221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Elon musk launches his own coin? on: September 20, 2021, 06:34:06 PM
The name and personality of Elon musk has been trending lately, for good and bad reasons. Some blame him for the recent down in price of btc with his recent tweet, some suspect that he has a plan to manipulate the market to the favour of doge coin which he has recently been a strong advocate for.

What if Elon musk takes this opportunity of popularity and influence to start and launch his own coin to the market?

Do you think an altcoin created by Elon musk will do well in the market?
as we all know, Elon Musk is no stranger to many people who are in this forum, especially since the rising price of digital currency (Dogecoin), Elon musk is being discussed more and more.
In my opinion, if Elon Musk can launch its own coin into the market it will be a welcome development for the digital currency lover community.
But it's nonsensical, because cryptocurrencies may have an impact on their equities, which is why Elon Musk only supported a meme coin that is supposedly merely a meme. He does not endorse any other cryptocurrency since he knows how it will effect and bias him as one of the world's wealthiest people. So I believe that is why he chose dogecoin as the token to support, and yes, he already understood that he is very important and can make a lot of money on the crypto market, but he still values stocks and his assets to keep his position as the richest.
222  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: MIST (another NFT game): Legit P2E or Scam? on: September 20, 2021, 06:00:43 PM
NFT games aren't made for being an awesome game, sobrang cool or graphics-wise kasi madalas habol is p2e
nagkakamali ka, Iluvium yung isa hindi ko na share yung mga iba pa.
..

223  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why risk management is so important for Every Trader. on: September 20, 2021, 05:46:41 PM
Part of the problem is that what feels right is frequently the wrong thing to do. That's why having models or a strategy to follow gives you a path. Then you have to be disciplined in your approach.
You are right, because all of this is caused by overconfidence, which often results in what they do must be right. it shouldn't be like that, it's not very good too feel that what they are doing must be right. must be aware that everyone will experience the name of mistakes that are not realized, which may be out of control.

Therefore, experience in every action, is always the main milestone to step into something that might be done, by continuing to hone yourself and analyze well. because everything needs to be done perfectly to get the best thing later.
Agreed, some individuals are simply overconfident and do not consider the possibility of a negative conclusion; people always feel that it will always pump, but the contrary occurs, and in the worst event, it remains at the dip. Consider that if you've done risk management, you'll be able to stop your losses and diversify your holdings, resulting in more profits. It is preferable to have experience before investing large sums of money; experience is the greatest method to stay on track with your investment.
224  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What if I don't know how to trade on: September 20, 2021, 05:29:13 PM
..
Mate, even when we have the means and materials to learn how to trade in cryptocurrencies, it can still be difficult, and I believe it is not for everyone. That's why some of us are just putting money in and asking our friends if it's time to invest now and wait for the long term.

If a person is truly interested, we can watch a lot of tutorials on YouTube because that is where I learned a lot about trading, and I believe it is sufficient because it is very effective if someone is teaching you step by step and explaining the various types of technical analysis while showing you the interface.
225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake bets on: September 20, 2021, 05:07:31 PM
Isn't this all for the sake of advertising, IMO, if the streamers fake those bets and have infinite funds to spend on the site due to xdeal, it's no longer our problem. Our faith, as gamblers, is still in our hands, and gambling platforms can never guarantee victories because it will always depend on our luck and ability to bet. Similar things happen in other advertising; some fake it for the sake of formality to make things look good, but don't expect it to be the same as yours because it will always depend on you. I still prioritize the gambling platform's benefits rather than those fake bets on videos and stream 'cause all I know about it is for only attracting gamblers that their platform is really good visually, but the wins and loses will always on your hands.
226  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: September 20, 2021, 04:44:38 PM
<snip>
It's the first time I've seen NFT implemented into gambling like what Rollbit did and indeed developers are following the trend so this will add to the attraction to enter Rollbit and we know NFT is now much in demand among people who want to collect it of course in rollbit will be very different.

