confirming anker 10 port hub handles 9 no problem, and airflow is a GOOD idea.

But, hey! What are you doing reading / replying on this forum?

Don't you have boxes to pack?
(Or, if not, a spreadsheet to update?)

<crack whip>

 Grin

...uhm... well, ya see ... and then theres... uh...

yea i got nothing.

(i'm actually going to sleep shortly so i can get up and have plenty of time to pack/ship.)
'night.

I'm sure your nimble little fingers can do with a night's rest by now.

don't worry - they ones i've bled on i'm keeping as my own. (stupid tape dispenser!)

yes, that actually DID happen once...

arklan,

If you haven't packed mine yet.
If possible.
If it isn't any trouble for you.
If you remember by the time you get to packing mine.   Smiley

I would like to have two different colors, please, rather than both the same.

-- edit

It doesn't really matter. Just a very mild preference if it comes out that way with trivial effort.

it's actually NOT trivial, unfortunately. i'd have to open them up from the ten-pack box and then open the individual boxes within, which is almost impossible to do without tearing the box. of course, none of that actually poses a risk to the miner or it's plastic case at all, but... well.
1509  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner Block Erupter USB group buy (US/Canada) on: May 29, 2013, 04:06:49 AM
Reading all these posts I'm getting antsy!  Here's hoping mine goes out tomorrow!  Although I understand if it doesn't...maybe.  Smiley

i sure as hell wouldn't.

they'll all go out tomorrow or i'll amputate my own foot.

packing them hasn't been a problem at all - it's the post office that's been getting in the way.

us.ozco.in is down until host can help :/ other mining nodes should be fine

negatory. Sad stratum.ozco.in down.

I might be interested SGTMoth if you have no  other takers... and mine haven't been shipped according to the spreadsheet

correct, though not for lack of trying! i literally had a box of packages labelled and everything, including yours, but they wouldn't let me pay for them so they could get shipped.
1512  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner Block Erupter USB group buy (US/Canada) on: May 29, 2013, 03:02:20 AM

What's the chances of someone finding a way to safely overclock these babies?!

Check my test payment please so I could send the balance of my order...
 Smiley

wait, what?
1513  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner Block Erupter USB group buy (US/Canada) on: May 29, 2013, 02:20:54 AM
id prefer to sell it to someone whos order hasnt gone out yet, arklan can just throw it in, sell it for what i paid for it.

I'd be interested, pretty sure mines not out.

correct. you guys are good to deal from my eyes.
1514  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner Block Erupter USB group buy (US/Canada) on: May 29, 2013, 01:36:20 AM
got a bunch more shipped. i'll be emailing out tracking info shortly. and THIS TIME those that shoulda been expressed, WERE. ...of course, i STILL couldn't print labels from home (unknown errors are SO helpful.) and despite all my effort to have printed labels and such ready when i went to the post office, i still had to wait in the line, get told that didn't work and handed a stack of labels, then go fill them out. i only got about half of the ones i packed actually shipped. tomorrow i'll get ALL of the rest out, even if i have to use UPS or something.

also: that anker hub runs 9 just fine! my tenth slot is taken up with another hub's data cable for the moment.

Did you ship the Canadian ones yet? Cause please do not use UPS to Canada.

good to know. i'll make sure not to do that.
1515  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner Block Erupter USB group buy (US/Canada) on: May 29, 2013, 01:07:11 AM
I dont mind that all my 10 are silver, But I do feel the need to catch 'em all.

So Arklan, is the next group buy open yet?  Cheesy Cheesy

with the ...fun... i've had shipping these, i don't think i'm gonna do another any time soon.

besides, i'm hoping to (FINALLY) get the living hell out of utah and back to texas and my GF sooner rather then later... moving and group buys aren't a good combo.

fyi - canary's package isn't construction paper folding in half... it's a bubblewrap padded envelope, cut down to size.

as for what you're doing wrong... no idea. i just took that bfgminer exe and gave it the options -G and -S all (note captialization.)

i never got cgminer working - i'd enter the comport numbers, and either get squat when entering 1, 2 3, etc, or it'd complain that it wasn't a number if i entered it as kano said to.

i blame windows.

The pool appears to be down for me on two machines since this morning (possibly earlier). Any word on this? cgminer kicked me to a backup pool in the meantime.

my single vidcard, via guiminer, is connected. but BFG miner (USB asics) is reporting the pool is down.
1519  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner Block Erupter USB group buy (US/Canada) on: May 28, 2013, 05:20:16 PM
Oh good,  it made it.  :-D

Also i'm at the DHL office now. Second box is in hand. Hour drive home then i'll pack em up.
