Zapravo sam nekada davno preko jedne brokerske kuće kupovao dionice pa sam ostao na njihovoj mailing listi. Oni su već prije, vrlo uspješno, surađivali sa vlasnikom tog start upa, pa im je ponudio da postanu partneri u njegovom novom start up projektu. Nakon vrlo detaljne dubinske analize projekta, ovi brokeri su ga odlučili preporučiti svim svojim poslovnim kontaktima. Pozvani smo na zoom prezentaciju projekta, i kada sam vidio sve detalje projekta i dugoročne perspektive i analize tržišta, odlučio sam kupiti udjel i ući u projekt. Naravno, kod svakog projekta uvijek postoji određeni poslovni rizik ali zapravo radi se o vrlo poznatom hrvatskom manageru, koji stoji iza ovog start upa, a iza sebe ima jako puno uspješnih projekata, a radi se o projektu sa područja energetike, koji nudi konkretnu uslugu koju će mnogi trebati i koristiti, a za poslovni uspjeh dovoljno im je da pokriju oko 25 % hrvatskog tržišta, što je sasvim realno. Zapravo me je taj manager ''kupio'' kada je rekao da se ovakvi projekti obično nude samo institucionalnim ulagačima i investicijskim fondovima, domaćim i stranim ali on je odlučio prije te glavne faze ulaganja krenuti sa tzv. nultim krugom ulaganja sa relativno malim iznosima koje će ponuditi isključivo malim ulagačima, fizičkim osobama i tako im omogućiti da postanu dio ovog start up projekta i da zarade neki ozbiljni novac, uz očekivani povrat investicije 20x kada, plan je do 2027, dođe do strateškog preuzimanja ili IPO i izlaska na burzu. Također je svima daon svoj osobni broj mobitela i ponudio da sa svima osobno razgovara. Gledam to kao dugoročno ulaganje sa realnim i očekivanim velikim povratom na uloženo. Osobno mi nije bilo ništa komplicirano oko ovog ulaganja. Vidio sam email, pogledao zoom prezentaciju, iskoristio priliku da zakažem i obavim osobni razgovor sa vlasnikom start up preko mobitela, donio odluku, prodao dio btc, kupio udjel, ovjerio sve papire kod javnog bilježnika i to je bilo to, sve riješeno u tjedan dana. I personally like your idea and support it. If enough members support it, maybe it will become a reality, why not? Ako imaju aparate za otkrivanje ne znači da automatski moraju provjeriti svaku novčanicu nego samo ako im je sumnjivo. Sjećam se kad sam prije cca 15 godina bio na ljetovanju u Grčkoj pa sam se iznenadio kad su mi redovno u dućanima provjeravali novčanice sa tim aparatima, pogotovo one od 50 eura tek izašle iz bankomata. Valjda su im automatski bile sumnjive te koje su bile ganc nove. Stvarno sumnjam da je netko od radnika na naplatnim kućicama išao riskirati posao dajući pogrešne kovanice. Prije bi rekao da ih je njemu netko uvalio, a on nije ni primijetio nego ih je samo spremio u kasu pod eure.
Pa naravno da (najvjerojatnije) nije radnik išao riskirati zatvor i otkaz na poslu da bi zaradio neku siću sa varanjem na kovanicama nego mu ih je neki specijalac podvalio pa ih je onda on ne znajući proslijedio dalje. Uglavnom, peglas karticu i boli te briga, dok se situacija malo ne smiri Dok trgovci dobiju upozorenje da su određene novčanice ili kovanice sumnjive, već može biti kasno. Ma nisam baš u tolikom strahu da bi kupovao uređaj za provjeru Osim toga, baš me zanima kako bi me gledali u Konzumu kad bi svaku novčanicu išao provjeravati s uređajem i tako stvorio dodatnu gužvu i nervozu To bi trebali ovi u Konzumu imati uredjaj za provjeru novcanica na svakoj blagajni a ne da ti hodas okolo sa uredjajem. Inace, ne podvaljuju se samo novcanice nego prolaze i kovanice. Naime, jucer sam naisao na slucaj gdje je neki lik na naplatnoj kucici Lucko umjesto kovanice od 2 eura dobio nekakvu azerbejdjansku kovanicu koja vrijedi ~90% manje, a relativno je slicna euru. To je naravno skuzio tek kad je dosao kuci da tako treba malo pripaziti bez obzira od koga se prima kusur, ali zamisli kakav lik moras biti da ides uvaljivati lazne kovanice.   Navodno su i kovanice od 1 ili 2 centa vrlo slične kovanici od jedne turske lire ili tajlandskom bahtu pa opreza nikada dosta Pravi raj za lov u mutnom A ako si bio u dućanima ovih dana onda znaš da je opći kaos i da se mnogi, posebno stariji ljudi, jako teško snalaze u svemu tome. U Poštama navodno primaju za razmjenu samo do 30 kovanica a u Fini do 100. Uglavnom, ovo što gledam zadnjih dana je opći kaos i komedija, iako nas na TV uvjeravaju da sve štima i sve je super. A naravno mnogi trgovci i kumice na placu su krenuli kreativno zaokruživati cijene pa ono što je prije bilo 10 kn sada je 2 eura a što je bilo 5 kn sada je 1 euro i slično. Onda sam uzeo sezonsku kartu da ne moram stalno strepiti hoću li uspjeti kupiti kartu ili ne. Vjerojatno si u pravu što se tiče popusta na sezonske ulaznice. Time bi si zapravo smanjili zaradu, a ne bi baš profitirali od prodaje tokena kad ih se može kupiti na nekoj burzi. Osobno slikanje, večera ili nešto slično s igračima me nikad ne bi privuklo da kupim token. Zapravo i dalje mislim da navijački tokeni nemaju nikakvog smisla osim ako se od kluba napravi DAO. Možda ne da fanovi imaju apsolutnu kontrolu ali da imaju određeni postotak u glasovanju. recimo ako uprava kluba ima 4 člana, da peti član bude zajednica vlasnika tokena i kako oni odluče, tako će glasovati peti član. Na taj način ne bi izravno mogli provoditi svoje odluke, ali bi ipak imali nekakav utjecaj. Zanimljiva ideja oko glasovanja i upravljačkih prava ali mislim da to ne bi prošlo kod nas jer nije po Zakonu. Dinamo je čak registriran kao udruga građana, ok barem formalno, što znači da se mora poštovati Zakon o udrugama gdje se predstavnici uprave biraju na Skupštini kluba, prijavljuju Uredu za udruge i nakon verifikacije da je sve po Zakonu postaju članovi uprave i ovlaštene osobe kluba. Vlasnici tokena kao neko kolektivno tijelo ne mogu sudjelovati u upravljanju klubom na bilo koji način. Čini mi se da će se beneficije za vlasnike navijačkih tokena ostati simbolične, možda popusti na neke ulaznice, VIP sjedala, potpisani dresovi... Klubu ili reprezentaciji od toga će možda ostati neka manja zarada (ako uopće uspiju prodati sve tokene), i to je sve. Ako će nekome to biti zanimljivo (ti simbolični benefiti) kupit će tokene ali ne mislim da će to baš zaživjeti među običnim navijačima. |