Maybe in the future Rollbit will also continue to provide new features according to the current trend, this is indeed a fast development from other gambling platforms so I am sure that gambling on Rollbit will not be boring for many people.

It could be that sports betting can also compete on rollbit.
Me too, this is my first time seeing one. But it is not surprising at all, knowing Rollbit which, I believe are doing greatly on knowing what features are good to add to their casino to gather new users to play on their platform. NFT is a trend, it's a good idea to go with it.
I was happy to see launch of NFT by the rollbit and they are engaging the gamblers in latest trend setup and that's what make them more popular and better place to gamble then other casinos in the market. They are into the touch of users and developing things according to the market demand and as we know NFT's are the latest trends now.
I really admire how they're embracing the bitcoin movement in order to attract a large number of people to their platforms. NFT is the current meta and it's really hot right now, especially NFT games, so when Rollbit has NFT worth $5,500, it'll be a game-changer for them. Knowing Rollbit, they'll undoubtedly try whatever to improve their marketing plan, and because they spend so much money on NFTs, NFT collectors' attention will be drawn to Rollbit. Nice!
227  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 20, 2021, 04:22:05 PM
<snip>
If users have passed KYC and are approved what exactly is the purpose of multiple accounts?
I think users who have passed it will still use one account because verified users are definitely not just doing it for fun they must be serious about playing at Roobet.
The main reason why creating multiple accounts is due to the bonus abuse some people might do. So I think it is fine and will be allowed by the casino if you create another account having your account verified. I've read it somewhere before, and most entities, like online casinos are doing this thing having warnings that the user should talk to the management first before creating new account. And he should not use the new account as it's referral or any bonuses which will benefit your main.
Alternative accounts are generally permitted on various platforms, regardless of the type of site, as long as they are not used to abuse something. People are abusing the benefits, which is why they create second accounts, which is obviously unacceptable. Also, because addresses may be viewed by the platform's owners, if many accounts are linked in the main account, the platform will recognize it eventually. So in the first place, there's no use in creating accounts for the sake of money, I rather invite some legitimate gamblers and use my referral, maybe I'll gain more because they will deposit money in the platform which is a good thing in referrals.
228  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC,ETH & LTC withdraws | $100k+/week contest | VIP | on: September 20, 2021, 04:02:40 PM
I've never been lucky with a giveaway  Cheesy also don't forget there is a big wins or big loss event on Twitter
Maybe i prefer to call it a unique event because the newest winner gets x300 multiplier bet $0.1 this is not a big win but unique you can see it in the screenshot, full wild https://twitter.com/Ajay88029671/status/1438511597647847425
Slots are full of mystery and luck. Sometimes big bets don't lead to big wins but instead small bets produce big multipliers. I'll never be so lucky at slot games even though I wish I could. In my slot games autoplay more often 50-100 spins, sometimes it pays off but mostly fails. The buy free spins option didn't make me lucky either as it was hard to get big multipliers. So when one gets it, it will definitely be a fantastic experience for him. Just wanted to try, but yeah it's pretty fun.
There’s a lot of lucky winners already in Duelbits where they bet small amount of money and the multiplier gone crazy, slots game are indeed a game of luck. There’s a lot of events here and in twitter that Duelbits hosted differently, meaning you can join here in the forum and you can also join in twitter as long as you are qualified to the requirements so don’t waste that opportunity better to join on it.
The lucky players are also those who grab the opportunity in time and like duelbits $100 free giveaway on twitter on regular intervals is free bonus to one lucky players but he will be one who have followed the instructions.Slot game based on luck sometimes gives unbelievable outcomes and sometimes nothing so you have to be patient and Lucky both to have such wins.Duelbits is organising different events on the forum and this time with increased rewards and winners so you can also try your hands on with them.
Even here in the forum, Duelbits is providing us with several opportunities, which we should take advantage of because it is still money and the conditions are easy. Sometimes those kinds of offers are a huge benefit for their site as well as for individuals who are working extremely hard to acquire extra money. Many players right now are winning, some of them are very lucky easily winning in Slots, making their money very huge. Sometimes if I ever had extra, gonna try my luck on their platform.
229  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BFG is listed on CoinGecko|⚡️Free BTC+BNB|🐒 ApeSwap partnership on: September 20, 2021, 03:19:15 PM
Slowly Bitfury.io is coming to the front line. It is a licensed gaming platform with its own token known as BFG. Currently a lot of investors have invested here. Most of them are stacking. Bitfury.io is another name in the world of stacking platform. They are giving good returns through stacking. In recent times, they have added Coingecko. I think it will do better in the future.
They achieved a lot in just a short period of time they launch their bounty campaign in October last year it was a very long campaign 3 months to be exact but it was a very successful campaign they successfully targeted investors and gamblers, they built a huge community from that campaign and once they have a community they give a continuous update on the progress of road map.
They keep surprising the community with new features and updates, I just wait here for updates because every update is a big surprise.
For the time being they are doing improvements but that marketing they did back in the day is no longer available right now, they really need to do that again. Maybe another signature campaign? That could be understandable, we are talking about something that would be awesome for them because it would get more and more people.

