No he's not. He's not a real person....REMEMBER ?  Roll Eyes

Isn't that Don Shrents ?
662  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoinica.....market manipulators miss your service and retarded clients on: August 26, 2012, 06:49:25 AM
After keeping an eye on Gox 24 hr, it seems as though the market is a much different animal than it was a few months ago.
The price is solid, considering what we all believe to be TRYING to happen. I just don't see anything of great interest happening with the price in the near future under regular trading.

What I am mainly referring to, are certain features that Bitcoinica Users had in their 'Trading Arsenals' such as GUARANTEED LIQUIDITY TRIGGERS that at one point in Bitcoin's trading history, were so easily manipulated with a decent dump (to trigger said liquidity/dump trigger points) and large buy order(s) waiting below the trigger point and along teh way down......then raise the market back up. Rinse, Repeat and collect mad cash.

Zoutong knew this (and could see it clearly from INSIDE Bitcoinica) and used it to his advantage many timed, hence the term "to be Zoutong'd" was born.
I don't care if I spelled his name wrong, he was a thief....

With smarter traders, less 'hand holding' services and a more confident community, the market now seems to be near to having a stable price by the nuts.

Good Job to everyone. 24 hours with a 0.3 variance is as stable as I have seen it lately.

Congrats,
bitlane

The first person to win a criminal conviction in a massive Bitcoin case is gonna be famous...

FAME is simply a state of mind Wink ..... know it, live it, love it.

OR...in the timeless words of Hunter S. Thompson " Buy the Ticket, Take the Ride"
664  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How could Pirate fuck your brains so well that even now many believe in him? on: August 26, 2012, 12:59:49 AM

......... Bitlane ...... sockpuppet ? ........

Unfortunately this is my ONLY forum account. Back during the 'BitcoinXpress' battle, I asked theymos to confirm it and he did.

I don't use TOR, I don't attempt to hide my identity from anyone and I happily sleep with my front door unlocked, as I have very little to fear.

I therefore am NO ONE'S sockpuppet. I currently have a personal interest in things, the same as most others and am simply 'enjoying the ride'.....

Screenshots are worthless as proof

Thank God for the blockchain and banking records. I hear they can be useful at times.
666  Economy / Lending / Re: Starfish Personal Credit Ratings on: August 25, 2012, 08:30:25 AM
How's my credit rating ?

I am currently looking for a 2500 BTC loan. You know how it is....I have something coming in to cover it.
667  Other / Off-topic / Scuse me while I get a tissue..... on: August 25, 2012, 12:54:24 AM
Total Recall (2012) .......thought it would be a joke, but currently at the 30min mark and just whitnessing Kate Beckinsale's power-sliding crotch-takedown move, I have a feeling I am going to like this more than I thought.

For nostalgia if nothing else, I should add, long live Arnold....and even at 90 yrs old of whatever she is now, Sharon Stone still seems fuckable.

Enjoy.
668  Economy / Speculation / Re: [Daily Speculation Poll] :: why are we still so high on: August 24, 2012, 04:05:48 AM
The market seems to be holding, but I can't help but feel that looking at this:

...Reminds me a little too much of this....

However, I could be reading the chart wrong.
669  Other / Meta / Re: Proposed removal of Matthew N Wright from forum staff. on: August 23, 2012, 02:48:37 PM
He answered my question.....

One has to wonder, with the amount of time you spend here, who is responsible for caning and generally beating the child labor force in order to get Bitcoin Magazine put together quicker ?

I delegate that too, silly.
670  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: [Poll] Accounts in bitcoind on: August 23, 2012, 02:20:24 PM
I still don't understand why the official client is smart enough to allow me to use the address book feature and CUSTOM LABEL incoming and outgoing addresses, but the API is too useless to use a common call to retrieve that same information from sends/receives in a dynamic transaction array.

Oh well....I made THAT thread ages ago and people thought I was retarded for suggesting such a thing.

Unfortunately I am not a coder, but listtransactions()-->LABEL sure would be a nice (although semi-redundant for 'accounts' ) addition....
671  Economy / Service Announcements / [LIMITED TIME] bitlane's debt purchasing on: August 23, 2012, 01:56:31 PM
Unfortunately, this offer will only remain for a limited time.

I am looking to increase my overall Bitcoin risk exposure and am looking to purchase outstanding debt.
Although I am not at liberty to specify exactly which debts I am looking to purchase, certain exposure and volumes will obviously be more appealing to me than others.

Here is what I am looking for:
----------------------------
- Clear and Concise documented deposit or investment information, showing your funds and where they exist.
- A witnessed agreement done by a 3rd party, for the transfer of debt itself.

Here is what I am offering:
-------------------------
- Bank Wire Transfers, Paypal, Email Money Tranfers (Canada only).

