Quick question: We have some decent support at 605 on Stamp. Will it hold or will we eat right through that?
How exactly do you expect anyone to know the answer to this? I know as do all other members of the BitMasons. Few people understand the degree to which secret societies like the BitMasons wield power and control behind the scenes in our world.

It was more to raise the issue (which I may be misguided or simply wrong about) as if you're going to dedicate time and effort to adding one particular exchange, cryptsys probably the obvious option for most to vote on as it has the biggest selection of currencies however for practical use of the software perhaps it's not the best site to add? Sorry I know I come across as argumentative a lot of the time it's not my intention just to add the above to the discussion really. That's exactly what I see as a problem, if I'm wrong please explain why but in the sometimes fast moving trading world of crypto an automatic system re-automating failed orders could be more harmful than beneficial IMO.
We could make it an option and thereby you could turn the feature off. But the exchange handles the orders itself. If they are down/lagging there is nothing we can do about it. We can improve the situation and leonArdo is a tool which was also developed to make it easier/quicker to place orders by automating things.

OK cheers, so if I understand correctly orders can get matched in real time because of the way it interacts with cryptsy even if users of the site can't?
I would put it this way: When you place the order via leonArdo in times when there is a lot of lag at the exchange, leonArdo automates the "check if the order did go through and if not resubmit the order" process.

OK cheers, so if I understand correctly orders can get matched in real time because of the way it interacts with cryptsy even if users of the site can't? Surely lag could cause major problems with an automatic trading engine though no?
Yes and No. The state is decoupled from cryptsy. When you or the algorithm places a trade through leonardo, leonardo makes sure that the order finds it's way into the order book. Even if cryptsy is unresponsive at that moment. Sure we can't fix cryptsy but leonArdo tries to take out as much of the pain as possible.

Surely lag could cause major problems with an automatic trading engine though no? Has the speed of Cryptsy improved? What are your thoughts on that issue Leonardo?
To be honest we don't use Cryptsy! We have heard that it can be slow, but leonArdo will not add to that. There are also mechanisms inbuilt in leonArdo by which if Cryptsy is having difficulty it will re-try to place an order automatically. This can improve user experience. Let's see how the vote turns out!

You're a couple of weeks behind, if you read more and talked less!! it's a virtual office needed to incorporate a company in Hong Kong. BTW it's not the same floor it's the exact same address!! Just thought i'd put this out there for all the wannabe private detectives, instead of hassling Australia about the hong kong office why not try to confirm the hongkong office exists. The full address is listed as Suites 01-03, 16th Floor, Kinwick Centre, 32 Hollywood Road, Central Hong Kong.
A quick Google search of Kinwick Centre, 32 Hollywood Road, Central Hong Kong returns 22100 results. Check for company's on the same floor and call them to confirm. It may take a few tries but if it helps you sleep at night and stop FUDDING its worth it. Im pretty sure you'll be humbled and the rest of us can continue smiling at our investment. I'd do it myself but im in Africa and international calls aren't easy here.

If you listened to the recording it's established during the conversation they don't have an active number at their Head office in Hong Kong because they'd get 1000's of sales inquires lol " It's a hongkong company, you called australia" Pure, gold.

Devs cancelled the first IPO in order to work on details and come up with a decent IPO plan. Instead they've just started IPO with no info whatsoever. Maidsafe investors got about 20000 coins for 1 BTC, devs set a cap but still investors are pretty much fucked. Ethereum devs only offer 2000 for 1 BTC, didn't set a cap, didn't post any info about total amount of coins, mining plan, devs stake ect. Looks like another big disappointment: eMunie, Maidsafe, Ethereum.
+1 Ethereum has a good idea. I hope they succeed because it benefits our community. But they are taking a HUGE risk by allowing this much BTC to be invested into something that hasn't been proven 100% They are still in proof of concept for crying out loud. Ethereum, stop being greedy. You're setting yourself up for failure and a bunch of bad PR. If you succeed, then congrats. But why take the risk? Plus, the higher number of BTC they get, the more disappointed all the investors will be after mining dilutes their shares by 60%+. Mark my words. This isn't gonna end well for the presale buyers. The miners are the ones who will benefit the most. The presale buyers are for impatient people who are prone to panic buys from hype. Agree I'm sitting this out too!

