Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I hope it is just a matter of late reply but the issue was fixed faster. It seems that you have a small problem in terms of contact support as I can see from the previous issues by some players. I believe you need to have more supports to handle any issues, so players wont need to wait and complain many times before the issue is resolved. |

It is either they do not interested with it or just the OP does not even bothering into getting it now. Saw the thread but it has very little people that posted there. Its been like not much really interested on this site. I do not know what happens with this site. They used to be very attractive and even have much players there but now it seems that they have less in everything |

Would like to point out that the zcash version of the site is not paying out withdrawals. I have been in contact with the site.
The issue is not resolved and has now been 3 days since without my withdrawal, I would recommend avoiding all versions of this site at this point in time.
Something dodgy is going on. I'm lucky that its only a small amount. I will post evidence if I do not here anything. I will also update if they do make the transaction.

What error message/notification you get while trying your winning from the site? Above user experienced the same issue with you IMO and it seems that it has been solved already but unluckily the error happens again when you try to withdraw your ZEC. Be patient, although it may take a bit longer for you to wait but I still believe than BVC will fix the error and you'll be able to withdraw your ZEC. It is common thing here where they need longer time to give responses to user's issue. Have you tried to contact them via the telegram group? |