Some might look at this and think it's a bit retarded, but as always, there is a method to the madness.
I am not looking to do Bitcoins for Bitcoins. FIAT CURRENCY during this venture is the only payment I am looking to provide.

We can discuss rates etc once I am contacted and I decide whether or not I am interested in the size and exposure of your debt.

I should also add that, I am NOT looking to scoop up debt 'on the cheap'. Near-full price or even greater doesn't affect, nor will it affect my decision to purchase.

Thanks for your time,
bitlane

If bitlane doesn't even respond to my gracious offer to cover his debt and reward him, he's obviously been trolling this entire time and never for a second thought that pirate wouldn't pay him.

Or he doesn't think you have the ability to pay out and therefor would be undertaking risk for no reason whatsoever.

You're not proving anything with this crap other than that you're a douche bag.

That's where you are wrong.

I believe that Matthew 200% can pay the debt.

See, Matthew is an opportunist who currently lives in a 3rd World Country, employing slave labor and pocketing the appropriate rewards for doing so.

I bet Matthew is the 'pale skin' king of his shanty town. Everyone knows him there. He's the guy with the locking front door and working car.

ARE YOU WATCHING ME OMG HOW

Google Earth is amazing. I also notice you have actual glass in your windows rather than garbage bags covering them. Very nice touch. As I said, you must be the envy of all hut dwellers.

NOW, back on topic.

Matthew, if you are STAFF, then I should be the fucking PRESIDENT.

ps. I am amazed though with 1 of 2 things that I am unable to put my finger on at the moment. You either have INCREDIBLE time management skills or are extremely effective at delegating menial tasks. One has to wonder, with the amount of time you spend here, who is responsible for caning and generally beating the child labor force in order to get Bitcoin Magazine put together quicker ?

NOW... being that this thread (keeping on topic) is here to propose to "Kick Matthew's Ass out of Staff Land" ..... I will add to it.

The ONLY other 'Staff Member' on this forum that comes even CLOSE to constantly serving his own interests is DIABLO. Fortunately, Diablo, with those interests, maintains mining software for the community and receives praise for his efforts. Yours is purely a conflict of interest and a blatant SPAMFEST in regards to your 'Pirate Bet'.

As I don't have a hope in hell of keeping up with the amount of posts you make, perhaps someone else can answer this best:

Have you been able to refrain from posting your Pirate Bet offer in a single thread that you currently post in, since you began ?
675  Other / Meta / Re: Proposed removal of Matthew N Wright from forum staff. on: August 23, 2012, 12:37:07 PM
I answer your questions about as accurately as you answer mine.

677  Other / Meta / Re: Proposed removal of Matthew N Wright from forum staff. on: August 23, 2012, 12:31:47 PM
Matthew, I must know.....

Are you the type of guy that carries a pair of reading glasses in your back pocket that you resort to putting on when there is risk of getting punched in the face ?

I don't know what it is about you, but for some strange reason, I peg you as the "you wouldn't hit a guy wearing glasses, would you?" ...kinda guy.
678  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: The gauntlet has officially been thrown down by Trendon Shavers aka. pirateat40 on: August 22, 2012, 06:26:35 AM
You really think you're  going to be alone in some crusade, don't you? You think people better connected than you would let him get away with doing something illegal?  Roll Eyes

No, but if my 'tantrums' end up getting the best of me and he splits..... the target pretty much gets transferred to my back immediately and NO JOKE this time.
679  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Selling: BitcoinMax Account Balance (partial sales possible) on: August 22, 2012, 06:24:46 AM

I'm selling my BitcoinMax account balance at 80% of the face value.  Since there are only a few people around that might be willing to buy the account outright, I am looking to sell portions of the balance.  If pirate (and BitcoinMax) pay the coins, I will forward the balances owed to buyers within 12 hours (within minutes if it happens while I'm awake and my alerts go off).  Send me a PM or respond to this thread with the amount you want to buy.  I will keep the thread updated with the currently promised amounts (censored username if requested), and remaining balance as portions are sold.

Any way you can hold as much as you can of it, until tomorrow ? (2pm CST-ish ?)

I am very interested in acquiring this. I simply need to check on a few things first.

Can we chat tomorrow ? (I understand if you don't want to deal with me, considering my current fight with Pirate, NO OFFENSE TAKEN if so)

Let me know,
Allan

The only thing I am afraid of at this point is chasing him away for good and being 'that guy' that caused everyone else to get fucked over, if I truly CAN secure a Criminal investigation once the complaint is filed and the paperwork is done.

Right now, he has 1 lunatic to worry about: ME.

If I hurt anyone else throughout this, do I really want the wrath of the investors on me ?

Yes, he feels safe with only me looking into things now, but do I want 500 people doing the same to me ?
