Simply speaking, if those 97% are satisfied, then shouldn't this new token situation not necessary? they're satisfied, afterall. While we're at it, please explain how you get this number too, did you contacted each of your buyers? How? Aren't they just an address without any name and contact details? If you can reach them to ask about feedback just from their participation on your ICO, wouldn't it be worrysome because their privacy and anonymity breached?

Second, you are completely aware that if the real issue here is ETH high fee and your community demanded you to switch chain, you can simply switch without having to another token sale, right? Plenty of tokens are switching from ERC to BSC, and all they need were swapping the token or doing a gateway, I never see a project that take another token sale just because they need to switch. Care to explain the reason behind this?

Third, your self-acclaimed achievement of good reviews, I can't help but wonder if these reviews are valid or are they made by relatives, friends, and/or paid service, a bounty you had, perhaps? Given how shallow and generic their reviews are, it seems like those people had not even tried your platform. One thing that is interesting to mention is how one from the seven of those reviewers --of we talk statistic, that's about 15%-- shared the same surname as yours. Well yes, that's where the problem lies: your team are consisted of two people. According to the link you gave me, Mr. Bwan, your executive assistant, also didn't have prior knowledge of crypto related project. To conclude, your project is teamed by two people, one CEO with no experience in crypto, and his PA, with same record. This means the project didn't have any employee with necessary background, experience, or knowledge of crypto. Isn't it quite ineffective and self-terminating? Presenting whitepaper with such... quality. The first impression people get will be that it's a trash project --sorry, but to be honest, that's the impression I get-- and leave them for good. There is a good difference between super simple, bare-minimum, and below standard.

I have to agree that being too technical would be an overkill, that people would lose interest on reading because of the codes they don't understand. But you can still publish an adequate wp with essential info in it without having to be too technical. Literally hundreds of WP out there have a proposal with this content, where they present themselves nicely, explain with simplicity, but still showing rhat they ppir their thought and effort on it.

Well, first of all, let's agree that it is not a whitepaper, or even a litepaper. It is awfully feels and looks like a powerpoint screenshot made by highschooler... I think I even made better powerpoint during highschool. For both. I certainly don't think I'll ever put anything into a project with this quality.
