Not a trade in, but had problems with payment and needed a support ticket. That's probably why my order number is out of sequence. Maybe they are processing on time of payment ? I did pay the evening (CET) of the 2nd of feb IIRC.

That list is taking in account blockchain timezone I guess. They are all in sequence.
If only 20 units shipping, I hopethey are shipping one unit per costumer order for now,  like they did in the past.
they did?

My order number (placed on 2nd of feb.) is 10XX... How come?

Can't you sue the DHS? Some loaded early adopter should be able to afford an expensive lawyer, and that's what it's all about in USA, isn't it? [emphasis by Pzi4nk]

I wouldn't limit it to the USA.
Hopefully this will get a precedent for legal BTC usage.

Are the Americans up already? Panic or not?

When will we come to stable, sustainable, exponential growth?
1310  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AVALON ASIC - QCool element watercooling thread on: May 13, 2013, 01:41:18 PM
The surface on my drawing has a very nice specification (Ra 1.6), that's very smooth. Also you can see from this picture that they merely used half of the screws https://en.bitcoin.it/w/images/en/4/41/Avalon-modular-4.jpg - who knows why.
However I don't believe they used some magical mumbo jumbo when screwing the hashing modules onto the heat sink.

One word on the used packaging for the chips: from a heat distribution view I don't know if a worse -or cheaper- choice exists.

Did my design now based on the measurements in the Altium Designer files.
Don't have my Avalon until now - so no chance to check! Be careful!

1313  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [2] countdown! on: May 13, 2013, 09:34:59 AM
when will the point be reached that the delivery time of batch 2 will be longer than batch 1?
1314  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [RELEASE] Avalon Reference on: May 11, 2013, 03:02:50 PM
Maybe the uploaded data is not the latest revision? Also one screw-hole is missing on the hash unit.
Anyhow, nobody should use it without really understanding it - and this is not so difficult in this case. The know-how hardly lies in the PCB's in this case.
1315  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [2] countdown! on: May 11, 2013, 05:41:41 AM
who exactly is responsible for shipping delays?

It is not Avalon's primary goal to deliver batch 2 as fast as possible, so they didn't outsource pretty much anything I guess and decided to do that on their own production line. Of course ramping up production always means delay and trouble.
1316  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [RELEASE] Avalon Reference on: May 10, 2013, 04:21:45 AM
I want to make myself water cooling elements for my (not yet arrived) Avalon.
I will reward whoever posts first the required measurements in a pdf or other open format with 0.5BTC.

edit: Never mind, I will do it myself.

The amount you were getting for posting in the thread decreased, afaik.
Can anybody comment on how much you get now?

Has Gox limited or disabled the bots?  If so, it's a bad omen when that results in almost no volume... Another indication of how much control the bots really have.

Not to my knowledge. I guess there are simply no buy/sell signals for the bots.
What should a bot do if the market is moving sideways?
1319  Local / Biete / Re: USB ASIC miner - check OP >300 here we go on: May 09, 2013, 01:54:35 PM
fuer diesen Fall reicht wohl ein Aufkleber
edit: ROHS auch wichtig
1320  Local / Biete / Re: USB ASIC miner - check OP >300 here we go on: May 09, 2013, 01:51:46 PM
