441  Other / Archival / Re: 6 Most Popular Criticisms Of Bitcoin on: November 17, 2020, 11:55:23 PM
you forgot to mention that some people still think bitcoin is a ponzi scheme.
bonus: my friend is a "well-educated" banker, and he thinks the creator of bitcoin already left bitcoin and sold bitcoin. oh.. "the creator of bitcoin" refers to the owner of bitcoin.com lol Grin

2. Bitcoin has failed as a means of payment.
IMO, it's not failed, it just not efficient for certain transactions, for example, microtransactions.
as a payment method, bitcoin should be effective and efficient for all kinds of transactions.

4. Bitcoin is used for illicit activity.
yeah, I agree with you. a knife can be used to kill people or just to cut an onion for your food.
in my country, USD usually became a medium for gratification and corruption by the government.

Plus if people wants to engage it's their personal preference not the fault of the on-line crypto casinos.
-snip-

IMO, the online crypto casino can be sued too, because they permit it to happen.
If the Chinese are forbidden to gamble by their government, the online crypto casino should strictly state it upon registration.
even they bypassed it with VPN, the site can be sued for the KYC reason, providing money laundry attempts with a bad KYC system.
443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 17, 2020, 11:02:56 PM
-snip-

This season is really a mess , but since i always wish about to have underdogs teams beating the giants and stay on top even to win the premier league then i think this mess could be the best opportunity ever , just look at how Manchester and arsenal now stay at 10th and 11th on the table and Manchester United at the bottom of the table along with other united teams like west ham UNITED 12th , newcastle UNITED 13th, Manchester UNITED 14th and Leeds UNITED 15th .
United teams are really united at the bottom of the league lol.

There is “extra content” in almost every movie, that shows us bloopers.
The EPL “Pandemic Series” is the extra content that made us laugh and cry at the same time.

United... assemble!
*insert avengers backsound”

I believe there will be another postponement on this season due the covid.
The second wave is coming after the international break.

Do you know that in my country, football was postponed since last season? Even worse  Grin
444  Economy / Gambling / Re: Be Aware Phishing Roobet.com on: November 17, 2020, 07:11:13 AM
I can still see in using Brave Browser so it's not fully taken down. FF and Chrome though will give you that warning message. But this is a good catch, Roobet is one of the biggest and hottest online casino's right now so it makes it a target for this cyber criminals.

I used brave browser too to check this site before,
and yeah I still can open it a few hours ago, until I tried to re-open it again a few minutes ago,
it's already giving me a warning message.

I've also opened it on safari, chrome, and firefox too, it seems that the site already reported.
well done.

448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not needed but only for investment purposes on: November 14, 2020, 07:40:10 PM
We do really need bitcoin if we use it as a currency instead of an asset.
IMO, bitcoin is a medium to transact your money.
You shouldn’t expect bitcoin will works for you, to give you more money, when the price is up.
It should be a peer to peer electronic cash system like you read it on the title of bitcoin whitepaper.
For me, bitcoin doesn’t have underlaying values, except the trust aspect and the community itself.
449  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: November 14, 2020, 06:26:15 PM
Sign up button doesn't work, I tried with 3 different browsers. Sign in button also freeze when loading.

The sign up button is working in my end.

Please double check your internet connection, that might be the cause of the problem.

Press submit and you will see yourself. It freezes.

My internet connection is fine.

Yeah sometimes it happened to me too when I used my tablet or when I had bad internet connection, you just need to wait until it loaded 100%.

Regarding the deposit/withdrawal method, I will be glad if you consider to use USDT TRC20 for cheaper, faster, and stable transactions.
450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you received a call/text recently from a friend/fam asking about Bitcoin? on: November 14, 2020, 05:30:10 PM
Was just kind of curious if many of you also tend to get random calls or texts every time bitcoin goes on one of it's runs from family/friends/acquaintances asking you about bitcoin/how it works etc.  I'm also curious if you're getting more calls/texts this time around, or about the same as other rallies?  I found bitcoin back in 2013/14 so many of my friends and family members know this and I always get calls/texts during times like these, often conversations from people I've not spoken to in some time. This conversation I think can provide a unique insight on where things might be heading..

They could be curious about bitcoin and want to learn more about it from you.
OR
they just want to get closer with you, because they knew you are a bitcoin person, and the bitcoin price is really expensive now. So they hope you could be the savior for them lol.

I’ve never received any text/call from my friends regarding bitcoin. But my friends just started to trade his first bitcoin after he created an account on a local exchange 3 years ago. Since then, we have talked much about it in a group.

Also, I saw many friends of mine sometimes shares about crypto in their ig stories. I am happy that more crypto users in my circle.
451  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Want to sell Exchanges Domains for .Pk TLD on: November 14, 2020, 04:28:27 PM
Most of your domains are a trademark.
I am not sure if you can sell this domain with high prices because your domain can be disputed at anytime.
If I am not mistaken, it’s regulated under UDRP.
You can read more about it on this blog,

452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitter accounts of crypto gambling sites on: November 13, 2020, 11:47:38 PM
I was joined in casineos signature campaign before, so this is casineos twitter account that might be good to be added on the list.
Casineos.com - https://twitter.com/casineos
I agree with the other comments above, it would be good if you could sort it alphabetically.
Also add details about which account usually shares promo codes.