The longer you manage your signature campaign the more people you are going to get and that is why I understand it is totally desirable by the public as well. Plus they have added pressure of investors to their token and if people are not getting proper dividends then they are going to end up with selling whatever they have and keep dropping the price for sure.
Yes, gamblers do not typically stick to a single gaming site, therefore if they truly require the consumers, a constant marketing campaign should be established. Consider those gambling platforms that constantly run campaigns to advertise their gambling platform, such as duelbits and roobet; they're getting a lot of users day by day because their marketing strategy is never-ending. You can see on the initial pages of the board that giveaways, events, and contests are being posted; this will attract more users because they will realize the platform is very active for the community.

Won 60 BNB 5 hours ago. I'm curious to see how long the withdrawal is gonna take. Support said 24hrs or less.

Why didn't you share some screenshots of that amazing win? Maybe even bet ID!? Do you know for that joke "If you didn't take a picture and post it on Facebook, Twitter... like it didn't happen"!

I mean, when you already brag about it why not share more info about it... which game did you play? Was it a single bet or from some strategy?

Definitely an amazing win, congrats! Sorry if I am asking too much, I am just curious!
Even I was curious about that win, 60 BNB was a lot of money already, it's around $22k if we converted it in USD, $331 is the current price. Gonna ask the same thing to confirm it since it's a huge win!
Bragging is good as long as there's proof but yeah, no problem with that, I'm just curious too.  Cheesy

But anyway, still a huge congratulations to @DNL, probably the rng is in your hands and it's your lucky day today!
231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impact of underage gambling? on: September 20, 2021, 02:41:37 PM
So often at times, we are always warned not to allow kids to get involved in gambling and one of the major reasons is that gambling is a highly addictive activity, but in recent times we see how young folks are making a positive impact and making money for themselves through the cryptocurrency space.
What is the best age a kid should get involve in online crypto gambling and what is your recommendation for that?
I guess the normal age that is legal is 18? IMO, even some kids are now earning through cryptocurrency and most of it is earned from NFT games but I think that it's still dangerous for them to get involved in gambling. The thing we needed is a good understanding of the consequences of our actions in gambling, it will lessen kids of getting involved on it since they will be more cautious due the dangerous outcomes of it. Decision making is one of the important things in life, if those kids can't even decide for themselves so what more in gambling, prolly gonna lose a lot because they're not hesitant to play.
232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a Responsible Gambler on: September 20, 2021, 02:26:22 PM
Most atimes, being responsive in gambling is needed because if one is responsible,it saves him alot of money.
One can only be responsible when he plays carefully, when he is cautious about how he plays, when he plays, and the people he plays too.
One is responsive when he doesn't use all his income in gambling. When he plays only for playing sake, and not taking it as a hobby.
Responsiveness starts from the mind.A responsible gambler can be gambling everyday and his wife and children will not know that he is gambling because of the way he comports himself.
Yeah, it's common sense and should be done by individual people generally, not only in gambling. Being responsible is a bare minimum that we should do since many things rely on us and being irresponsible might hurt or destroy other things in life. So in the case of gambling, the one that will be destroyed is your mental health, your financial status, and your family if your gambling addiction still continues.
233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spain bans betting adds - no celebrities, no sport sponsorship, no daytime adds on: September 20, 2021, 01:55:28 PM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5359739.0

