FYI you are now on my trust list. Quickseller is not and will never be but i keep Vod; although i dont share his opinion about ms keys (eg. EULAS are worth nothing in my country) my trust list in case someone is interested in it (suggestions welcome); i use trust depth 1: ... Luke-Jr ... ...I don't trust anyone that trusts Luke-Jr... I would suggest having any sort of Default Trust list something that should be Opt-In (read: They have to press a button or select a checkbox in their account preferences to enable Default Trust listings for their account) Ideally, each user should start with a blank trust list, and build it up themselves over time based on their own experiences here on the forums.

Reminds me of the "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" DENNIS system. Demonstrate Value - Dennis pretended to purchase medications for his ill grandmother from Caylee. He then proceeded to Engage Physically - by taking her on a cheap date to a closed restaurant with the backup plan of pizza and a movie. Mac played wingman and said he saw a spider, causing them to watch the movie on Dennis' bed which led to sex. Nurture Dependence - Dennis prank called her as an angry neighbor, threatening her life. She grew to need him, and then he proceeded to Neglect Emotionally - he continued to prank call her but didn't show up for her, causing her to fall into emotional distress. Inspire Hope - he showed up at her window, telling her that he was afraid to love and that she cured him. After have emotionally passionate sex, he sneaks away in the middle of the night to never be heard from again - Separate Entirely. Take note on that first reply, that guy didn't even consider to say, "Yes I am RICH" hahaha Introducing RICH: the intentional amplification and exaggeration of hopes and dreams through reassurance to manipulate the decision-maker. ◦Reassurance ◦Invincibility ◦Confidence ◦Hope
So, are you RICH? No, you are BAGHOLDER

Is there anything that has come out of Homero's face-hole in the last year that has not been a lie ?

theymos has clearly been threatened by BFL (Josh) and is now bending over to avoid legal costs.
When has cost ever been an issue for Theymos ? http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2mcdb4/thermos_is_spending_100000_worth_of_his_donated/cm367gr?context=3"If you think that $100,000 per month for 4 highly-skilled full-time developers is a completely ludicrous rate, then you don't know anything about this business. It would be fair to argue that it's a high rate, though I'm not even sure that this is true. You probably walk past a dozen cheaper developers every day, but their skills/experience would be very different, so it's difficult to compare."

Edit: Is it just me, or does it seem that Theymos/this forum is getting more attention from authorities recently?
Honestly can't say I'm surprised, given his anarcho-capitalist learnings. A lot of bad shit has gone down on these forums, and Theymos has arrogantly shirked his responsibility at being a good steward of this community, IMO. Lost all respect for him during the BFL 65nm shit-storm.

He was once in a position to make all sorts of new friends and business contacts due to his involvement with Bitcoin, that could facilitate such a request today (for free!), but instead, shit all over the faces of customers and critics that called him to account over his outrageous behavior and consumer hostile business practices while at BFL. Oh well.

This Court should deny the FTC’s Motion to Dismiss Defendants’ Counterclaims. Federal courts have made clear that receivership costs are recoverable against the United States and its agencies under the EAJA and elsewhere. The FTC overlooks the present state of the law on this issue, and attempts to impose the Tenth Circuit’s more restrictive analysis when other federal courts of appeal, including the Eighth Circuit, have disagreed. Because any viable theory of recovery is sufficient to bar dismissal, the FTC’s Motion fails."The FTC overlooks the present state of the law"

That was the day when I fully realized what a despicable and corrupt outfit Butterfly Labs was, and revealed Josh Zerlan to be the conniving and deceitful sociopath we have all grown to know and love. It's all I can do but look back at that in retrospect and laugh my ass off now.

Honest question: If they are married, why do they have different surnames? Are you certain you aren't confusing a woman as having something to do with that....man? (Thee most honest bloke on this side of Earth!)
Being married, and having the wife changing her last name is increasingly becoming an outdated tradition.

I don't understand why this exists as a "new product" given that the S5's are more efficient and economical.

http://coinfire.io/2015/04/19/special-editorial-statement-regarding-homero-joshua-garza/ For the past several months, Mr. Homero Joshua Garza has been the subject of several investigative pieces from the Coin Fire editorial team, contributors, and other staff members. With the reports from Coin Fire regarding Mr. Garza, PayCoin, PayBase, and SEC investigations, Coin Fire has often been the receiver of DDOS attacks, domain hijackings, email server flooding, personal threats, and attacks. These have been directed at Coin Fire staff, servers, contributors, editorial teams, and our social media accounts.
We have been actively pursuing various leads and information regarding these attacks. We have exhausted multiple avenues to determine the source and nature of these attacks while weighing our legal options with law enforcement and security specialists.
Friday, I personally began filing criminal charges and preparing civil suits against the individuals involved with these attacks (including Mr. Garza) and am actively working with law enforcement officials to pursue damages and criminal charges where applicable to bring these individuals to justice.
With the assistance of forensic computer specialists, Coin Fire has obtained two sources of these attacks against the Coin Fire team.
Due to the unique nature of one of these sources of attacks, Coin Fire is going to fully pursue all legal options.
It is my belief, and that of our Editorial board, that taking this action against those individuals is in direct conflict with the very editorial policies that our readers have come to expect from Coin Fire.
We understand that remaining objective, fair, honest, and transparent in our reporting is a primary reason that many of you have made us your home for cryptocurrency news and information. We also collectively understand that filing a lawsuit and pursuing criminal charges and other actions against an individual whom we have reported on previously could raise questions regarding my ability to remain objective in reporting.
For this reason, I am abstaining from personally reporting on Mr. Garza during this process. I am also relinquishing my editorial duties on pieces published about Mr. Garza or related parties to other members of our team who are not involved in this legal action.
We understand that our reporting has been valuable for many in staying up-to-date regarding the situation with Mr. Garza. As such, I will abstain from sharing further information from our investigation until public charges, an administrative action takes place, or my own legal actions against Mr. Garza result in a resolution to this situation. I also will leave all reporting and editorial oversight regarding these individuals to others on staff who are not involved or impacted by these actions.
Thanks,
Mike Johnson
Executive Editor, Coin Fire
