501  Economy / Economics / Re: what makes us good investors. on: June 30, 2021, 02:01:43 PM
Hodling when time crashes and not panic selling is one of the good definitions of a good investor. If you're panic selling too much and can't even handle corrections, I don't think you're included as one of great investors because you didn't played well in difficult situations of the crypto market.

One of the fundamentals in trading in crypto is controlling your own emotion because if you can't, multiple unsure decisions will occur on your crypto journey and it might lead you to huge loss.
502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency is best for long term investment? on: June 30, 2021, 12:34:47 PM
From your list that you showed us, I will choose BTC, ADA, DOT and MATIC. Don't ask me the reasons, but these would be the projects. But these lists usually don't mean anything and in the end it all comes down to how many dollars you got from some project in order to buy more BTC or even other projects. The treatment with BTC is different, you shouldn't even have put it on that list and compared it to these projects.
Same opinion.

But the top of the top is ADA, since he doesn't want to explain the reasons, I'll share facts and opinions about this altcoin.

-ADA has a blockchain similar to BNB and ETH.
-They will run smart contracts soon.
-and last, they have a scalability solution getting ready.

if those are implemented, he can be a good competitor for ETH 2.0, so I suggest putting a huge percentage on ADA than other altcoins.
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to make good profits through ICOs? on: June 30, 2021, 12:20:36 PM
Hi there, I was looking at a couple of ICOs on CMC today (especially at Safelaunch) and it's been a while that I started to analyze the "results" of some previous ICOs like Centrifuge, Bytenext and other random coins.

I noticed that their ICO price was way lower even than the very first opening price, so I was wondering if it could be a good idea to regularly take part in these events, and, if an ICO allows me to freely manage the money I placed in it (for instance, immediately taking back my money if my profit target has been reached).

P.S: with "good profits" I don't mean bullshit like 10x, 100x and "to the moon", (obviously everyone has a different conception of "good profits"), but a decent amount of money that allows me to make an accumulation plan, would be great to see other people's experience.
Actually, I don't have any idea about the current ICO because the last time I joined ICO is the year 2018 but I think it's still the same because nothing has changed. I can tell that there are still many scams that occur in the crypto community and some of them aren't really profitable, only the devs are getting profit.

In this kind of situation, I really recommend to make research before investing money in new altcoin, one of the fundamentals to do in crypto.
504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you guys think about NFTs? on: June 30, 2021, 11:49:18 AM
NFT in my opinion has good future, it's just few months ago when NFT booming it becomes a bit of a bubble but due to that it gains popularity as well because so many news released regarding NFT but in the long run
it has real use case like for ownership of certain property, etc. it's just under utilized. Many people may disagree with me but I can see how NFT could also become a big thing in gaming sector. it's just matter of time.
True, NFTs have a bright future, especially since that some NFTs are becoming increasingly popular, and what if someone created an NFT that is both useful and profitable? NFTs are a game changer in the crypto community, as seen by the fact that many individuals are interested in the potential of crypto, as well as some of its various applications.

I'm really intrigued about the NFT game in our country, I've mentioned it a lot because it's really profitable to invest in that game.

506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you recommend staking? on: June 29, 2021, 11:55:57 PM
If you have a lot of ETH, I recommend staking since it will be simpler for you to get passive income each month because you have so much, and it will be beneficial while you wait for the market to rebound. But keep in mind that staking comes with a risk; it necessitates timing in terms of where you will stake your money because you cannot TP out your staked assets, especially during a market fall. So, if you have a lot of assets, go staking; if you only have a few, consider spot trading or investing more to make it more rewarding.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All of a sudden they want to join crypto. on: June 29, 2021, 11:47:05 PM
Hahahaha I have been getting quite alot of engagement lately... and pretty sure I'm not the only one  it's crazy seeing dm's  from doctors, lawyers, engineers, astronauts & Olympians.  Parents wanted me to be any of the above and now they're in my dm's trying to learn about crypto and how I make 6 figures from holding/staking altcoins like $BET $LINK $ ADA. Hmmmmmmmmm life.
It's usual for me; if they find any prospects to increase their income, they will pursue them regardless of the type of employment you are already doing. People want to be financially secure, so if they get the chance to learn about it, they will take advantage of it. They've gotten to that point, and it's likely that if they learn more about crypto, they'll be able to earn more.