I did a little research as to the statistics of underaged gamblers for last year, and according to an article, "39% of 11-16-year olds have bet their own money" as at when published in October 2020.

https://www.roulettesites.org/blog/responsible-gambling/underage-gambling.php

Just like pornographic sites, I don't think online gambling sites and casino's can fully checkmate underaged users that sign up, and as a result, unfortunately i see the number of underaged gamblers worldwide to increase significantly by October this year.

Its a serious concern that underage kids are falling badly to gambling sector and its collective responsibility of Parents, Government and society to stop this from happening. I don't think its a bad move since mature gamblers will find a way to do it. By advertising gambling to young minds will increase chance of there inclusion in this area which is a bad thing.
The issue is that I am not so sure such a wide ban is a good idea, after all while that statistic is worrying we also need to consider the circumstances in which those kids are and that is causing them to gamble at such an early age, while this is just a supposition the most likely reason why those kids are gambling so early in their lives is because they have someone on their lives that do so and has not explained to them that this is something that is bad for them at such an early age.
Yeah, and it's because kids will always be curious at their age and they should be given proper knowledge about it so they can't be curious anymore. It's kinda obvious that a kid is curious about it because there are some old people around them that play gambling, they will not get curious if they don't know what it is. It should be also taught in school and give proper discipline for those who will caught gambling even money isn't included because gambling will still be gambling.

We can see the complete participants here: https://liquipedia.net/valorant/VALORANT_Champions_Tour/2021/Champions

I'm proud that our PH Team, Team Secret is a participant in the international tournament!
235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An alternative to Poker on: September 20, 2021, 01:30:19 PM
the intensity is with the viewers instead of the players. The players have to keep their calm or dismay so that their opponents won't notice what they're feeling, all of them have to be literally poker face. As I've watched those tables, there were plenty of those on the internet too.
I've learned a lot through bluffing and making the people on the other side of the table have no idea what you are with and about to do.

