I mailed out almost 20 shirts yesterday for a group buy, and the CHEAPEST international package was $10.01. Anything larger than a size small was $10.35+.

Thailand is no problem.

The shirts are pre-shrunk cotton, but they do shrink a tiny bit vertically after several washes. You might be better off going with two Ms!

No need to worry, it was less than a dollar in most cases.

I'm feeling a bit better this evening, so I managed to get 8 packages sent out today, please see the original post!

I should be able to print and mail the remaining orders over the weekend.

I also underestimated shipping charges for almost every single package... lesson learned

Hi folks, quick update.

All shirts up to and including BlackLilac's order have been printed.

I was hoping to start shipping today, but I've contracted a stomach bug that has kept me in bed most of the day. I'll likely start tomorrow.

A note about refunds

I had intended to refund everyone's $5 to their sending address, but realized that this is impractical, as many of the transactions had multiple inputs.

I am going to send the refund money to the change address listed for each transaction.

Another great day for dividends! I'll be wearing my friedcat t-shirt with pride all day 

Before printing, the screen must be hardened once more as a precaution.



We then apply painter's tape to the frame, and add some ink.



The hardened emulsion will not let the ink pass through, but the bare mesh lets it pass easily.

The final step is to run the shirts through a conveyor oven, to permanently bond the ink to the fabric.
