2401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BinaryARB - The Premier Cryptocurrency Investment Platform on: January 26, 2022, 07:59:00 AM
I am one of the members for the Marketing Team.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

As your position here is clear, and that your answer will be an official statement and explanation on behalf of your team, let's begin

[...]
BinaryARB is the premier cryptocurrency investment platform built on the pillars of integrity, sustainability, and freedom.
It is the first investment platform that does not guarantee any specific daily returns and instead offers a sustainable business model at its foundation.

The BinaryARB Core Development Team is filled with a growing number of international skilled traders and former brokers that have a collective three decades of cryptocurrency trading experience.
To supplement the irreplaceable human trader’s instinct, BinaryARB’s Core Development Team has been hard at work creating and testing an arbitrage bot that will take advantage of a large, collective amount of member’s investments to profit off Bitcoin and other alternative currency’s price differentials due to the nature of a truly global market with differing time zones and varying exchange rate opportunities.

[...]

I can't find any explanation about thr sustainable business model you're referring to. Where can I get this info? Second, also can't find the details of these self proclaimed "international skilled traders and former brokers". Wouldn't your pillar of integrity kinda require you to be open about this particular piece of information?

I look back into bulutxx record and found that they had another project back in 2018 which promised BMW as a bounty rrwwrd for their token sale milestones.

IXIRCOIN held a campaign and gave prizes in the form of IXIRCOIN tokens and the latest BMW cars that the details on the website (https://www.ixircoin.com), what kind of campaigns will be held? I just found a campaign that gave prizes for BMW cars. very interesting.

IXIR is giving away BMW's??

Which apparently should be drawn by Turkish lottery. Wondered if any fellow user from Turkey here that could confirm this as I believe such raffle from crypto would at least made into local news, which I didn't think they actually did, as I don't think it can be any more real and legit than this latest project of theirs. This old project's website is expired, their telegram is also abandoned

1. I just took two random section of their whitepaper and checked for plagiarism, which both happen to be. Other part of their whitepaper is probably also copied from other sources.

The heart of Influencio is all about recovering content sharing and reclaiming it from large corporations, decentralising and redistributing the power to individuals. [...]

I am quite aware that social media sites like facebook and --maybe-- Instagram and youtube has these TnC where your content that's shared on their platform will give them certain rights to claim it as theirs, not that I have first hand experience on it, but I remember from years ago that a friend of mine switched to deviantart or something for this reason. How exactly will you recover and reclaim these rights from said platforms to the original content owner?
2407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Apostileiros Token on: January 24, 2022, 04:53:08 PM

This is something to be discussed and voted on with the community. It will certainly not be possible to meet everyone in a short time, but gradually.

I think the logic is so somewhat backward. The way I see it, if you want a community to support your project, you'll firstly need to build their interest, which is achieved through an interesting proposal, don't you agree? And so far, your project --to put it politely-- are still needing so many tweaks, which you can start from describing precisely how your project works.
2408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AVARA - Always Vivid, Always Rising Above - Utility coin on: January 24, 2022, 12:13:59 PM
Hi, I don't quite understand about these numbers, so you have 10% transaction fee, where 5% is returned to liquidity pool, 4% added to marketing, and 2% for future events. That's 11%

Oh, while we're at it, your website seems to have so many empty fields. I am not sure if it's because of my device is not compatible with your... site, or you are yet to fill the information. The roadmaps, for example, have nothing but a long straight line on it

10% fee total
2% goes back to the community in forms of events, competitions.
4% goes towards development of the project [creating modules mainly]
4% goes towards marketing.
5% goes back to liquidity from ALL of the fees we take. So it is not added to the 10% it is taken from the 10%.

So, actually, the numbers goes like this:

10% fee which 5% is directly deducted from it, and 95% that's left will goes to events, development, and marketing --I won't bother to calculate the exact percentage as it'll make people confused with the numbers. Shouldn't events be considered and included in your marketing budget? Because i kinda think events held by projects are mostly a form of marketing
2409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Apostileiros Token on: January 24, 2022, 12:08:42 PM

Arrangements can be made for the token to be accepted. But also the fund accumulated with the token will be used in place of student loans. I don't know if this is the correct translation into English, but through the amount raised in this fund we will offer full scholarships to those who meet specific criteria, such as low income.

