141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How have you impact people with cryptocurrency knowledge on: March 07, 2021, 07:22:26 PM
I am the crypto guy in my circle. I mean the one who will be asked when my friends have any questions regarding cryptocurrency.
however, I am not that expert in this field, and my skill in explaining something is not good.
therefore, I created a blog and published content about crypto and blockchain.
I used FAQ format on that post, so every time people ask me about it, I only need to copy-paste my link Grin
some of my blog posts also on the first page of google (locale). it makes me feel that I have a meaning for them lol.

my plan now is to introduce NFT to local artists here. I live in an art city.
142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: March 07, 2021, 04:44:35 PM
2 minutes and United already scored from Bruno Fernandes penalty.
currently watching this match from google scoreboard  Angry
can someone here share a free streaming link of this match? seriously.
no Baily at the starting eleven. Also no De Gea.
I wish Dias will flop tonight.

wait, the odds still in a good shape for City (+2.28). good entry?
143  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Selecting a proper way to store my Bitcoins on: March 07, 2021, 04:30:26 PM
IMO, convenience and safety are 2 things that inversely proportional.
however, all wallets that give you the seeds are good. as long as the key is in your hands, it is 99% safe.
you are the man behind the gun at this point. you can find articles about software wallets or hardware wallets that become detrimental to their users.
no, it's not caused by the wallet itself, but the mistake usually came from the users, for example, lack of awareness regarding secure connection, malware, scam links, etc.

whatever wallet that you will choose, make sure to secure and backup your seed.
this thread might be helpful to find new insights on how to "safely" store your seeds.

144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has Bitcoin Failed as Money? on: March 07, 2021, 03:25:15 PM
the first time I knew about bitcoin, it was explained by comparing bitcoin with gold.
analogically, bitcoin is gold in digital form. so, at that point, I assume bitcoin is an asset.
the acceptance of bitcoin as a medium of exchange is just a plus point for me. It's not mandatory for bitcoin to be accepted as a medium of daily transactions. this is just my opinion.
I don't remember when the last time I paid something with bitcoin (except for gambling). however, I still got paid in bitcoin regularly from the signature campaign I joined or my other services. for microtransactions using cryptos, I prefer to use stable coins, Doge, or Tron. Bitcoin lightning network is good but I can't find where to spend it. A few days ago I tried a casino platform that accepts bitcoin lightning network. It was fast and fun to try. I hope I can see more platforms like that.
145  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you think crypto trading can help nation with no Job create jobs? on: March 06, 2021, 11:14:07 PM
I can't access https://www.huobimena.com/, my browser says, it's not secure.
the SSL feature should be enabled.

Do you think crypto trading can help nation with no Job create jobs?
unless you are a well-educated and trained trader, you are good to go.
the narrative of crypto trading is bad. we usually found misleading information regarding crypto trading.
people think it's easy to get money from crypto trading.
the volatility can make you rich and poor fast.
the crypto market is still dominated by speculation.
so I think crypto trading is not for those people who want to get a job.

however, this crypto industry, in general, might open opportunities for those people.
a lot of roles and jobs are available in this field.
all crypto start-up needs marketing, development, analyst, etc.
even microtask like we had on this forum for a couple of years, such as signature campaign, paid micro-task, paid review, etc can give you decent money.
146  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Caution: Don't get carried away by social media vibes while trading on: March 06, 2021, 10:02:45 PM
youtube and twitter are platforms where the most hyperbolic crypto price prediction presented.
stay away from influencers who only tell you crypto price predictions, next target price, and so on.
however, you may know that the social media vibes lead by some rumors and early information, which is good if you are a speculator who is willing to take the risk for a big win.
legend says that you have to buy the rumors, set your own target, and leave as soon as you reach your target.

-snip-

The outcome is that, hugh traders make a hansome profit, while the small time traders are left haplessly holding onto their stock, since they cannot sell at a hugh loss. They have to wait for a long duration hoping to dump their stocks when the market raises its bullish trend, which could take months.

-snip-

try to find a platform that offers you a copy trading feature then. so you can just sit and relax meanwhile the algorithm will copy that big trader for you.
147  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: most amazing picture I have ever seen on: March 06, 2021, 08:12:04 PM
do you know the combo regarding trading according to that infographic?
being too stubborn by trading very often following analysis by other traders on social media.
this condition is based on my experience. yeah, I did that. not just in my early days in crypto, but sometimes I still do it these days.
FOMO, mostly in extremely hype things. I know it's bad, but we should follow the market right?  Grin

-snip-

I do not have much ALTs but only very few of those I am okay to lose. So I do not care much about them. But I noticed when I feel like to sell I convince myself that this is the right time to sell. I do anything to divert my mind that yes THIS IS the right time. But when I sell in the next few hours or day the price of the coin goes even over 100%. :-D

it happened to me too. almost in 90% of my trading activity.
please let me know if you want to sell some coins in the future, so I can hold mine, like a reverse signal Cheesy

149  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Looking for methods to earn at least 1$ hourly on: March 06, 2021, 05:52:18 AM
I get it. As long as you've asked their permission and you got the signal that you can do that coming from them, it's your choice in which blogging site you're going to publish it and you're going to add credits to where it is due.

