The opportunity to enjoy a sprightly chat with charming wits such as yourself?

Enough with the pleasantries ...... You want to tell me to FUCK OFF, so just do it....lol
162  Other / Off-topic / Re: ITS A DUCK! (and other pirate memes). 7 BTC grand prize, ending 9/10 on: September 09, 2012, 04:42:26 AM
Not a meme....but I have a feeling Pirate's future Christmas Cards will include something like this inside them...

163  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: imsaguy's Enormously Interesting Extended Investment Opportunity on: September 09, 2012, 04:35:12 AM
You're right.  They could have acted like you and raised a stink on this forum.  That clearly got you your money back.

...and what has defending Trendon Shavers done for you and the people that you represent, again ?
164  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: imsaguy's Enormously Interesting Extended Investment Opportunity on: September 09, 2012, 04:30:51 AM
Everyone that actually has a vested interest has been pretty supportive of this.

No. It's LACK OF CHOICE.
165  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Discussion about 10,000BTC Bet (Official) on: September 09, 2012, 04:24:46 AM

What kind of ratings did Patrick give those investments? AAA or AA-?

Hashking was taken off the ratings. That was one of the red flags for me aside from the increasing longer withdrawal times. Luckily i got most of my pennies out except for the 8week deposit.

Luckily Pirate has those 8 week deposits (even the ones that were supposed to be Insurance for other things) tucked away, nice and safe, where NO ONE can get to them. VERY Secure Wink

What would your schedule have been to have paid back those who would have lost money?

<crossing fingers...> (please say 3 years...please say 3 years...)
167  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: imsaguy's Enormously Interesting Extended Investment Opportunity on: September 09, 2012, 04:19:09 AM
So, is THIS a new form of ZERO INTEREST Loans that you are setting the precedent for ?

....I like it. What was I thinking, paying interest this whole time I borrowed money or BTC from people.

You gentlemen are all Pioneers in the Wild, Wild West that is...BITCOIN.
168  Economy / Services / Re: GPUMAX | The Bitcoin Mining Marketplace on: September 09, 2012, 03:52:33 AM
I figured that I should post this here, for anyone still considering being a 'GPUMAX Miner'.

I will be adding Zach Nakaska to my Legal Complaint/Process as a Co-Conspirator in the BTCST Fraud case.

As it can be proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that BTCST Funds were used to pay GPUMAX Miners and funds from both 'enterprises' were co-mingled without denial and even offered up under the guise of being a 'security measure' by one of the Operators, I don't see any other way to increase pressure and continue to move forward.

It is also no secret that Zach Nakaska was the infamous 'zux0r' the main GPUMAX administrator and technical person.

I feel that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but due to the scope of this, I feel it's best to offer up any known connections and participants that can also he held liable to an extent, regardless of what extent and allow the lead investigating party or District Attorney to sort everything out and chose what is pertinent and what is not. This is not something new and establishing participating parties is common.

Anyone who chooses to stay and be a part of GPUMAX from this point, I can only wish the best of luck to.

Thanks for your time.

What does everyone have planned for their winnings ?

As I secretly bet under a few alternate, or sockpuppet accounts and proxies, I am looking forward to getting paid well over 5,000 BTC.

Did you trick matthew? lol  Smiley

No, I am just messing around. I like Matthew alot and I admire him trying to shut everyone up. I just wish the cost wasn't so great, as people in this community have lost enough money over the situation as a whole. it sucks that he's putting the funds up that he has, after the fact.
170  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: List of Lying deposit takers, and the reasons why on: September 09, 2012, 03:31:26 AM
The package is just being opened.  Anyone claiming to know "the truth" is defending a position in which they have a vested interest.

I'm glad to see more people taking a rational approach and not fabricating nonsense.  It's not as if everything will remain secret forever and there aren't any points for guessing right at this time.

There are only 2 positions that an invested person, SUCH AS YOURSELF, can be part of:

1) Coward, in fear of losing it 'all'....showing your constant public support for Trendon, so that YOU are paid out in the end based on accumulated brownie points.

2) Insider, with knowledge of what is actually happening, hence no reason for you to panic like the rest of the investors....acting smug and laughing at all of us, this entire time.

There is NO OPTION 3.... The 'Level Headed, Faith-having, Trusting option that has no fear'.

Pick a side.
171  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Discussion about 10,000BTC Bet (Official) on: September 09, 2012, 03:24:10 AM

Fuck it, why not. Apparently hashking and imsaguy have defaulted and will take 3 years to repay.

WTF ? Did they state that on the forum ?

I seriously can't keep up with all the info tidbits on a daily basis around here.
This 'Pirate thing' is going to deal a serious blow to the community in the end....as I fear it's far from over, as more and more stones keep getting overturned daily, revealing new 'truths' to previous speculation.

This makes me sick.
172  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Don Shrents is pirateat40 ? on: September 09, 2012, 03:21:37 AM
Don Shrents may very well be the current registrant of btclending.com, but averagecitizen.com WHOIS shows the following info:

Domain name: averagecitizen.com

Registrant Contact:
   Todd Taunton
   Todd Taunton ()
   Fax:
   3305 Palmtree Drive
   Mckinney, TX 75070
   US

Creation date: 30 Oct 1999 03:13:40
Expiration date: 30 Oct 2012 03:13:00

Another pirate "dba"  ?

No. My best guess would be a former client of Trendon's who may have abandoned a project for 1 reason or another, leaving Trendon with control of the domain name.

Pure speculation on my part, but I can't see any other connection making any sense, although I have been wrong and still continue to learn new things daily.

So now your story changes.

Trolling I'm guessing...

Why can't I change my story ? I just want to get paid. I never even had the funds to cover the bet(s) in the first place....lol
