH will move forward now so throwing your coins at ETH too will not be a waste. Bitcoins will too go above $40k at the year end and also ETH may cross a good value at that time.

Bitcoins and ETH are now equal investments as peoples find both coins much profitable for investing. Bitcoin price will start rising once the network congestion is been cleared because high transaction fees keeps investors away from investing in bitcoins which affects the price for bitcoins.
1057  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin price is going up? on: January 13, 2018, 01:12:35 PM
Kindly share your thoughts guys.  Is this the right time to buy And hold or not?  Causes  i have doubts maybe this is another bull trap Again . I need Some suggestions about this rising moment Of bitcoin Guys.
No one can give you a definite answer, but if you do not want to miss a good chance, this might be the best chance to buy. Bitcoin right now is showing a very good chance of a good run very soon and if you miss the moment now, then you will have yourself to blame in the future like those who missed the past one and you may not be able to have the right moment to buy at this value again.
1058  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin Trading! on: January 13, 2018, 04:55:10 AM
Because of the volatility of cryptocurrency, you can make stupendous profits or losses in a split second.
However you need to adopt a trading strategy. DO not be greedy. Set a goal. As soon as you achieve it, cash out your capital, keep your profit, smile to the bank and reinvest.

oh, you have a great and very smart idea and strategy. I will surely follow that. If I will invest in bitcoin I should get back my capital and leave my interest as a new investment.
Usually greed makes us go hungry for money and it indeed gives you huge loses sometimes. Always wait for your goal to achieve. Trading is not that easy and if you understand if properly, you can surely have good profits.

I always prefer paper trading before putting my funds into actual trading. And yes, always prefer to first remove your capital and let your profit be invested for your future as the price will rise above. Using a proper strategy is most important as it gives you the profit and perfect skills to earn money.
1059  Economy / Economics / Re: Beside Cryptocurrenices where would you invest? on: January 13, 2018, 04:16:41 AM
Each and everyone of us has different perspective in life on what we want and need. On my opinion, beside on crypto currencies I want to invest a building establishments to continue to generate my financial income. Those building establishment will also depends on the location and for sure those possible store is demand in the society like our daily consumption. Hoping to have a great income while Im just fucosing here in the crypto world because I believed I can achieved my building establishments in the future.
That is one exact thing we cannot take away from life. We all have the way we see things and while some people may see one aspect as a good opportunity, some do not. What you are referring to anyway is more of a real estate and that is something that you would always get a lot from. Asides this, I am looking at building a very huge e-commerce conglomerate in my country as I believe this would generate a lot of profit for me in the long run.
1060  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have only 200€ to invest on: January 12, 2018, 08:19:53 PM
I started like you with only $ 200 and today I am at $ 2000 thanks to RedPulse, like anything is possible
Even if the amount of investment is a small one still there is the window to earn good profits. The only thing is the person needs to look for the right place where he can invest his money. My first recommendation has remained Bitcoin but It has become too expensive now .only €200 will not give very big amount of profits. Therefore I also think it is better to invest in other growing alternative coins and then buy some Bitcoin.
