921  Local / Mining (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [SHARE] Cara Memilih VGA/GPU Bekas mining yang Baik on: January 16, 2020, 08:58:51 AM

Itupun port dvi, yg susah nyarinya, kadang nemu converter, eh converter abal2. Ini pengalaman ane pribadi.
Contohnya rx570 power color ini. (Lagi2 gpu sejuta umat ini  Grin Grin Grin)

Susah lakunya kalau mau dijual ke non miner.
Kalau jual ke miner, pasti sadis2 tawarannya krn mereka ngerti penggunaannya gimana.
922  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [DISKUSI] KEBERLANSUNGAN FORUM DISKUSI BITCOINTALK.ORG & MEMBER-NYA on: January 16, 2020, 07:24:25 AM
Jika jumlah profil aktif mengalami kenaikan sedangkan disatu sisi jumlah total post (dalam periode diatas) mengalami penurunan, berarti kemungkinannya ada 3 :

1. Banyak yang hanya sekedar menjadi silent reader

nambahin no 4.

All existing Jr Members who didn't meet the requirement were demoted.

Junior member yg terlibat bounty signature campaign, jadi terpangkas di campaign yg bersangkutan, krn demoted by the rules. signature campaign masuk salah satu penyumbang spam kan?

well said gan.

925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 67,1% of micro businesses do not know what cryptocurrencies are. on: January 15, 2020, 04:51:19 PM
32.9%? Wow it’s great. 1 out of 3 micro-entrepreneurs knew it.

What you think?
-Why does the population know cryptocurrencies?
-What would happen if at least 67.1% of microenterprises accepted Bitcoin as payment methods?
-Could it be that there are more countries like Mexico in which the population does not know or fear this new technology?

1. I dont know.
2. 67.1% accept bitcoin, but will the customer pay with bitcoin? Will they spend their bitcoin, or just hodl it like nowadays. It won’t affect anything if the community just hodl their bitcoin and do nothing about it.
3. Of course, there will be my country, Indonesia. LOL. However, We are on transition from fiat to cashless payment with digital currency (centralized digital wallet). Thanks to Gojek, they provide many service (most of them are daily needs) that can be paid with digital currency. It will be a good step of introduction to educate people about internet money.
926  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [Guide] Macam-Macam Wallet Cryptocurrency Serta Pro & Kontranya Untuk Pengguna on: January 15, 2020, 08:00:48 AM

Mungkin btc nya dia banyak gan Grin
Ane yg receh, masih nyimpen di notepad doang.

Ini salah satu kutipan dr FAQ casascius.

Q. Do you keep a copy of the private key?  Who has had access to the private keys?
A. I did not keep the private keys, and I am the only person who has ever had control over the private keys.  I have either inserted the private keys into the coins myself, or have directly supervised others doing the same.  On the series 1 coins, the hologram manufacturer pre-printed the addresses onto the hologram labels, but they were only given the 8 characters you see, not the private keys themselves.

Q. It's impossible to prove you didn't keep the private keys, and with all the Bitcoin scams lately, why should I believe you?
A.  I have given out my real-world identity and have digitally signed a list of the Bitcoin addresses used in this project.  I have made it so that it if I were to perpetrate a scam, it would be possible to prove it and to hold me legally accountable - something no scammer wants to do.  You should demand the same from anyone handling your cryptocurrency.

https://www.casascius.com/faq.aspx

Yg ane tangkap, ini modalnya masih sebatas trust. CMIIW
Ya mungkin ini dibuat jg cuman buat enthusiast aja. Tapi penasaran aja ane, siapa tau ada yg sistemnya lain.
Maksudnya yg gak digenerate sama si produsennya.

Ini juga ada thread lama soal casacius:

If you want to buy alcohol with bitcoin just to avoid the legal age law in your country, I can’t recommend it.
But if you want it because the ease of transaction, I found this on reddit.

ane iseng td berkelana di youtube nyari2 info soal physical bitcoin.
nemu video soal paper wallet ini.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvKlr38DoBU

---

kembali ke intro ane di awal,
ane sedang cari2 info soal physical bitcoin yg emang menyimpan bitcoin jg. rata2 ane menemukan memang private key nya udah di generate oleh produsennya.
intinya we have to trust the maker.