Chang, can you briefly tell me why URO wont work? And why are you persistently bashing it?
It won't work for a lot of reasons I haven't even bothered going into (I've just shown the people behind it aren't what they say they are). I'm persistently bashing it because it's like watching an entire forum of people fall for a Nigerian 419 scam simultaneously which has really grabbed my attention. If I knew when I set out to disprove this it would take so long I might not have bothered. Go through my post history if you like.

Just to counter the comment about my credibility regarding "harassing" Mr Irvine I'd like to point out not I only was I absolutely correct about that, but the mastercoin reflection document was built 100% on the points I'd made and two Journalists Bitcoin Pete, and Kashmir Hill of Forbes quoted me heavily in their articles to the effect that not everyone was duped by the bullshit. Kashmir Hill also approached me for an interview for that article but after she moved the dates of our skype chat 3 times I declined!

The same link says this ASIC may deregister the Company when two months have passed since publication of this notice."
N we r in July not January. So we can put it to rest for now with the evidence that it is still registered as shown on the report which was bought n posted here yesterday.
Best of luck with your endeavours and I trust you will notpost anything on this thread n will be deleted for reasons stated in my earlier posts going back a few days now. Thanks
No problem if you feel the need to delete everything I post it's more lulz for me. It's pretty impressive they've gone from insolvent to being in a position to give away 10's of millions of dollars in such a short time span, I can see your right now thanks for the business lesson.

But u are just repeating it. U have been posting the same thing for last few days and its been discussed at length. None of your posts count as you have resorted to swearing and abusing many forum members here. And I will say this again. You are not welcome here. If you have ny self respect you will not post in this thread. thanks
I don't think that's been posted yet. As everyone's saying the creditwatch notice isn't valid I thought it was worth posting the notice direct from the ASIC site as we're all in agreement I believe that the information from ASIC is true and valid. To determine if my posts count or not please check the validity of the linked information or ask for a source to my claims if not posted and I'll be happy to oblige.

It confirms what I just said to mikegeiser on IRC that if someone bought the doc it wouldn't be in his name because he's already bankrupt through impact security (hence his wifes? name). The document also shows the company's insolvent with a notice of proposed deregistration filed on 19/11/2013 (although this info was already freely available) and that strike off actions in progress Basically if you don't understand what this means it's a massive buying signal for you fuckups.

Well done mate about time someone bought it and put this to rest.

Guys, really?
I'm not FUDing in this thread, I ask questions and seek answers, I do not seek to spread more crap on top of other crap.
Seriously, if you think the concept of what was proposed doesn't make sense, it's because you don't understand it.
Honestly.
I'm still very much doubting that this project is genuinely what it claims to be, but that doesn't mean the concept isn't startlingly ingenious.
Commodity, not currency. Learn the different chaps.
No it's because you're a complete fuckhead you get it! what will make you wake up and realise you're a complete fuckhead I pity you.

Do you honestly believe someone sold 3.75 million dollars worth of urea for 12500 uro coins?? A one month old alt coin lolol
$7.5m They changed the order size to 25000 and applied the order to an order 6 months ago contridicting everything announced before, you can't help these people mike it's why it fascinates me. It doesn't matter how objective your reasoning what proof you post they're just fucking idiots, unbelievable fucking idiots.
|
|
|
I fud this coin because it's fucking stupid, no one actually believe this right?
Erm, that's just making you look ill-educated about commodities trading Mike. The concept is great, the question is whether this particular project is kosher. I thought you'd woken up but you're still showing that you're a complete fucking idiot!
