Huh? Who is Simpson_support and what is their role on your project? I see that your explanation are contradictory to each other. one said and confirm that it was an undergarments, the other said it was not and the picture was an old project. On the other post on previous page, you two also have a different statement about the thing being a vibrator and not a vibrator
2882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRESALE] BETHERO - From ZERO to HERO - dApp - casino - sportbooks on: September 18, 2020, 06:07:50 PM
Dropping here to inform you that despite the claim "All BETHERO games will be simply designed for mass market consumption (desktop and mobile)", your site is a bit messed up when accessed from mobile. Texts still overlapping each other. And you do aware that the image on opening post has "casino games" "provably fair" and "absolute anonymity" on repeat, right?
2883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EXOLOVER - First Decentralized Sex Platform on: September 18, 2020, 06:03:22 PM
~in reply to both latest posts~

Wouldn't then the words "whatever you see happening on the screen you will feel on your body" a little bit misleading, because afterall, it is a fancy dildo, or if we judge from images on above post, a funky undergarment straps. As it is not full body, then not every scenes on the screen happens to be feel-able. The foot fetish will cry.
2884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]FORESIGHT(FORS)-We Are Bringing Insurance To DeFi on: September 18, 2020, 06:27:44 AM
To all of your questions guys here is the answers from the project’s owner

“Team-related questions are one of the most common ones we get (understandably).

We're certainly very keen to go public with our identities in the near future. We’ve already done so with exchanges and legal teams we’re working with. The main issue at the moment delaying this is that a couple of the team members feel it would be a conflict of interest with their current careers. However, once they can move to working on Foresight fulltime they will likely go public. We have discussed whether some of us (likely myself and our CMO) could go public and leave the others private, and this is a very real possibility.

We are aware of the effect being private can have on a project (we're cryptocurrency investors too, after all). It is for this reason we have endeavoured to be as transparent as possible when it comes to other aspects of the project - not only answering whatever questions the community has but also locking all exchange liquidity and locking 45% of our total supply in a vesting period out to two years. In the meantime, we encourage investors to look at the partnerships we have formed (eg. DEXTools, Ferrum, DistX). We’ve had close dealings with their teams, including phone calls, so they’ve come to know us, and I don’t believe they would risk the reputation of their projects if they didn’t trust us.

A good example of this career conflict issue we heard about recently was of a friend who works for a French bank and was fired when they found her logged into Bittrex on her laptop.”

Let me know if you have more questions about it Smiley I’m happy to ask the team about it and give you there answers. Have a good day!

How many people are there on the team? And you'll only reveal team identity as whole once everyone quit their main job and joined FORE fulltime? With little to no intention to rush it, when will this happen, approximately? Weeks? Days? Months?

Also a friendly reminder that my question is still hanging
2885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]FORESIGHT(FORS)-We Are Bringing Insurance To DeFi on: September 17, 2020, 06:53:02 PM
Got several interesting questions from reading your thread opener, first one will be: what do you meam by rewards? Like, we invested some funds and, in turn, got FORS biweekly?

I saw on your website:
365 Days of NMX Distribution
NMX token powers the whole Nominex exchange giving the ultimate benefits to all NMX holders

Explore multiple ways of receiving NMX Token and make a choice!

So we need buy and hold to get reward?how long we need hold? After 365 days or we can get reward if we hold all 365 days

There are ways to receive NMX token, like referral and demo tournament. NMX themselves will be available for trade after distribution completed in April 2021, although you can start buying them from now on
2887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EXOLOVER - First Decentralized Sex Platform on: September 17, 2020, 05:50:03 PM
We have real devices that contact your body to make you feel what you see on the screen.
and what exactly is that? is that the main product that your project will provide later? or that's already on the way of working?
I was so curious, never seen something like that before. Don't tell me it's something like vibrator
Hello everyone, let me clarify this issue before we are getting too far on it. Yes, it is definitely like vibrator. At least it looks like vibrator, for sure there's a lot of new functionality. But, you are right it's a vibrator by the end of all words. What makes it different to other sex toys? Electronic parts on new PCB. We are not manufacturing sex toys, we are making new electronic architecture for sex toys. Something that makes them enable to read what happens on the screen (backend, whatever...) I am sorry if you feel disappointed. But there is a bit more devices coming and you may find it interesting. Also, the first release is going to be without BLE. The platform functionality only (create an account, choose a content and create the room, enter to someones room and get connected). Please explore the APP or Web version and you may find what you like. The first devise that is going to be on BLE is HeartBeat. It's a fitness tracker with some additional functionality...