True, you're making a lot of money right now, but what if crypto goes away? The only people who will be financially stable are those that followed the practical path, which you've indicated. Take note that they have a lot of money and can easily treble what you've earned. I'm not trying to compare, but you're expressing a terrible mindset here.
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Guys Think About So-Called "Shit-coin" ? on: June 29, 2021, 11:27:53 PM
This days there are so many tokens appearing with a very large total supply, tokens like this are often called "Shit-coin/shit-token".
Many people say that this benefits the crypto world, but there are also those who say that it actually make the crypto world looks bad.

What do you guys think about this issue ?
Actually it really depends on the user or trader. If a trader is very knowledgeable in the flow of the market, he can use shitcoins to make a profit because he knew the logic behind shitcoins but if a new trader uses shitcoins to gain profit but doesn't have knowledge or even research, he will lose a lot of money.

Shitcoins is more complicated than other altcoins published on exchanges since it's impossible to predict whether it will continue to pump or not because some hodlers have already profited.

I'm into shitcoins because I already gained many on that but the risk is very high and you should always DYOR before entering.
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: June 29, 2021, 11:18:56 PM
I have thought that one key advantage crypto (bitcoin, litecoin, Dash, monero etc.) has over gold is that its supply level is fixed and transparent, but can this or features make crypto more valuable than gold?

Of course, crypto such as Bitcoin is more valuable than Gold. Unless you ask those who are not familiar with Crypto. Gold is also very rare, and difficult to obtain, but so far there has been no gold price that has increased to $500.
Actually, it depends, but it's feasible that in the near future, crypto will be more valuable than gold. Gold, like bitcoin, is extremely scarce and limited, but most people are pragmatic and prefer tangible goods to intangibles like bitcoin. However, if bitcoin continues to increase, I am confident that it will become more profitable and will soon overtake gold.

Today, the majority of people are interested in technology and are open to employing a variety of applications, including crypto, thus I believe that crypto will outperform any tangible asset.
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you guys think about NFTs? on: June 29, 2021, 09:22:10 AM
As others have stated, Axie Infinity is quite popular in our nation, and I believe that this game is doing really well because it is a game, and there are many gamers in my country, including myself, and it is also an investment. At first, I didn't think NFT was a huge deal because only the wealthy will benefit or be able to get pricey NFTs like tweets and artwork. But it's a game-changer in the crypto ecosystem when people and developers are now producing NFTs that are very affordable and relevant to everyone. Like the Axie Infinity, you can earn money by playing the game and then use it to buy another axie, which is a good idea when the current crypto market is down.
511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can play tricks on your mind on: June 28, 2021, 11:55:08 PM
I'm fortunate in that I don't have to think about such things, and I can't say that bitcoin is truly playing us all. First and foremost, it is an investment; ensure that the funds you have invested in the crypto market are funds that you can afford to lose. Make sure the crypto market is in good shape before investing, and always remember to tp or take profit before the crash; many individuals are still hodling and regret not taking advantage of the previous bull run. Expect a crash at any time, as whales are the ones who are doing it to take advantage of those who are embracing the euphoria that is causing BTC to expand even more. Plus I guess the reason I'm not bothered is that this is just my spare cash, and I've had previous experience with cryptocurrency, so I know it'll be rewarding soon.
512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to my bitcoin if I die today? on: June 28, 2021, 11:48:55 PM
I believe this has been an ongoing issue for sometime because I have see people talking about how they cannot share their cryptocurrency login informations with anyone because they don't trust such and such persons, and you are around them but don't trust them enough to give them that kind of info.
You must have at least one trusted family/friend you can share with because at the end of the day, would we want our crypto assets to be lost forever without our loved ones benefiting from them because we didn't share our info at the time of death?  I for one don't want that.
This has been a long-standing problem because many people have lost a lot of bitcoin in recent years because they didn't expect the value of bitcoin to skyrocket as it has. I'm not sure why people aren't sharing it with others because most of us have family, and I believe we can trust them because they are our parents or brothers and sisters. We can give it to them if the time comes when we won't be able to use it because we're dead. Crypto will undoubtedly become a valuable asset in a matter of years, therefore it's best to be prepared in this event and ensure that someone you care about will benefit if another bull run occurs, making you a large profit.
513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why on earth do you own bitcoin? on: June 28, 2021, 11:36:13 PM
Why would I not invest in bitcoin if I believe it would become profitable in the near future? I've been in crypto for about four years, and what happened last time is exactly what is happening now, so I'm not concerned about what is occurring since we've previously had the experience. That is why we are still strong in the crypto market; they have the ability to grow profit at any time. In this type of investment, you must be patient; the market is volatile; don't expect a significant return right away; always DYOR.
514  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Filipino crypto users on: June 24, 2021, 05:27:17 AM