---

929  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top 5 Ways to Earn Crypto While You Sleep on: January 14, 2020, 04:55:18 PM

1.Staking
The last entry on the list of the top 5 ways to earn crypto while you sleep is staking. Staking is a way for crypto traders and investors to earn passive income off of their digital assets, regardless of the fluctuations of the markets.

The word “staking” is based off of the term “Proof of Stake,” which is a type of consensus algorithm. Crypto staking can basically be described as similar to earning interest over a certain amount of money that sits in a bank account. The coins you have will be locked in a wallet for a period of time, and as a result you’ll earn more coins. The more coins you stake, the more you earn.

Staking is a way of helping to validate blocks for the network that you are staking coins from. It’s an excellent way of earning passive income, and also contributing to a platform.

Well, I hv a bad experience with staking.
I know about staking from a cryptocurrency called digicube. (A new shitcoin in that moment).
The dev of this coin tell me about how to stake this coin.
This is also the first coin that I staked.
I got my coin staked, but the price of this coin dumped.
I got lesson, PoS coin mostly only benefits the first whales on that network.
Hit and run, that’s it.
930  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless Economy: Is Society ready for transformation? on: January 14, 2020, 04:37:57 PM
Same thing happened in my country, Indonesia.
Centralized digital wallet is a thing here.
We have more than 10 digital wallet for cashless payment here right now.
The popular one is gopay, by gojek. It’s became popular because it used to pay service by gojek
Gojek has many service, like ride-hailing, food delivery, courier delivery service, and many more. Basicly they provide what your daily needs.
They also give us discount and cashback. It effectively boost the adoption of their service and digital wallet.

Back again with the question, is society ready for transformation?
I think it depends on the transition. If the society feel they are being forced to do it, they will not ready.
But if you can make the society change their habits to cashless because of the benefits and easiness, they will enjoy it.
931  Local / Mining (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: Masih untungkah Mining Sekarang ?? on: January 14, 2020, 04:02:08 PM
Klo menurut saya berbeda gan .....

Sama2 kontrak mining yg tdk berhubungan langsung dgn perangkat miningnya.
Bedanya yg satu dr nol, satunya lg nyewain yg udah ada. Tp kalo menurut ane, ini kyk inisiasi cloudmining jg sih.

-snip

-snip

Btw proyek semacam Tavest ini udah banyak seingat ane. Dulu sempat ada ICO juga (lupa namanya). Seingat ane bang @roycilik pernah megang tokennya buat nungguin dividennya ada apa enggak.

Bacaannya baru buka sepintas udh kayak jurnal ilmiah gitu gan. Ampunnn.. Thank you gan.
Tapi ICO yg seputar mining gitu kalo gak salah emang banyak sih.

...

Sisamya banyak yg minus.  Grin
Yg baru mau mining, dan berpatokan di whattomine pasti langsung gak jadi mining nih.
932  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Companies that allow adult ads? on: January 14, 2020, 06:18:31 AM
This is the list of ad network that allows you to publish or advertise adult content.
You can filter it by the payment method. Some of them accept bitcoin.
I dont know if you want to be a publisher or advertiser.
If you mean you want to be a publisher (add adult ads to your platform), I think you are free to contact their support about the payment method if you want them to pay you with bitcoin, even if bitcoin is not listed as their payment method.
If you have a big platform, anything can be discussed.

933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would you define Blockchain Technology in a single phrase? on: January 14, 2020, 05:13:09 AM
You know why? because bitcoin is the face of blockchain so technically using bitcoin is using blockchain which I really admire to see when the mass is using it. I've been in a crypto startup/meeting once and what they first introduced was the blockchain coz it is the heart of the project and is necessary. Teaching how to fish is indifferent to educating what to fish.

I can understand it, because it's easier to tell people about bitcoin rather than explain what blockchain is.
Good analogy, I respect your POV. But for me, blockchain more like fishing in that analogy.
Money is a sensitive thing for people. The formula for most conservative people is money+internet=scam.
We should use different way to introduce cryptocurrency or blockchain I think.

With the wide cover of internet and technology, it seems like research is the most powerful weapon now towards ignorance and scams. It's 2020 already, a decade with bitcoin, cryptocurrencies became common with our generation and almost every one who have access to the internet knows what crypto is and what it does.