Tips for other users: turn on your notification for casino websites that regularly offers their users free bets via promo code.
I actually did it, and I always got free bets from it. Almost everyday  Grin

Edit - Salah has Covid - https://twitter.com/livecholfc/status/1327268134147899395?s=21

This season is a joke.
I was just reading the news when I saw Salah having covid and said hell yeah, poor Klopp, after losing his defenders for injury, it is the time now for the attack line to collapse... then I come here to find your post with that epic sentence and I confirm it!
So Salah will miss Egypt match tomorrow and Leicester? Atalanta? Brighton?  Lips sealed

Yeah, I am about to post this update on this thread after watching the news on tv like 5 minutes ago. And it’s confirmed, that he will miss his match for Egypt, and also for Liverpool against Leicester and Atalanta.

This is bad, but I wish the best for Salah.
But..
Sorry Salah, with your covid, Liverpool vs Leicester will be more interesting.
You are just over power this season  Grin
454  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos Withdrawal Fees Rise (!?)|| November 2020 on: November 13, 2020, 10:26:45 PM
I used to play on an online casino that charge me $10-$20 Lol  Grin
It’s not the fee but my bitcoin reduced by that amount of money.
Even the bitcoin price fluctuation would affects it lower than that.
Also, I need to pay for the fee too.
They have a “not-so-good” bitcoin price conversion.
I think an online casino should state it on their website about how they convert our money into btc, vice versa.
455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is an entertainment? on: November 13, 2020, 03:51:39 PM
Most of the people states that gambling is form of entertainment but the reality is different gambling is like business where people look to make more money from investing little money but most of them will get failed.

So in your view gambling is business or entertainment, answer honestly. Cheesy

IMO, it is subjective.
For me, gambling or betting is an entertainment. Why? because you can gamble without money.
As a child (or maybe until now), I guess some of you have ever did a slap bet. Yeah the loser will get slapped by the winner. It’s that simple, fun to play, and it’s gambling right?

Also, why do rich people still gamble or come to casino?
Because they want to entertain their self. They love to spend money in casino, not to get money.

Gambling is entertainment, and the money that you get from winning a bet will “entertain” you and add more excitement to your gambling activity.
456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did anyone try to "gamble" with ponzi scheme crypto scam services? on: November 13, 2020, 03:24:36 PM
Even if they already explain their system, new people will think that the website gives them a chance to win some money. New people will think much about scams because they are not aware of that. They will only want to know how to make money from the internet, especially from the crypto website.

The site is not available because I tried to visit again. I think that can make people stop playing on that site. I still prefer to use the Vite wallet on a mobile phone because you can get up to 100 banano in that wallet. I don't promote that wallet because I don't use it to trade Grin

Yeah, that’s why I posted about it. It’s relates with the topic, because they gambled with ponzi schemed games.

If I am not mistaken, the site is not always open for a new round, it has uncertain period of time to start the round again.

Here is the screenshot that includes the explanation of the website.

457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is NOT a replacement to the Stock Market/ traditional investments on: November 12, 2020, 11:56:21 PM
Bitcoin is not a replacement to the Stock Market but the stock can be tokenized  Grin
bitcoin is not an investment instrument, but people said "invest" in bitcoin.
for me, bitcoin currently become a speculative investment.
like they don't really see at the fundamental, they see at technical and graph only.
but, once a good fundamental analysis is out, they will be crazy about it.

maybe I am bad at this point, but I am not hodling bitcoin.
I exchanged some of my crypto into fiat to buy stocks or invest in something for self improvement. lol it is a must!
458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin needs more women. on: November 12, 2020, 11:34:12 PM
Could you change the title to
Women needs more bitcoin Grin

I regularly saw the number of women and men on stocks or financial management discussions is balance.
But it didn’t happened in bitcoin discussion because as most of you said, bitcoin is more advance and techie for women.

Bitcoin and crypto can be mined with computers, you do know that computer is almost men’s stuff.
Also you need to have high end GPU’s to mine it. GPU is related to gamers, and gamers related to boys/mens.

There’s a few number of women in blockchain or crypto space, but you will find some inspirational and influential women here:

And this is for fintech (blockchain included) women:

459  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Affiliate Marketing For Bitcoins? on: November 12, 2020, 10:57:29 PM
Most of affiliate marketing programs in this crypto space comes from exchanges, gambling sites, and hardware wallet companies. It’s getting tough to promote an exchange now since crypto became almost mainstream.

For me gambling sites is the most profitable affliate program. I still get monthly passive income from a gambling site affiliate program since 2012. You can find a good one here.

Also, you may consider safepal wallet, because it’s an affordable wallet and invested by binance.

Fold App is also interesting. It’s an app that will gives you bitcoin as a cashback when you buy something at popular merchants. The bonus is not much but worth to try.
460  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long until we can bet with bitcoin in real life casinos? on: November 12, 2020, 10:36:16 PM
If they don't want to lose their gamblers then they should adopt the changes and go online since if they will wait for everything to get normal for sure there gamblers already find a place where they enjoy playing. But I don't think all will settled to play on online casinos once it will introduced to them since for sure many will still prefer to go on offline casino once everything is normal since the enjoyment and gameplay are different if we play physically.

Yeah, I think so.
They need to adaptive with this pandemic.
They should have an online platform too to survive.

With a proper rules and preparation i think this confirmation time problem could be solved.
I mean there is third party service that can analyzed whether the transaction is safe from double spending pr any other malicious transactions etc , so it is something could be done.
Another possibility is by exchange your money with a chip worth of 1mbtc each for example , with this way you dont have to wait while making bets.
So by the end of the day when you try to cashout it is all in bitcoin .
Would be fun surely!

Yes, that is what I said before.
Accepting bitcoin as a payment for their token/chips to play in the casino.
Because players dont want to spend more time to just place a quick playing bet.
Let say, slots game. You will need to play it quick and usually multiple times, paying with “online money” would be  terrible, unlesh the slots machine has a deposit mechanism.