And what arrangements are these that you currently has in your mind, exactly? Second, if your criteria to be eligible for full scholarship is merely low income, I'll need to ask you to re-think about your strategy, because you'll be flooded with applicants and you certainly can't grant all of them with full scholarship

Welcome to Apostileiros Token - An educational utility token.

The token can also be used to purchase educational services/products, which start with the preparation of academic support material, going through enrollment and tuition at colleges.

Social
The educational fund will be used, according to a vote on educational projects in the community, to ensure accessibility and quality of education for all.

Our goal is that there is at least one free private school in each state of the federation and that many graduates no longer leave with a diploma in one hand and a huge debt of financing in the other.

[...]

Let's start from the very essence of your project, namely wanting to give affordable a d accessible education to the community. You aim to reach this goal by.... building private schools? Across the states and nations? With 20% of your token allocation reserved for "education fund"?

It's one of the goals. It will also be possible to pay tuition and fees for students from low-income families.

How, exactly? You will make an agreement with institution to accept your native token as a payment method? And, not only that, you'll also make an agreement that -- in order to fit the project's goal of affordable tuition-- paying in your token will brings lower expense? How?

2413  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: HitBTC - Dogecoin withdrawals on: January 22, 2022, 03:32:07 AM
how about exchanging doge to another coin like usdt and withdraw usdt ? if they allow trading

If you read the entire thread --which just one page-- you'll understand that this although this option is most possible to take, it came at a very high cost because the rate hitbtc put for doge/usdt is way lower than other exchange, which also far lower than the initial value of money he deposited on that exchange

Okay. I don't want to create chaos here. Everyone has their own mind setup and different opinion. If you believe stealing from a casino is right and we cannot ask him to return. Don't support the flag. it's over.

It looks like we are started with the wrong footing here. Just to be clear, again, NO, I didn't believe what he did is right, as I multiple times have stated, he cheated. If it worth something, I've tagged him with negative trust, although it wouldn't bear significant effect to the community, just like how it'll be with your flag.

The point that I want to propose to you is that the path you're chasing --namely tagging gero2021 with type-2 flag-- is rather useless, just like what you state here, and if we revisited theymos's original plan for flags,

[...] I assume this guy has another Good ranked Bitcointalk account. And he doesn't want to lose his reputation or don't want to get a Red Trust. He created this account to ruin Paradice's Reputation and Intentionally gain something from Paradice.

I think that several of the problems with Trust were because three different goals were being jammed into one system:
 1. Getting a general idea of someone's trade history and trustworthiness in one convenient location, sort of like reviews on sites like EBay.
 2. Warning newbies/guests who don't know how to research properly about high-risk people.
 3. Deterring scams by creating a cost to scamming (ie. you'll "lose" a veteran account).

To improve this, I've split up these use-cases:

Use-case #1 is the old trust system, but I made the descriptions on the rating types a bit more general and removed the concept of a trust score. The numbers are now "distinct positive raters / distinct neutral raters / distinct negative raters". You should give these ratings for anything which you think would impact someone's willingness to trade with the person, but you should not use trust ratings to attack a person's opinions or otherwise talk about things which would not be relevant to reasonable prospective traders.

Use-cases 2 and 3 will be handled by a new system of flags. You can create a flag using a link on a person's trust page [...]

Like I said previously and what you've acknowledged above, the account is a newly created account, a puppet account, alt-account, whatever you call them. It is lacking the "cost" that theymos said on point number 3.

Suppose that your flag is active, it'll bear null impact to the betterment of gambling community, because the tagged account has no value to lose. They'll just create new account --on this forum pr on other gambling sites-- if they feel they need to. It'll be a different case, though, if you can flush the main account which probably have a higher rank, or --like I said multiple times-- share something more permanent and techhie that other casinos could put him umder the ban list. IP address? MAC? Again, I'm not a tech savvy, but I've stumbled several times on vases where IP is used to identify someone and tie/negate thr scammes alt accounts.