yes for gambling content that is very entertaining and fun to watch is watching pro poker player games with high roll and see how they play, what kind strategy their doing. are they bluffing success or opposites, tournament events had a lots of spectators or viewers and it seems that in such conditions there is more pressure to be felt.
That will be a good lesson for people who wants to learn more details about poker, especially how to play better like a pro, how to bluff the opponent, or how to calm down when we do not have a good card so our opponent does not think that we can win from them and else. But it is hard to learn one by one of the lessons since that needs a focus to understand the point of the lessons. That is what someone needs to do when he wants to be a pro poker player.
Well, the best way to learn these kinds of gambling games is by experience because without experience the opponents who already have a lot of experience in gambling could have more advantages than you. He knows how things work so definitely they can play bluffing or tricking the enemy through actions and such. IMO, it's easy to play like a pro once you've learned about the probability and how to act in different situations, I bet you'll gonna have more wins.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much have you earned in one year on: September 19, 2021, 11:52:01 PM
I can't really tell because I'm not keeping track of how much I've made so far because all I know is that I'm always making progress. I believe I started here about 3-4 years ago. I put in a lot of effort to gain bounties and then invested that money in other assets. Then, after many years, here I am, still standing and not worrying about how much money I've made because the key thing is that I've learned a lot of experience in crypto and I'm not losing any money.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is CoinMarketCap a scam? on: September 19, 2021, 11:39:56 PM
Quote
Is CoinMarketCap a scam?
I am confused with you. That case cannot be proof that CMC is a scam. Although there are many scam projects there, doesn't mean that CMC is a scam. We all know that CMC never stated that all the projects listed in CMC aren't scams. So, potentially there are scam projects among the lists, we must be more careful if we want to choose one of them to invest our money, and CMC has no responsibility for this. Anyway, regarding this case, have you contacted CMC team? Go to their supports or ask on their social media channel.
Agree, The CMC and Coingecko listings are simple to complete; all you have to do is fill out the forms. However, showing that token on the main pages is also a free advertisement on that coin; of course, you must meet the conditions, as we are unsure if these coins will remain legitimate. So, why should CMC be blamed if the coin has yet to pass any requirements? Why would you promote a coin on the front pages if it is still unsuitable for promotion, despite its large market cap and large number of holders? For me, it doesn't make sense.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can Cardano achieve $ 5 ? on: September 19, 2021, 11:31:43 PM
Consider it as a supplement rather than a replacement, as both of them are performing admirably at the moment.

Many projects are being developed in ERC20, and development in ADA is still ongoing, so both are moving forward at the moment, and developers are doing their best to make these coins and their blockchain more beneficial for users. ADA is a good project; I'm an ADA investor, and their goal is extremely entertaining; even the roadmap suggests that they may reach the top like other altcoins like BNB and ETH.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins as collectables in the future on: September 19, 2021, 11:13:57 PM
Like most of you guys, i have tons of shitcoins in my wallets and trying to look at it from the bright site. I was wondering, what if there will be a market for collectable early shitcoins in the far future. I am talking about rare shitcoins that left some mark in the crypto world like most notorious exit scams or hacked coins or biggest pump and dump coins or first meme coins...
I wouldnt be surprised if we see a market for those in 20 years, at least that is how i cheer myself up when i see my wallets Cheesy
IMO, I don't think shitcoins will become collectibles in the future because there are so many of them and you can't really put a value on them. Because we can easily construct tokens based on what we want, collecting shitcoins makes no sense. I believe that the most popular collectibles right now are NFTs, which makes sense and some of them can be used, such as NFT games and others.
240  Economy / Economics / Re: A way to make money online? on: September 19, 2021, 10:58:51 PM
all I'm doing right now is doing a bounty campaign. although there are many scam projects but sometimes we get decent prizes, especially if we invest some of the prizes we invest, then we will get double income, even more so if we have trading skills, so from this business we will have a source of income from several the place. unfortunately I'm still learning to trade, but it's good for long term goals
Promoting bounty campaign can indeed make money, but many of them will just be a waste of your time on forum because not all of them end successfully. You still will not be paid if the owner of the bounty campaign runs away with the investor's money so that the campaign and project developed fails or is a scam. I just advise you not to make this bounty campaign like a job where you can make money, but try to learn other things according to your interest that might help you make something out of it. For example: Blogger, YouTube, trading and or you can also get it through the affiliate programs of various sites.
All jobs have risks and that is the risk of this job. To reduce this risk before participating in a bounty campaign I usually check the team of the project and study the website of the project. Indeed, currently there are a lot of scam projects and we are required to be more careful in choosing bounty projects so that the work we do on this forum is not in vain.
Even when things appear to be legitimate due to cool websites, roadmaps, and other factors, scams can occur. Any bounty that is posted in this forum has a significant risk because we can't verify it until it pays out the reward or it has a long history of accomplishments that can be used as an assurance to join those types of bounty. Also, we can trust it if the campaign manager is a well-known and reputable user of this site, because I'm very sure he did a lot of research before accepting the job as a manager.
