BLOCK-TASTIC!

Thank you sir, may I have another?

I was trying to be subtle, keep it quiet!  Wink

And my wife did make turkey sloppy Joe's for dinner.  Turkeys are just chickens on steroids, right?

A corrupting influence, indeed, and I fully approve! Too cute; let's get some of that toddler mojo going!
1684  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [9 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 07, 2016, 04:47:50 AM
Ouch, we're coming up on 250% on the block... If I recall, somewhere back in this thread we found out that kano-san has a secret bit of code that when implemented gives the pool extraordinarily good luck, and we start popping blocks like popcorn.  I humbly suggest it be enabled at this time to exorcize the block before it turns into another spawn of satan...   Wink

/jk btw

Ok, fine, more chicken...
1685  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [9 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 07, 2016, 02:04:59 AM
Wow, that's pretty amazing kano-san.  Frankly the best share I've seen out of my S5 is ~820M, off by a factor of ~125!
Almost there...  Grin
-edit bad math!
1686  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [9 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 07, 2016, 01:50:12 AM
If I may paraphrase, "it ain't the hours, it's the percentage!"

C'mon people, let's crack a block already: Let's all do, that voodoo, that we do, so well!!  Just finished another chicken sandwich -urp.  Tongue
1687  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [9 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 06, 2016, 09:38:21 PM
Look out, folks, wolfen's out of control!!

ROFLMAO!
1688  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [9 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 06, 2016, 08:41:01 PM
Alright, 24hrs and no block cracked yet, time to pull out the big guns...!  I didn't mention it yesterday, but right after I ate some cheese/chicken/crackers for lunch we hit the double whammy.

I'm eating some cheese/chicken/crackers again right now!  You are doomed, block.  Doomed I tell you...
1689  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [9 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 05, 2016, 08:45:33 PM
WOO HOO!  Double Block Party, last one at barely 1.3%

Aw, Hell Yeah!
1690  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [8 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 05, 2016, 02:04:10 AM
Indeed it is the android app I'm using, thanks to TheOneJester for that, btc already sent!
Now it's time for me to put on my lederhosen and do the chicken dance  Wink
1691  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [8 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 04, 2016, 11:36:08 PM
Pool just had a restart.  All your shares are there, but the db tracking gets reset when this happens...
No worries, keep calm and mine on!
1692  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [8 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 04, 2016, 09:59:01 PM
Here's his address:  1ZACH1xYA5dxtZcwEPgdE7SfARJiKsSA5
Sent to the address linked in his app, different but I'm sure it's going to him!
Now, back to the chicken for lunch question...
1693  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [8 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 04, 2016, 09:48:46 PM
Zach, is the one to be thanked for that.  When one gets to a point where they can send him a donation for his time invested, I know he would appreciate it.  Any amount helps.  No pressure, just when one gets to a point where they can donate a little.  I know he would appreciate our generosity just as we appreciate his pool monitor.

Thanks Zach!
Indeed, I have found Zach's pool monitor app quite useful, and a bit of a time-burglar, so I am sending a bit o' ye olde BTC to the Zach-man!

And it's time for me to get some lunch, chicken anyone?
1694  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [8 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 03, 2016, 08:56:01 PM
Just finished bottling my beer and - BLOCK!
1695  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [7 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 03, 2016, 05:53:17 PM
Kano will only let us grow so large before he stops allowing new miners (if I recall his goal is 10% of the network).
Really?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=789369.msg13431812#msg13431812
No worries, current network hash rate is around 720PHs, so we're running close to 1% of total.  Plenty of room to grow within kano-san's parameters.
Now, let's crack a block already!
1696  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [7 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: January 03, 2016, 03:45:41 PM

Frankly I feel lucky and honored to have stumbled across the kano ckpool(s) as I'm quite new to this game and spent a lot of time researching where/what/how to get onto btc mining.  ck and kano-san are doing great things for the health and longevity of btc - how do I know? Easy, just go back to page 1 of this thread, as I did, and read it for yourself.  The integrity and fortitude shown by our esteemed sysops is not just words. Their actions speak volumes as to the class these two gentlemen show to us, the pool members, and to the whole concept of btc and the ramifications their actions have.
I have a new s7 on the way, and as I mentioned  in a previous post, to consider pointing my hardware anywhere else but here is unthinkable to me.  I am an old-school computer guy, from the days of pdp's, teletypes, and trash-80's. Once I see the right way to do something, then that's the way to do it. Period.
All hail ck and kano! Showing the rest of the code bozos how it's done!

Time for a three-peat

Don't celebrate too early, we will find another one a few mins before entering the new year !