515  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID advanced the world into the future on: June 23, 2021, 11:56:53 PM
One of the best things COVID forced society to do is incorporate modern technology, in my opinion. I'm pleased that the majority of us are now adopting technology and applying it to ourselves since it makes things so much easier. For example, when it comes to payment systems via digital payment platforms, I've noticed that most of us, including the government, are now using mobile applications to assist our citizens.

Another thing I've noticed is that social media platforms are now being used to start businesses and earn enough money to make a decent living. Last but not least, people are becoming more interested in cryptocurrencies as they discover that they may make money by investing in it. Many users are now aware of bitcoin's enormous potential and can be used in different applications such as payment method.
516  Economy / Economics / Re: If we have crypto Why people still buy stocks? on: June 23, 2021, 06:39:42 PM
People buy stocks because they know they will expand in the near future, especially for companies that will be enormous in the next few years. Crypto isn't for everyone, and neither are stocks; why would you persist with stocks if you don't think they're making you money? I mean, there are various reasons why individuals invest in stocks, so if you don't have any, it's none of your business, and comparing the two makes no sense because they each have their own set of benefits in terms of profit. If a company has a good track record and history, you can be comfortable that money will come soon and without risk, and that people who don't want to take risks will invest in it.

We all have different preferences for where we put our money; some people still put their money in banks, and I don't think that's a problem.
517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is someone worried about the recent decline of BTC? on: June 23, 2021, 06:10:07 PM
For me, the BTC decline is relatively regular; I've already seen it, and all I can say is that it's nothing and shouldn't give any deeper significance to the future of BTC. If we HODL right now and don't panic sell, I'm confident that it will come back stronger and provide us a lot of profit in the future.

Always not expect that BTC will always have a good movement or uptrend, it's an asset, and take note that whales will be also taking profit on it.
518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: TWO months HALF time; BTC went from 53K to 26K (euro) on: June 23, 2021, 05:04:37 PM
13th April** price of 1 BTC was around 53K EUR and on 21st June it was around 26K ...

and it's no secret that during these two months, the main news (technology) focus was on CHINA...in fact China has been on the spotlight for quite some time now...

and recently I've watched on Youtube that they are doing their own "NASA" type stuffs on their own up there...

I kept thinking what's the point in all this? I mean I get it about being on their own and have control over things etc... But what would the future look like...
Everything happened so quickly, and I feel like I squandered an opportunity to profit by failing to take all of my assets. I believe it is due to the manipulation and misinformation that has occurred in the crypto community, rather than our own guilt for losing money, yet everything happened in the blink of an eye, even the surge of BTC to $60,000.

China's issue regarding crypto was long ago and Idk why it is still an issue where the BTC is already going up, i really smell manipulation, whales enjoying the profits.
519  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do Not Sell! Don't Let The Whales Get Your Precious BTC! on: June 23, 2021, 02:48:09 PM
Now it's raining but good times are ahead. If you look at the whole picture BTC is doing great and I'm sure we will see BTC at $100k and beyond. But for now you need diamond hands, HODL! The weak hands will be lost along the road. Being rich is not for everybody Cheesy Remember, 1 BTC is still 1 BTC!
The one who's spreading too much in social media and any communities are the whales because they want to take advantage of this and earn a lot of profit. Rich people are getting rich because they're too wise and planning this to gain more wealth. All we need to do is just HODL and wait for it to recover because if we sell, the cheap price right now will just be take over by those whales in the crypto market.
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eth vs bnb on: June 23, 2021, 02:03:30 PM
Hello Guys! What do you think that etherum is best pick of 2021 or BNB is best for 2021?? Give your opinion I think that etherum is best choice of 2021.
Why don't you buy or use both? I mean both have the potential and being used by many different people so I think both are the key if you're targeting profit. If you're looking for a mainnet that can be used all the time because of the cheap transaction fee, I guess you should pick BNB. Ethereum is having a scalability problem so BNB smart chain is the correct network you should use when having transactions. Most of the altcoins right now are made in the BNB smart chain, one of the examples is safemoon which has a lot of holders right now.