Do you sign any contract as proof that you're helping them for free and if ever you monetize from their article on steemit or publish0x, they will not chase you and dispute the profit that article has gained? Because that article is still their ownership.

yeah, exactly.
no, I captured the convo with them. I asked their permission too if I can make it as proof.
at this point, you are the unofficial and free marketing team of that project.
so far I had no problem with the profit that I gained from their article. make sure you tell them when you ask for their permission.
just be honest, that you will get small cakes from third parties by helping them publish their article for free.

little bit of update regarding the ads network that I used on my website:
cointraffic --> 7 months --> $15 only. Can't withdraw it because the payment threshold is $25 lol.
coinzilla ---> 23 days ---> $60. (it will be my first wd from coinzilla).

I understand your strategy and that's a good one if you're asking your clients to have it publish on any platform as you wish. You're the writer and you've paid doing the job and at the same time, you're just going to ask their permission to post it into a platform where you can monetize it.

And at the same time, that's another reach and viewership and exposure for your client. That's really a clever passive income stream.

yes, you got the point.

but for this one,
Quote
tips: you can contact the team of a project, and ask them if you are allowed to publish their article on publish0x. copy-paste-publish-earn.
you can contact a random project. for example, a new project that actively hosts an AMA event in several telegram groups.
tell them that you are willing to help them promote their blog post for FREE. ask their permission, and post it on publish0x or steemit.
once they accept your offer, you can repost their blog post regularly. repeat it for another project.

-snip-

Actually the most interesting method that could be practiced by everyone without restrictions are the sites listed by @TedMosby (micro jobs), although I'm not sure if there is enough demand to make it sustainable. I worked on sites like this before (crowdflower) and made some money, but then they put tricky tasks disponible, with dubious results, reducing my accuracy. I don't know if they do that on purpose, but it's very disappointing.

-snip-

it's not sustainable because some projects have limitations, for example they only offer 1 year of contract, after that you need to jump into another project. the qualification is not that hard but, it's still like a competition, early application will get the jobs.

-snip-

Thank you for sharing this information. I didnt know about this site. After reading this I registered in publish0x. Its a good site. Even the readers get benefit from it. When I tried to sign up as author , it was asking me the link of any previous article. What are the chances of getting approved as author in publish0x?

I got approved in 1-2 days.
you can use example of your article from the past (school/university task).

Until I saw "Leet" on my account. I thought my account was banned or hack or any other possible negative things.
I realized that "leet" refers to "1337" posts.
I am glad that I didn't start a thread to ask that  Grin

That was Datta Phuge, the Indian millionaire who was murdered in July 2016, I don't think that's pointbiz.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datta_Phuge

I photoshopped that image to represent pointbiz in a funny way.
if you realize it, the guy on that image wears Thanos gauntlet.
I want to represent pointbiz as a rich guy who can hodl bitcoin for a long time because he has strong hands.

I hate to explain my joke because it means it was failed Grin
but thank you for your information, now I know that guy who becomes a popular meme in this crypto universe.

maybe you should develop something that can be your portfolio first.
I recommend something related to crypto and blockchain.

Dapp University might be worth following.

you already have skills that already relatable.

157  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Most profitable Crypto Telegram Communities which provides FREE Signals, Bot on: February 24, 2021, 04:45:14 PM
a survey?

Not sure if the accuracy rate is really that accurate  Grin
I believe those 4 groups are affiliated with each other.

also, even if they are really that good, they should open a copy trading account and let people copy their trading activity.
those traders will get double profits from their trading profit and bonus percentage from follower's profit.
it will be more transparent, rather than a crypto signal group that can be manipulated.

If you actually do the opposite of these signal providers, they are quietly accurate. For example, if they are saying that you should buy then you should go for long because that is what those providers are doing, and if they say sell, go for short because that is what they are going to do. The basics of this signal providers is to create a controlled buzz in the market so they can profit from it, it is not insider information but you can get some money out of it if you know what you are doing.

this is entertaining to read Grin
+1 merit.

let's try that. haha
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance as the third largest coin on: February 24, 2021, 04:03:56 PM
Binance Coin back to the third position again today.
binance promoted by some stocks fundamentalist and influencers in my country.
binance becomes people's alternative due to the price of bitcoin is really high.

I am binance user, I don't really interested in using BNB for trading fees or the launchpad program.
but since they introduced Binance Smartchain, it got my attention.

I saw exchanges like Coinex also integrates USDT BSC on their exchange.
the fees for USDT BSC withdrawal from Coinex is only $0.1.
they increase the USDT TRC20 fees to $1 from $0.1.
when I posted this post, the fees for USDT TRC20 fees decreased to $0.3. Still higher than USDT BSC.
good move Binance.
159  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suggest me what to do now! on: February 23, 2021, 08:13:20 PM
You might consider following https://coinmarketcal.com/en/, which publishes official and unofficial information regarding upcoming news/updates regarding most of the crypto projects.
Also, the Binance launch pool projects might be worth following. I saw most of the launchpad projects on Binance ended well on the listing day.
a small portion of speculation on Binance launchpad could be a good choice. (this is not financial advice, it's subjective based on my perspective)