I'm still looking for a time to thoroughly read your project, but for now, wouldn't this means user need a whole set of products of yours? It's kinda like an augmented VR, am I right?
You actually don't need to have a devices to start with. You can download the APP or simply use a web version to get an experience to watch some adult content with someonelse on other side of connection. We cold connect anyway. For you will have a better experience if you have a device or a few devices. But you can start from scratch and get one devices by another and build any configuration you want... I mean literally any configuration... Smiley

In other word, your project is "merely" about a fancy vibrator that can read what happens on screen and send the same signal to, well... whatever it is inserted to. And to be even more clear, you're not even producing them, you just designed a prototype, an "architecture"  which will be produced by some third party?

FURTHERMORE, thank you! The 'preview' button has been my best friend learning how to properly quote people in the discussion.

Ahh yes LOL, it seems I just make you even more confused, because the quotes are now a bit chaotic. I'll snip everything to make it easier for whoever follows this thread.

Great question.

I am not sure how will these regulations change over a short time span (one or two years, I mean), given that these countries are quite strict on money regulations. Yet at the same time, mass adoption of emoney and fintech brought a huge force that's almost impossible to resist.

In other note, wouldn't it be easier to attract people if you sell your product as an app? There are a lot of cashless transaction providers that didn't offer a card, they simply require the user to download an app, top it up with some credit, and the service is ready to use. No need to wait for a mailed card etc.
2889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Gather Network | Digital Monetization via Processing Power on: September 16, 2020, 07:45:26 PM
How exactly the developers are putting processing power on the Gather Cloud? Is it by the node power a developer puts in? I think the "How does it works" on the OP is vague and somehow there's a missing piece in it. I'd be glad for an answer.

To get information about this please join the telegram community to get detailed answers 👉 https://t.me/GatherNetwork
.

Will that be, by pressing that 1-click, they agreed to install a third app acting as a mining program? Heard bittorrent utilize such scheme a few years ago without the user's awareness of such action. Please don't answer this with "join us on telegram" for the detailed answer, a lot of people visiting this thread looking for the answer and it'll be a nuisance to join just to learn further about it

I will be glad to answer all your questions and introduce you to the project. And I will be happy if you find time to get acquainted with the project.
Soon I will post some videos from our developments.
And no, this is not virtual reality. We have real devices that contact your body to make you feel what you see on the screen.

Now, I don't think that'll be quite doable. What'll those devices be? A full body suit? Because if it didn't encase the entire body, then how will the customer "feel" what they see on the screen if, say, it was a kinky section with those uhh... "slap my ass" thingy? And on a wider scope, a BDSM ones with whipping and candlewax?

Sorry, still trying to work the BBCode format for quoting specific replies.

You can delete the posts you wanted to remove, they'll be from a bbcode "[quote author .......] and ended with "[/quote]". If that's a bit confusing for the first times, try to replace the entire sentences of the person's post that you want to remove with a ~snip~, I think you'll be able to find the structure easier that way.

Similar to US, each country in Asia has their own set of requirements and compliance. Unlike Europe, the entire EEA has the same set of regulations for 99% of all countries.

Asia is ahead of its time for a cashless society (for most countries) with the recent spikes of technology in the last 5-10 years. We predict the card would make a bigger impact where it will be used most.

Also, most crypto whales and mining facilities are ran out of Asia and Europe, hence our narrowed target market. It won't take long for US and other countries to catch up amidst the pandemic.

What makes you think other countries won't have the same features as others? If anything, it's either the products/services will be available or it won't.

Yes, I would agree that Asia is currently in trend of cashless transaction, the pandemic even pushed the mass adoption further because they're encouraged to transact cashless-ly. But as far as I know, the money they use on those cashless transactions are their own fiat. They deposited money from their bank account into an app, and then transact with the balance within the app.

In other words, the money they use to do a cashless transaction are still their respective fiat and not crypto, as their countries (for some) banned transactions that's not conducted with their own currency.