In my country (Indonesia), Internet = Social Media. They make sh*t gone viral almost everyday.  Grin
You can check how Instagram, facebook, and youtube full of Indonesian.
They dont have time to research or even read.
934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would you define Blockchain Technology in a single phrase? on: January 13, 2020, 03:59:40 PM
People more interested on bitcoin or cryptocurrency rather than the root, which is blockchain. I can see it by the fact that most of people interested on event like meetup from crypto startup rather than a blockchain event that mainly focusing on education.

IMO, without focusing on blockchain when you tell people about cryptocurrency, people will think that we tell them about another online business, or ponzi that can make them lost.
Blockchain need to be the focus when we educate people about cryptocurrency.
935  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Perkembangan Perdagangan Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency sebagai aset komoditas on: January 13, 2020, 10:03:59 AM

Ini udah lama ya sebelum ada aturan blablabla.. cuma nanya what if aja.

Kalo pandangan agan gmn?

Saya lihat rata-rata kerjasamanya cuma sebatas menyediakan voucher saja.
Jadi umpamanya ada warnet yg jualan voucher game, ga mungkin warnet tersebut ikut dianggap bermasalah kalau perusahaan game nya yg bermasalah.

Menurut ane tergantung voucher gamenya itu sndiri gan. Kalo vouchernya tetap diedarin padahal udh dilarang, ya warnetnya jg ikut salah.
936  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [Q&A] Tanya Jawab Seputar Forum Disini/Ask about this forum here! on: January 13, 2020, 05:56:23 AM

Ane pake yg safari ipadOS 13.3 gan. Belum coba browser lain.
Sekarang udah normal (sepertinya). Mungkin masalah di koneksinya atau settingan javascript.
Yg ane lakuin:
1. Gonta ganti koneksi.
2. Clear cache and cookies.
3. Off and on settingan javascript di safari. Sepertinya ini yg ngaruh. Walaupun sebelumnya memang udah keadaan on jg. Soalnya pas ane off javascript, emang gak muncul sama sekali. Pas on lagi, baru wus2 insert quotenya.
937  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [TRIVIA] - Bisakah Member Mengganti Username Bitcointalk? on: January 13, 2020, 04:07:36 AM
Btw om Sapta, Kalo gak salah sebelum jadi BitRentX, usernamenya BitRent. CMIIW. Terlepas dr jabatan moderator/staff nya, alasan om sapta ganti username juga kuat. Mungkin seperti itu contohnya.
938  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Dilema undang undang pelarangan bitcoin sebagai alat pembayaran on: January 13, 2020, 03:54:27 AM

Thx u pencerahannya, analoginya masooook pak enrico Grin
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5131712.0
Fee2 yg dimaksud luput di ane, soalnya transaksinya receh 😂
Lumayan jg.

939  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Dilema undang undang pelarangan bitcoin sebagai alat pembayaran on: January 12, 2020, 02:21:14 PM
Oh. Cuma kalau terlalu lebar bakal agak OOT.

Minimal usdt kalo bitcoin dianggap kurang stabil.
Paypal bagus jg tp cairinnya makan waktu. Itu aja sih.

...

Kalau agan sendiri gak bermasalah kan dgn international transfer?
Entah kenapa ane merasa pihak yg mendorong bitcoin sbg alat pembayaran, bukan krn ngeliat manfaatnya, tp dr mengharapkan efek yg timbul terhadap harga bitcoin setelahnya. (Ane berkaca pada diri ane, soalnya gak pake bitcoin pun ya lanjut aja).  Grin Grin Grin

...

Btw ane nanyanya kayak bakal ngelakuin money laundry atau transaksi ilegal nih sebelumnya. Grin
Ini murni karena penasaran aja ya.

Gmbar hanya pemanis.
940  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [Q&A] Tanya Jawab Seputar Forum Disini/Ask about this forum here! on: January 12, 2020, 01:50:35 PM

Insert quote jg cuma 20 reply terakhir aja kan gan bisanya?
Insert quote ini kadang pas diklik gak muncul. Sepertinya ini emng masalah di browser ane. Ane pake safari di ipad.
Ane bermasalahnya pas reply post yg ngequote post jg. Mau snip, hrs teliti jg jd nya sama tag bbcodenya  Grin
