Am I imagining things?  Why is no one talking about the jackpot for video poker at the .05 credit limit?

5985+ credits prob technically makes the game profitable for the user.  But you have to deal with a huge variance and betting .25 btc per hand.

After spendig a good amount of time playing this, I really hope it wasn't a typo seeing how no one has mentioned it on the past 3 pages.

Yup, the big video poker jackpot is now almost 300 BTC.

It's definitely +EV at this point but you are right that there is a huge variance and each individual bet is pretty large.

Good luck to everyone! Smiley

Deposits aren't working?

We recently had some trouble processing deposits. It resulted in most deposits taking much longer than usual before getting credited to the account. I'm really sorry about the inconvenience.

Deposits should now be working normally again.

We have temporarily disabled the Android app while we look into the issue.

If you ever have trouble with your account you can always reach us at admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com.

Some users have asked us to see all of their games played. We then send a CSV file with all games played by the user. You are then free to open the file in Excel or use whatever programming language you'd like to use. We certainly don't require that you use Python to open the file. We send all games played in the most basic file format possible -- I'm not sure what else you are expecting from us in this regard.
[/quote]

Does the excel sheet contain info like

- the amount bet
- whether the hand was split
- whether a double down occurred?

We can create a CSV (comma separated values) file that can be opened in excel. It could also be opened with a regular text editor if needed.

Sure, the file can include the amount bet as well as the user's actions (split, double down, etc).

That's pretty cool, you guys really do provide the best support I've seen. Can I get a csv of games played? It would be interesting to look at.

Thanks!!

Sure, we can send a CSV file with games played. Just send your account key to admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com so that we can verify that you're the owner of the account. Also let us know what game you'd like to get a listing for.

Site issue today?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble withdrawing from the site. Everything seems to be running smoothly on the server so we're not quite sure what the problem could be.

Could you please send us an email to admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com with the Bitcoin address where you have made a deposit? We can use that information to locate your account and then better help you out. Usually when a user has a problem like this we just need to remove an old transaction that never got confirmed from the list of deposits associated with this site.

We usually just report the big jackpots on this thread, but we do also get many nice jackpots on small 0.0001 BTC bets.

An hour ago user 9336c04e42 won a 5.3758 BTC jackpot in Slots. Congrats! Smiley

We are having some trouble with our network provider, which is preventing users from reaching the site. The servers are fine and all accounts are good. We are looking into the problem and hopefully we will be back up again soon. Sorry for the trouble! Smiley