This will leads to a situation where they (for some countries) can't use your token as a means of payment, which I also asked you to confirm on previous post (quoted below) if you have a strategy to get around this, and get a reply that you'll review each countries regulation for the said issue.

With this, we circled back to my question:

Let's suppose (just a random country, I'm not really adept to the payment regulation on said country) Japan banned any transaction that's not based on JPY. This will create a situation where Japanese can only use your token for trading, staking, and other features available on other countries except for a payment system. Thus your card rendered useless.

In your strategic marketing plan, how do you see this challenge affect Japanese preference of buying and holding your token? Given that it is very possible they'll think it's kind of useless because they can't use the "full feature" like other countries does (i.e. as a means of payment)

This might sounds like a classic question, but... from what ai read, your current selling point is a payment card. And you've said it yourself that Asia will be the next market. From what I currently know, some countries in Asia banned crypto as a form of payment, some even only allows their own FIAT as the legal form of payment. How do you plan to get around this?

The first markets will be Europe & USA. In asia the legal situation is different from country to country, the market is changing very fast so its all about having the right partners on board to be able to adapt quickly.

Of course compliance is the highest priority, but as I mentioned this has to be reviewed per country at the given moment.

Does that answer your question?
2893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Elitium - A Digital Economy to Lead a Life of Independence, Value & Growth on: September 15, 2020, 11:14:20 AM
To be sure if I get them correctly, so instead of the whole continent like Europe or the whole country like USA, Asian market will be on selected countries based om the regulations? In your prediction, how will this affect the market preferences? Won't countries without the card "privileges" be hesitant to adopt your token as they're not that.... functional?

Doing business in the US is a very sporadic and timely process. Asia is easier to jump into and a lot of countries love the western paradigm their bringing to the table.

PLUS, it is easier to gain access to Asia when shipping cards globally. US is also a toughy unless you have a direct partnership with VISA or Mastercard, which very few have right now. It took Wirex only 6 YEARS to make this happen. For Elitium, it might be even sooner given how we've seen these fintech giants react to the markets.

As I said on previous page, that's contradictory to your opinion, penetrating Asia market will be rather tough case because some countries limit crypto development. Thus, my question to team about their strategy to tackle the issue and if they've foresee what'll be the Asians' preference in regards to limited feature.

~snip~

You're absolutely right, by the way. Implementation and go-to market strategies can be a bear, but they are not impossible.

I assume this answer is for my query? Or were you addressing the other two posts?
2894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INVIZION (NVZN) - ♻️ Waste Tracking on the Blockchain ♻️ on: September 15, 2020, 06:03:45 AM
Sometimes when I see a project aiming to do good in our environment, I wanted to fast track their development and see if they can really implement what they are targeting here. I am all in for this initiative but how long are we talking about here before we can actually see one project really doing the talk here?
This is the first time, I have found a crypto project that has successfully presented their concept at a meeting at the world body (UN) I think this is very surprising and of course, with a concept that is quite interesting and is able to make changes to the world's energy projects like these are mandatory for us to support, By implementing a defi system on their project, of course, this will increasingly attract investors to invest, but in this case the aim of this project in my opinion is very noble and I hope this project will be able to overcome the pollution that occurs in the environment affected by waste, hopefully the mission and the vision of this Invizion project will be successful to change the earth to be better and away from waste pollution.

Then you'll need to broaden your horizon. There are handful of projects that brushed with real-world entities, either gov agencies or NGO. And sadly that can't be a guarantee that project is good. I know one exact project that's being funded by their government and now left their communities screaming scam.

@dev, my question is still unattended
2895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] The Complex - A bot building decentralized corporation on: September 14, 2020, 05:32:41 PM
I failed to see the purpose of this thread. Even if we consider this as a base of your future project's development, this ann is completely bare. It'll be better if you keep everything until they're ready and releases them in a detailed ann.

The purpose of this thread is to announce the very beginning, before any of that is complete.

Many coin projects are packed with VCs and insiders, who get first access to the token, long before it is open to the public.  This is wrong.

We are different.  This project is open from the very beginning, the first breath of the idea and work and funding.   If you want to participate, or buy the PLEX token, you can do at the same time.  If you want to work for the project, you can.   There are no insiders.

