Won a small (4.5 btc) jackpot. I had a deposit that hadn't cleared. It cleared within 20 minutes. Jackpot was part of my balance, had the full amount (6 bitcoin) withdrawn to my wallet. All instantly.
I've said it before, but it's worth repeating. Literally instant payouts can't be beat.

Thanks for the nice words, and congratulations on your jackpot! For very large withdrawals we do have to manually approve them, which can sometimes take a little while. This lets us verify that everything is OK and move coins from cold storage to the hot wallet. Fortunately this doesn't apply to 99% of withdrawals on our site. |

Hi, Usually when this happens it's because there is some older deposit made to the account that still does not have any confirmations. However, it's hard for me to tell since I don't have any of the details. Can you please send me an email at admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com with the Bitcoin address where you have made a deposit? I can use this information to locate your account and see what is preventing your withdrawal. |

OK, it's fixed now. Admin (Tom) got back to me from email info and it's GREEN now, finally. Able to withdraw as usual. Apparently this was related to all that weirdness last night where a bunch of transactions were being tweaked in some Malleability Attack. I had one transaction "disappear" after being apparently processed, plus a lot of other bizarre stuff going on *especially* with blockchain's wallet. It's all okay now though, cleaned up over time apparently -- no idea really WTF it was all about. There was a thread on it over on reddit I think, but whatever. Bitcoin still clearly has some growing pains to go thru LOL Anyway a little slow response from BVC support this time had me a lil worried BUT they've come thru once again. Great service, thxs agin' for a fun site |