Darling, sweetheart, here's the thing, it could be negotiable that you use linksme.ga account to finish discussion regarding TOKPIE's questionable decision because your main account get temporarily banned, but it's another different case if you keep using this alt-account to update this project, because that's borderline ban-evasion and it's forbidden by the forum.

Selfdrop and IDO ends already in 2 hours - https://freya.freyavpn.com/

Within a couple of days we will create a pool (trading pair) on the Pancakeswap decentralized exchange.

Furthermore, very soon we are going to launch social mining, where everyone will be able to earn Freya tokens for simple actions.

Can't help but wondered how you plan to grow your token price. So far, your premium member plan is purchasable by fiat, EURO if I'm not mistaken, without any offering to pay via your native token. What'll incentivize or persuade people to buy on PCS, then? The situation gets worsen when you initiate  stagr whee people can get your token via sinple acrion. What's the purpose of the token, then. What role does it play on your project? Or is there a feature that I missed somewhere that can only be utilized by the native token?

[...]

Leave token games to children, we are developing real products. Just set a reminder to check FDC in a year. Nevertheless we will add VPN payment with Freya tokens in some form in near future. Please stay tuned

But you already do IDO, and some people are maybe already buy and hold FDC in their wallet. Don't you think its rather unfair for them to wait until your team decided that it's time to nurture the crypto side while it is very likely --if we see how it went with other projects that choose similar decision-- the price will continue on dropping when there's no visible growth or meaningful development crypto-wise

It was a typing error. I corrected the post. Thanks for letting me know.

Contract (BSC): 0x1efD6cBF205deF0AFF30D0173EF36C497152adF4

Yes, if you check the evolution of my wallet the tokens are gradually decreasing. Soon I will be left with zero tokens and I will only have this 1%. I think it's fair, don't you?

But if you still think it's not fair for the developer to zero his tokens and keep only 1% of all transactions, I can still renounce the contract and put into practice some idea to reward my effort.

The site is in PT-BR, but soon I should add more languages: https://nutef.com/

And by "my wallet" you're referring to your own personal wallet? Or the project's "wallet"? In regards to "reward" your effort, may I reminf all of us here that there is 20% reserved for team? The 20% that, if I understand your text correctly, now inflated to xx% because of the 44% burning while that amount for dev remains the same due to the locking

Useful
With a 5% fee on all trades, we ensure that holders are rewarded with 2% of these fees, 1% reinvested in liquidity and 1% for the CEO's portfolio.

[...]

Forgive the bluntness, but... what?!! 1% of each transaction will directly enter your pocket, for you to use as you please? How is this convincing? And where is the other 1% go? 5% fee, 2% goes to holders, 1% reinvested, 1% goes to you, that's 4%, unless I need to take another year in school.

Other than questions above, let's start with something easy: website?
2419  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Be aware of Scammer (Black mailer) Startup casinos should be aware of on: January 20, 2022, 05:31:13 PM

Did you owe him the rest of the fund? No, I don't think so.
Did he have to return the 2btc? IMO, no. It's his reward for finding a loophole and the consequence you have to pay for not screening your program thoroughly enough.
Did he deserve a type-2 flag? Again, IMO, no. A red trust maybe, but not a flag, as he didn't breach any contract. He's not a member of the test program under contract, nor your TnC --as he stated-- specifies that betting negative is not allowed.

Oh really? Based on your opinion. If you go to a shop and see no one there is even no shopkeeper. would you grab anything you want and run away? And do you think that it's your reward and you should not return it to the shopkeeper because it's his responsibility to secure and keep eye on his shop? Should shopkeepers advertise that stealing from their shop is forbidden? If he doesn't do. That's means stealing from this shop is okay. Right? If yes, then he doesn't deserve a red trust too. He deserves to be DT-1 and he should be on everyone's trust list. I was wondering how the heck people do looting from a chain shop and who are these guys? Don't they feel it's not right? I guess I found some guys like these.

