I think you got what moamin77 tried to say wrongly. What he said, if I may asume, was simply that team has planned their roadmap carefully, the decision to release their first product, VPN, alongside with uniswap listing is an implementation of their strategic planning, namely opening an access point of liquidity side-by-side with working product that creates demand. Thus the sentence "listing without proper demand = nothing".

JACS team always put their focus on their community growth, as evidenced by how they kept going despite the demand to get listed on exchanges since months ago, or the simplest way like keeping their telegram channel strictly professional by not allowing stickers and mundane discussion --which, actually creates an easier to follow channel because updates and discussion were not drowned by other matter... or stupid stickers.
