What is the bet size on those big jackpots?
I'm assuming the player used the highest bet size per credit which was 0.01 btc/0.2btc per spin. When hitting 5 wilds multiplies your credit up to 10000 times.

Regarding site funds, in order to limit risk we keep our hot-wallet limited to under 40 BTC as much as possible, with all other site funds being held in cold storage.