Quote
And I suppose this project will coexist with this one?

Yes.   The Complex will be building NFTs for The Tribe, and be the primary software contractor for The Tribe.

The Complex will also build for itself, to make profits, by building:  Rebalance bots for DeFi, arb bots, and similar cloud & bot services.

And am i correct for assuming that you're a team of one? Who are you and what's your background, again? With no intention of being offensive, your project shows nothing, like literally. It can be perceived as red flags everywhere.
2896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥【ANN】【IEO】⭐️Akoin.io ⭐️|One Afrika. One Koin.|🔴【Bounty】 on: September 14, 2020, 03:42:22 PM
Hello, why would you choose Stellar network? For me and many newcomers it is more complicated user interface than Ethereum has. I understand that for now Stellar is faster and cheaper, but in few months situation could change.  Smiley

Yes situation could change but yet again, currently Stellar looks more viable than Ethereum blockchain in term of processing transactions. Seriously it is disheartening paying more than neccessary for gas fees on Ethereum blockchain, and the situation looks like it going higher each day, so therefore I do not blame any upcoming projects leveraging other blockchains. Therefore in my own humble opinion, the team did well by using Stellar, maybe in the near future when everything calms down with Ethereum blockchain they can migrate if it's okay with the team.
Lastly, the idea of the project is one which will play a huge role in most African countries; this I believe because the team backing the project are one of a kind and have the neccessary experience.
.

I would agree that tx fee will be the main reason of choosing stellar over ethereum. This project is about integrating their token into daily life, as a means of payment etc. It'll scares people away if they have to pay stellar amount of gas fees (pun intended) just to do daily life transaction. That, and the transaction process time, eth are more prone to clogging. Once again, as their token will be used for daily life transactions, processing time will be a crucial thing. Thus, as Indo1 said, I think choosing stellar over ethereum is already a good decision
2897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀🚀[ANN][Defi Platform] | Rfinance | A New Emerging Project of De-Fi Ecosystem on: September 14, 2020, 04:02:19 AM
There are lots of similar project in crypto that is working on the same principle so it's not a big issue second thing we do have any marketing export in our team yet just we are a team of developer that's why we hired thread expert for this we don't know why he posted in a similar way but our project is not related to them nor our team related to them. Project development will continue we receive funds from presale or not but funding makes project growth faster.

Your definition of a thread expert is literally someone with this trait:
1. In a newbie rank
2. Username sounds like someone who wanted to create their own project but it was never made
3. (This is good) only created 5 threads, with 3 askijg something and  2 an ANN thread in a exact similar fashion.

Now, if we assume you're being truthful that you hired the OP instead of a more popular opinion where both project are made by the same (possibly scamming) person, then we should question how expert your team is, given that you seems to throw the word lightly, judging from how "expert" the thread master you hired
2898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Streamix(MIXS) - DeFi Social Media Streaming & Gaming Platform on: September 14, 2020, 03:24:30 AM
In fact, I don't understand the term DeFi Media Streaming at all. Because the token is available on Uniswap with liquidity of $1100? For me that is not an argument to call the project DeFi

Lol! Was going to ask why does a social media streaming site needs to be Defi? Will they be handling any task relating to finance, lending etc, Defi is jsut a marketing name to some project it seems, even though the project concept and ideas has no relation to Defi they prefer to tag it as one since this is the latest trend and the selling point of most projects.

My exact purpose of chain of question is to know about this too; why and how? Why'd people need to integrate all of their social medias into one using a third party? How could that be beneficial? And how's defi sat on this scenario?

Dev took a long time to reply, though

I'm also want to know about this plus if I buy the token during ICO and HODL the token, does it means I will be a part of the company as a shareholder? considering the fund collected will be given to companies

I highly don't think that'll be the case. To be eligible for a portion of a share, you need to buy companies' bond, the ones issued by the said companies.

For NVZN case, you buy tokens from invizion, they received some funds and "donate" these funds to the eligible companies. The token you hold will only affect the total circulating supply of NVZN -thus, scarcity- and its price. But participating companies will not be obligated any form of company shares to you as what you hold is  token issued by invizion, not a bonds issued by them.

So, stakeholders? Yes. But, shareholders? No.