Anyways, Not just did he steal 2 BTC but also he was back again and making complaints that the casino is not paying. They blocked him. He is trying to blackmail the casino. That's why we are here with an accusation after 2 years.

My opinion doesn't match your illustration. Your illustration tries to paint the thief's morality, i.e.: should or should not someone steal when there is a chance, while my post --which even more explicitly stated on the post above it-- already acknowledge that he is cheating, my post is about responsibility.

If we have to use your illustration, do you honestly think the shopkeeper is completely not at fault and could not be held responsible to certain degree because he leave his store unattended and some stuff is lost? "it's his responsibility to secure and keep eye on his shop?" uhh, yes? Doesn't it a shopkeeper's job to keep the shop? It's in the name, "shop-keeper".

Likewise, it's the dev and security team's job to make sure their platform is secure and bug free. Thus, a beta test and test net and security update. One thing that zi amnnot shy away to say, if you need to hear them, your team is good --and lucky-- enough to notice the bad transaction when he tried to withdraw 2btc and prevented him from taking further damage. But what is done is done.

Let's revisit your thief illustration. Have you encountered a scenario where a thief return the stuff they stole because he's asked to? I haven't. Thus, my three conclusion as above post:

1. You have no responsibility to give him the rest of his "money" because he's blatantly cheating.
2. He doesn't have to return the 2btc he stole.... which seems angered you, so if I may rephrase to better suit your situation, the atatement I said before can also be read as, "team shouldn't expect him to return the money, it'll be easier to consider it as a dead-end, because there's no chance he'll return it."
3. The type-2 flag also didn't match the situation. Type-2 flag is for a breach in an implied contract. You have no contract with him and he didn't break an TnC on your site. He stole. If you want to judge this user better and fairly, a red trust and type-1 flag --or is that yellow flag is type-3?-- suits better.

Besides, let's say we support the flag and it's activated, what benefit can be achieved from raising type-2 flag to his account? His account is a newbie account created 5 days ago. If it's tagged with flag, all he need to do --which I am sure he'll very likely do-- is just disposes off the account. The point is, you're pursuing a wrong path. If you want to contribute more to the community, the casino community to be specific, and punishes his for his action, it'll be better to share something more permanent and personal like his IP address --not a techie here, so I'm not sure if it's something permanent or we can change them easily like telegram username-- so that all other casino could put him on their ban list. Not sure if it's allowed by the forum to write them here, but I very faguely remember that some people shared a cheater's IP. And suppose it is not allowed by the forum rules, there's a specific board on this forum that allows personal information to be shared, it'll be a safer bet, if you really want to contribute to the gambling society by ridding a cheater.

Now, that's all about return, payment, and flag-related-cheating. As for the blackmailing, it should be another situation. What's his blackmail looks like?
2420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🍀 CLOTBA - High Winning Blockchain Lottery 🍀 on: January 20, 2022, 04:36:06 PM
Let's see if this is correct, we buy clotba, 10 clotba equals1 entry to the lottery, which total prize is accumulated from transaction fee, which is 2% of the amount bought, and drawn each week? Wow. And that's the major selling point? How does this appealing?

[...]

A minimum of 10 clotba is required for lottery and bnb rewards. But the number of lottery tickets is not in the form of 10 and its multiples, so if you have 15 clotbas, you can think of it as if you have 15 tickets.
1% of the fees arising from each transaction will be burned, 3% will be distributed to holders as bnb rewards, and 2% will be accumulated in the lottery pot as BNB. Every Sunday, the amount accumulated in the lottery pot will be automatically sent to a lucky wallet. The lottery system works completely decentralized and fair. Source codes can be seen on both github and bscscan. Ownership will be renounced 1 month after the system starts working.

Allow me to make it simpler for you. Here's your major selling point, written in blue: owner of at least 10 clotba is eligible to join lottery. Here's the catch, written in red: total lottery prize is accumulated from 2% of each transaction fee soooooo.... we can only imagine how small it could be, especially if there are only handful people interested to buy/sell during the week. So, the question is, how will this be interesting? How will this feels prospective and convince people to buy and hold your token? Given the winning prize barely as much as the fund required to buy and hold the token
