Yes, the accounts get set up automatically and you get a signed a username. In that very page you are just scroll a bit down, you will see a row of tabs
"RECENT" "MY GAMES" "BIG WINS" "RARE WINS" "ACCOUNT"

Click on the account tab and there, you will see an option to register account email, set password and add 2FA. Make sure you copy and keep your account URL safely if you want to return to the account.

After I wrote the post, I went back to the site and was able to find it. Thanks for the explanation, I'm so used to the information at the top of websites, it's the first place we usually look. I already made a note in my previous post. 

That's a very valid point; those links and info are usually at the top of websites nowadays. Do we update our look, or do we buck the norms and keep on keeping on?

Thanks for the sharp observation - you’re absolutely right to dig into the numbers! Let me double-check with the devs regarding the Dice game. If it turns out that the Lucky 7’s progressive jackpot contribution isn’t included in the payout calculations (as it appears), we’ll make sure the site reflects that accurately. So the rest of the house edge here is the contribution to the Dice progressive jackpot.
 
Just to clarify a little how it works for Roulette though:

The main Roulette game at Bitcoin Video Casino has a house edge of 2.2%, which already beats standard European Roulette (2.7%).

But here’s where it gets more interesting: our Progressive Side Bet on Roulette actually offers an effective house edge of just 0.5%.

Main Game
   •   We use standard single-zero (European) rules.
   •   That gives a base RTP of 97.3%, for a 2.7% house edge.
   •   But with our progressive system, 0.5% of each bet funds the jackpot. That’s returned to players over time, raising total RTP to 97.8%, and reducing the house edge to 2.2%.

Progressive Side Bet

This is where it gets especially attractive:
   •   The optional side bet has a base RTP of 60.44%, and 39.05% is contributed to the progressive jackpot.
   •   That gives a total RTP of 99.5%, meaning the house edge is just 0.5% — extremely low for a progressive wager.

While the jackpot hits infrequently (as you’d expect), its expected value is already factored into that return. Over time, this side bet has a thinner margin than many core casino games — especially compared to typical progressives, which often carry 5–15% house edges.

As shown in the Expected Return sheet below:
   •   Base payout = direct return from the side bet.
   •   Progressive jackpot contribution = % of each bet going into the pool.
   •   Total contribution = overall RTP paid out to players, one way or another.



TL;DR - If you’re looking to bet smart, the Roulette side bet is one of the fairest progressive wagers in online gaming. Just make sure you’re in it when the jackpot hits
