Would it really be tough to offer 2 variations of the games? (I only black jack, so my complaints are towards that game)

One with slightly better rules - but no bonus game?  

A split 3 aces against a 10, each ace got a 10, but the dealer had a hidden ace and had blackjack.  I lost all 3 hands.   This rule is overly punitive to the player, and is just one example.   Doubling down against a 10 and having the dealer reveal a blackjack (there's no peek in your game) causes the player to lose both bets.

It's pretty unfair that people who don't play the bonus game, subsidize a bonus that gets paid off to programmers who wait until the bonus builds, then hook in with the API and play hundreds of hands at a time.  

I love bcvc. I love the fast payouts.  But honestly, this site and the sister site seem like they were built by programmers who have never played a hand of cards outside of a testing environment.

Glad to hear that you're a big fan of BVC, it's always really nice to hear that players enjoy our casino! We're a smaller operator in the grand scheme of things but this fact lets us look after each and every player personally (while still offering excellent jackpots!), and again it's always really nice to hear that players are happy with how we look after them. As far as playing without contributing to bonus games goes, it's a great suggestion and I think one that we can investigate implementing at some point in 2017.

Other casino's stall tactics on payouts and trying to get you to keep your money on-site, while understandable from the casino's point of view, is something that we're totally opposed to. When you win money it's yours, and unlike other casino's we don't presume to have a say in how you handle it!

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with our Slots game.

We have actually just instituted a full code review of our Android App from the ground up in order to track down issues like the one you mentioned, as well as any gremlins that might be present! If playing on a wired connection, issues like you mentioned are an unusual event but when playing on a Wi-Fi connection with higher than normal levels of packet loss or a mobile data connection they do seem to occur a little more often.

Once the review of our App is complete we'll have a better idea of exactly what the issue is, and we can get it fully resolved. It's not a "common issue" as such, but it does happen and we're very happy to refund players for it if it affects their balance. Sometimes this connectivity issue can result in some 'missing free spins' on Slots, but the way our Slots game works a player cannot start a game and not finish it as the roll actually finishes at the same time the bet is placed. As such, the results of the first spin may not appear but the game is indeed logged in your account.

Again, we're gremlin hunting at the minute to track down anomalies such as this but it doesn't occur often enough to warrant game removal at this point. If/when it does happen though, feel free to shoot us an email (admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com) quoting your deposit address and asking us to check for missing spins and we'll get right on it.

Are you for real? How can you manage to win on 5 reels slot by using only 0.001 btc? Because what I do know if you put on max it will be 0.02 btc for 20 line? Are you saying that you only play for 1 line? I dont think that you can winning here by playing that way. Most people will always play using max line in order to get max win

He did not say that he managed to spin with 0.001 only but He is clearly saying that he was using 0.001/credit means that if he bet on 20lines then he spent 0.02 per spin. Even if he was only playing 1 line then it is still possible to big win as long as his winning line has the best combination. Imagine bet on 1 line and you got 5Wilds on that line!

Yea, this is what I meant. I was just saying that I had it on the lowest credit value possible to allow me to play longer, but I always play 20 lines.
